Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional felt material and application thereof, belonging to the field of felt materials.
Background
Is made of wool, or ox hair or fiber through processing and binding. It is mainly characterized by that it possesses rich elasticity, and can be used as material for shockproof, sealing, liner and elastic steel wire knitted fabric base felt. The presence of disulfide, salt, and van der waals bonds among the molecules of wool fibers makes the wool fibers more resistant to hydrolysis by proteolytic enzymes, but under the appropriate conditions of temperature and humidity, the wool fibers become a suitable vehicle for bacterial and fungal growth, which can lead to degradation of the wool fibers. Wool fabrics should therefore be treated with an antimicrobial treatment to avoid the growth and spread of microorganisms and the damage to the wool fibers. The antibacterial treatment of the wool is divided into three types according to the difference of the antibacterial agent: inorganic, organic and natural biological antibacterial agents. Among them, inorganic antibacterial agents have good heat resistance, but it is difficult to obtain durable effects when used for textile after-finishing, and most varieties have heavy metal toxicity problems. The inorganic antibacterial agent takes a novel photocatalytic type and silver-loaded nano composite antibacterial material as a main development trend, wherein the photocatalytic type inorganic antibacterial agent has a sterilization effect by relying on strong oxidative free radicals excited by light; the metal ion type antibacterial agent such as silver-carrying and the like can inactivate the living active substances of microorganisms in a mode of bonding with active groups such as sulfydryl or replacing metal ion auxiliary groups and the like to play an antibacterial role; organic antibacterial agents: the development direction of the antibacterial agent is to develop antibacterial agents specially effective for biological molecules (such as microbial metabolic enzymes, membrane receptors and the like), and the antibacterial agent can achieve the antibacterial or bactericidal effect by acting on cell walls and cell membrane systems, biochemical reaction enzymes, genetic substances and the like. The organic antibacterial agent has good effect and a plurality of varieties, is the most widely used antibacterial agent at present, but has the problems of poor high temperature resistance and stability and the like, and is difficult to be used in the synthetic fiber spinning process. Natural biological antibacterial agents: the antibacterial material is derived from all organisms, mainly comprises polysaccharide, polypeptide and glycopeptide polymer substances, and is a main development direction of future antibacterial materials; they act on the outer layer of microbial cells or bioactive substances such as enzymes, and influence the movement, transmembrane substance transport or biochemical reaction of the microbes. But the application range is narrow, and most of the application range seriously influences the color light of the fabric. Application publication No. CN105544198A, title of the invention: an antibacterial anti-felting finishing method of wool fabric, firstly adding hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide to pretreat the wool fabric, and breaking scale cells and cortical cells on the surface of wool fibers; secondly, biological enzyme treatment, namely adding keratinase and alkaline protease for synergistic reaction for enzymolysis, and after the keratinase carries out enzymolysis on the keratin on the outer layer of the scale, carrying out enzymolysis on the coach protein cystine on the inner cuticle, cortex and other parts of the wool through the alkaline protease; and step three, chemical finishing, namely performing two-dipping and two-rolling finishing on the wool fabric by using a glycerol citrate solution. The method has obvious effects of increasing the anti-felting and antibacterial abilities of the wool, and meanwhile, the reaction time is short, the subsequent treatment is simple, the influence of the breaking strength and the whiteness of the treated wool fabric is small, the dyeing property is greatly improved, the directional friction effect is greatly reduced, the economic benefit is high, and the industrial popularization is facilitated. However, the method adopts a large amount of chemicals and protease, has high overall cost, is not beneficial to popularization, and causes pollution to the environment.
