背景技术
近年来,随着经济的发展,工业化进程的加快,使用润滑油的机械逐年增加,润滑油桶的使用也越来越广泛,对润滑油长时间存放的要求也越来越高,现有装置在长时间存放润滑油时,容易出现沉淀或不均匀,造成使用不方便,影响使用效果,且现有的润滑油桶内壁上经常会残留过多的润滑油,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种新型润滑油桶,解决现有润滑油桶长时间存放润滑油时,容易出现沉淀或不均匀情况和润滑油桶内壁上容易残留过多的润滑油等缺陷。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型润滑油桶,所述润滑油桶包括桶体,所述桶体顶部设有进油口,所述桶体一侧设有出油口;所述桶体内通过隔板分为上桶体和下桶体,所述隔板下方设有罩壳,所述罩壳下方设有驱动电机,所述罩壳和驱动电机设置在下桶体内,所述罩壳内设有一个主动齿轮和两个与之相互配合的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮设置在主搅拌轴上,所述主搅拌轴一端和罩壳下方的驱动电机连接、另一端置于上桶体内,所述从动齿轮设置在副搅拌轴上,所述副搅拌轴一端和从动齿轮套接、另一端均置于上桶体内;所述置于上桶体内的副搅拌轴上对称设有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆上设有搅拌叶,所述置于上桶体内的主搅拌轴上对称设有连接杆,所述连接杆一端和主搅拌连接、另一端均连接刮板。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述出油口位置在隔板上方。

本发明提供一种新型润滑油桶,具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在上桶体内设置主搅拌轴和副搅拌轴,通过驱动电机带动主搅拌转动,从带动主搅拌轴上的主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮带动两个从动齿轮转动,从而带动副搅拌轴转动,使搅拌杆和搅拌叶对桶体内的润滑油进行搅拌,从底部对润滑油进行搅拌,这样搅拌更加充分均匀,搅拌效果好;本发明主搅拌上还设有连接杆所述连接杆一端和主搅拌连接、另一端均连接刮板,这样在转动过程中,刮板和桶体内壁接触连接,可以减少桶体内壁存留过多的润滑油,同时这样可以使桶内的润滑油混合更加均匀。

请参照图1和图2,一种新型润滑油桶,所述润滑油桶包括桶体,所述桶体顶部设有进油口5,所述桶体一侧设有出油口11;所述桶体内通过隔板14分为上桶体1和下桶体15,所述隔板下方设有罩壳9,所述罩壳下方设有驱动电机10,所述罩壳和驱动电机设置在下桶体内,所述罩壳内设有一个主动齿轮13和两个与之相互配合的从动齿轮12,所述主动齿轮设置在主搅拌轴4上,所述主搅拌轴一端和罩壳下方的驱动电机连接、另一端置于上桶体内,所述从动齿轮设置在副搅拌轴7上,所述副搅拌轴一端和从动齿轮套接、另一端均置于上桶体内;所述置于上桶体内的副搅拌轴上对称设有搅拌杆8,所述搅拌杆上设有搅拌叶6,所述置于上桶体内的主搅拌轴上对称设有连接杆3,所述连接杆一端和主搅拌连接、另一端均连接刮板2。

工作过程:本发明工作时,通过驱动电机带动主搅拌转动,从带动主搅拌轴上的主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮带动两个从动齿轮转动,从而带动副搅拌轴转动,使搅拌杆和搅拌叶对桶体内的润滑油进行搅拌,从底部对润滑油进行搅拌,这样搅拌更加充分均匀,搅拌效果好;通过设置刮板可以减少桶体内壁上存留过多的润滑油,提高资源利用率。
