Abstract
The invention discloses a pedestrian protection structure for a car lamp, and belongs to the technical field of car lamps. The lamp comprises a lamp shell mounting foot, a weakening groove, a reserved screw column and a lamp shell body, wherein the weakening groove is formed in the lamp shell mounting foot, and the reserved screw column is arranged on the lamp shell body. According to the invention, the weakening groove and the reserved screw column are arranged, so that when an automobile collides, the mounting feet of the lamp shell are broken at the place where the breakage is expected to occur, pedestrians are effectively protected, and the injury degree of the pedestrians is reduced; meanwhile, after pedestrian protection is implemented, the lamp can be maintained through the reserved screw column.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle lamps, and particularly relates to a pedestrian protection structure for a vehicle lamp.
Background
With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing technology, automobile manufacturers have become more and more important in protecting pedestrians in addition to the protection of the automobile body itself in the event of an automobile collision, and more national regulations for protecting pedestrians are continued. Therefore, china also sets GB/T24550 'collision protection of automobile to pedestrian' standard, and specifies technical requirements and test methods for pedestrian protection during automobile collision.
The edges of the vehicle front upper outer structure, i.e., the hood front edge, include the hood, the fender, the headlamp perimeter upper and side assemblies, and other accessories. The headlight and daytime running light are thus located at the front edge of the bonnet, i.e. on a rigid frame like the body frame, to which the mounting feet are fixedly connected, the stresses acting on the fixing points on the vehicle. The headlight and daytime running light are used as parts of the automobile, and after the automobile is loaded, the whole automobile is required to meet the GB/T24550 requirements. Therefore, when designing the front lamp, from the perspective of pedestrian protection, when the automobile collides, the mounting feet of the lamp are required to break at the place where the breakage is expected to occur, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting pedestrians; meanwhile, the lamp after pedestrian protection is implemented also needs to consider a maintainable scheme. These are all the problems that need to be solved in the lamp design.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the front lamp can improve the injury degree of pedestrians when an automobile collides, the invention provides a pedestrian protection structure for an automobile lamp.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A pedestrian protection structure for car light, it includes lamps and lanterns casing installation foot, weakening groove, reserved screw post and lamps and lanterns casing body, and the weakening groove sets up on lamps and lanterns casing installation foot, and reserved screw post sets up on lamps and lanterns casing body.
Further, the bottom of the weakening groove is an arc surface, the side walls of the left groove and the right groove of the weakening groove are respectively a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane, an included angle between the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane is alpha, and the depth from the bottom of the weakening groove to the upper surface of the notch is H.
Further, the weakening groove is a circular arc groove.
Further, the weakening groove is arranged on the plane of the lamp housing mounting foot or on the reinforcing rib of the lamp housing mounting foot.
Further, the weakening groove is located between the lamp housing mounting foot and the reserved screw column.
Further, at least one reserved screw column is arranged on the lamp shell body.
The beneficial effects are that:
According to the invention, the weakening groove and the reserved screw column are arranged, so that when an automobile collides, the mounting feet of the lamp shell are broken at the place where the breakage is expected to occur, pedestrians are effectively protected, and the injury degree of the pedestrians is reduced; meanwhile, after pedestrian protection is implemented, the lamp can be maintained through the reserved screw column.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
The invention provides a pedestrian protection structure for a car lamp, which comprises a lamp shell mounting foot 1, a weakening groove 2, a reserved screw column 3 and a lamp shell body 4, wherein the weakening groove 2 is arranged on the lamp shell mounting foot 1, and the reserved screw column 3 is arranged on the lamp shell body 4, as shown in figures 1 and 2.
The weakening groove 2 is arranged on the plane of the lamp housing mounting foot 1 or on the reinforcing rib of the lamp housing mounting foot 1.
Further, a weakening groove 2 is located between the luminaire housing mounting foot 1 and the set screw post 3.
At least one reserved screw column 2 is arranged on the lamp shell body 4. When the automobile collides, after pedestrian protection is implemented, the lamp housing mounting feet 1 break at the weakening groove 2; at this time, the lamp can be mounted and fixed on the car body frame through the reserved screw column 3 positioned on the lamp shell body 4, and maintenance is carried out on the lamp, so that the lamp can be used continuously.
In the first non-limiting embodiment, the bottom of the weakened groove 2 is an arc surface 23, the left and right groove side walls of the weakened groove 2 are a first inclined surface 21 and a second inclined surface 22, respectively, the included angle between the first inclined surface 21 and the second inclined surface 22 is α, and the depth from the bottom of the weakened groove 2 to the upper surface of the notch is H, as shown in fig. 3. In the actual design of different lamps, the depth H is designed on the premise of ensuring that the requirements of simulation analysis and vibration test are met.
In the second non-limiting embodiment, the arc surface 23 is increased and tangent to the first inclined surface 21 and the second inclined surface 22, respectively, while the two sides of the notch of the weakening groove 2 are rounded, and when the arc surface is tangent to the first inclined surface 21 and the second inclined surface 22, respectively, the second inclined surface 21 and the second inclined surface 22 become tangent points, respectively, at this time, the weakening groove 2 becomes an arc groove, and the depth from the bottom of the groove 2 to the upper surface of the notch is still H, as shown in fig. 4.
It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications or variations can be made in the present invention without requiring any inventive effort by those skilled in the art based on the technical solutions of the present invention.
