Abstract
本发明提供了一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括依次设置的气凝胶层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶层、阻燃气泡层、第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成:20‑25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5‑10份固化剂、40‑50份醋酸乙酯、20‑30份甲醇、5‑10份胺化石墨烯、5‑10份纳米氮化硅、10‑15份多巴胺。本发明还提供了上述自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法。本发明以改性聚四氟乙烯为主要成分的自清洁层,结合阻燃胶层和气凝胶层,兼具低热传导、高阻燃性和自清洁功能,适用于养殖舍棚建筑,减小了能耗和清洁强度。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及保温材料领域,尤其涉及一种自清洁隔热反射材料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
近些年来,在科技兴农的号召下,我国现代养殖业得到了快速发展。在养殖业中,保持适宜的、恒定的舍内温度是首先必须满足的条件,且要求温度分布均匀,这也是困扰我国广大养殖户的最大难题。为了达到温度要求,冬季需要采用燃煤,夏季要采用物理降温,既耗费了大量的能量,温度还无法均匀,同时还产生大量未充分燃烧的CO等有毒气体以及灰尘,舍棚清洁劳动强度大,极大地降低了养殖收益。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种自清洁隔热反射材料,以改性聚四氟乙烯为主要成分的自清洁层,结合阻燃胶层和气凝胶层,兼具低热传导、高阻燃性和自清洁功能,适用于养殖舍棚建筑,减小了能耗和清洁强度。本发明的另一目的在于提供上述自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括阻燃气泡层,其特征在于,所述阻燃气泡层的一侧依次设置有第一阻燃胶层、第一铝箔层和气凝胶层,另一侧依次设置有第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第一阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇、5-10份胺化石墨烯、5-10份纳米氮化硅、10-15份多巴胺。
进一步的,上述改性的聚四氟乙烯层通过以下步骤A制备:将100-200重量份浓硫酸、5-10重量份高锰酸钾、10-15重量份五氯化锑、20-30重量份钠-萘络合物、30-50重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥。
进一步的,上述干燥温度为150-200℃,时间为15-20小时。
进一步的,上述聚四氟乙烯膜的厚度为5-20微米。
进一步的,上述自清洁层包含有氧化钛催化位点。
进一步的,上述含有氧化钛催化位点的改性的聚四氟乙烯层通过以下步骤B制备:将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥。
进一步的,上述气凝胶层由包含以下重量份数的组分制成:5-20份的二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶、20-30份环氧丙烷、80-130份乙酸、50-70份聚乙二醇600、10-30份甲酰胺、20-30份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、10-15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体。
上述自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
A)改性的聚四氟乙烯层制备:将100-200重量份浓硫酸、5-10重量份高锰酸钾、10-15重量份五氯化锑、20-30重量份钠-萘络合物、30-50重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥;
B)将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥;
C)第二阻燃胶层与改性的聚四氟乙烯层黏合:按重量份计,20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇、5-10份胺化石墨烯、5-10份纳米氮化硅、10-15份多巴胺搅拌混合,将混合后的胶黏剂均匀涂布在聚四氟乙烯膜内侧表面,干燥;
D)与第二铝箔黏结:将第二阻燃胶层和第二铝箔亚光面贴合,压紧,贴合辊温度为80-100℃,压力为100-150兆帕,30-45℃熟化72-80小时,形成一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔;
E)气凝胶层制备:将20-30份环氧丙烷、80-130份乙酸、50-70份聚乙二醇600、10-30份甲酰胺用高速微粉搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟,调节溶剂温度5-8度;加入二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶5-20份,调节溶剂温度为30℃-40℃,继续搅拌40-60分钟;加入20-30份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、10-15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体,继续搅拌5-10分钟;然后气流分级,收集通过8000目过滤网的粉体;所述高速微粉搅拌机的转速为800-1000转/分钟,然后将收集到的粉体通过压缩空气、过滤、干燥后,进入800-1000℃高温气化室,经喷嘴形成超音速气流射入到第一铝箔一侧表面,在50-70℃熟化,形成一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔;
F)将步骤D和步骤E得到的一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔的清洁面和一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔的清洁面与分别贴合在阻燃气泡层的两侧。
进一步的,上述步骤C)涂布胶黏剂后的薄膜经过五段烘箱干燥,烘箱温度依次为20-30℃、50-80℃、50-80℃、90-100℃、130-150℃,薄膜传动速度在80-100米/分钟。
本发明具有以下有益的技术效果:
1) 聚四氟乙烯膜具有摩擦系数小、耐化学物质、透气不透水、透气量大、阻燃、耐高温、抗强酸碱、无毒等特性,具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,具有明显的自清洁效果,然而同时导致的是未改性的聚四氟乙烯与其他材料的粘合性极差,极易发生剥离,通过钠-萘络合物化学改性后,腐蚀液扯掉了表面上的部分氟原子,在表面留下了碳化层和某些极性集团,使表面能增大,接触角变小,使得聚四氟乙烯膜与其他层的粘合性增强,同时为氧化钛的附着提供了位点,使氧化钛有效沉积,发挥催化作用使有机污染物分解;
2) 通过第二阻燃胶层中各组分的协同作用,胺化石墨烯和纳米碳化硅使得材料的阻燃性进一步提高,聚氨酯、醋酸乙酯、三乙胺、对苯二甲酸等成分又实现了多层结构的有效贴合,粘合强度满足养殖场舍棚的要求,使用寿命可达到15年以上;
3) 通过在二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶的双网络三维结构,无机、有机成分各自形成连续网络,彼此又缠绕混合在一起,难以分离,酚醛树脂既起到了阻隔红外辐射的作用,且与有机粘结剂的相互作用更强,增强了气凝胶层与铝箔层的粘合强度,还能够经受更长时间火焰的灼烧而不发生有机-无机成分脱落分离,提高了阻燃性能;
4)本发明产物的热传导系数为0.025~0.035W/m·K,能够实现舍棚的保温隔热,降低约85%的加热能耗,成本低,能够大大提高养殖收益。

以下结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步描述。
以下所提供的实施例并非用以限制本发明所涵盖的范围,所描述的步骤也不是用以限制其执行顺序。本领域技术人员结合现有公知常识对本发明做显而易见的改进,亦落入本发明要求的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括依次设置的气凝胶层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶层、阻燃气泡层、第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第一阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 22份聚氨酯胶黏剂、8份固化剂、45份醋酸乙酯、25份甲醇;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 22份聚氨酯胶黏剂、8份固化剂、45份醋酸乙酯、25份甲醇、6份胺化石墨烯、6份纳米氮化硅、12份多巴胺。
为了提高自清洁能力,上述自清洁层还可以设置有氧化钛催化位点。
上述自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法如下:
A)改性的聚四氟乙烯层制备:将150重量份浓硫酸、8重量份高锰酸钾、12重量份五氯化锑、25重量份钠-萘络合物、40重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将10微米的聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥;
B)将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥;
C)第二阻燃胶层与改性的聚四氟乙烯层黏合:按重量份计,22份聚氨酯胶黏剂、8份固化剂、45份醋酸乙酯、25份甲醇、6份胺化石墨烯、6份纳米氮化硅、12份多巴胺搅拌混合,将混合后的胶黏剂均匀涂布在聚四氟乙烯膜内侧表面,经过五段烘箱干燥,烘箱温度依次为20-30℃、50-80℃、50-80℃、90-100℃、130-150℃,薄膜传动速度在80-100米/分钟;
D)与第二铝箔黏结:将第二阻燃胶层和第二铝箔亚光面贴合,压紧,贴合辊温度为80-100℃,压力为100-150兆帕,30-45℃熟化72-80小时,形成一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔;
E)气凝胶层制备:将22份环氧丙烷、100份乙酸、60份聚乙二醇600、20份甲酰胺用高速微粉搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟,调节溶剂温度5-8度;加入二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶10份,调节溶剂温度为30℃-40℃,继续搅拌40-60分钟;加入25份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、12份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体,继续搅拌5-10分钟;然后气流分级,收集通过8000目过滤网的粉体;所述高速微粉搅拌机的转速为800-1000转/分钟,然后将收集到的粉体通过压缩空气、过滤、干燥后,进入800-1000℃高温气化室,经喷嘴形成超音速气流射入到第一铝箔一侧表面,在50-70℃熟化,形成一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔;
F)将步骤D和步骤E得到的一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔的清洁面和一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔的清洁面与分别贴合在阻燃气泡层的两侧。
性能测试:
(1)清洁性能:将实施例样品与常规铝箔-气泡层-铝箔材料作为肉鸡养殖场顶棚材料,自然暴露1个月时间,经观察,实施例1的表面无肉眼可视灰尘,无蛛网痕迹,而常规材料表面的污渍和灰尘较多,有蛛网痕迹。
(2)阻燃性能:
使用锥型量热仪测试测试热释放量和热释放效率,总的热释放量为17.1MJ/m2,最大热释放速率为101.6kW/m2;按GB/T2406.1-2008《塑料用氧指数法测定燃烧行为》检测,氧指数为60.8%。
实施例2
一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括依次设置的气凝胶层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶层、阻燃气泡层、第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第一阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 20份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5份固化剂、40份醋酸乙酯、20份甲醇;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 20份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5份固化剂、40份醋酸乙酯、20份甲醇、5份胺化石墨烯、5份纳米氮化硅、10份多巴胺。
为了提高自清洁能力,上述自清洁层还可以设置有氧化钛催化位点。

C)第二阻燃胶层与改性的聚四氟乙烯层黏合:按重量份计,20份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5份固化剂、40份醋酸乙酯、20份甲醇、5份胺化石墨烯、5份纳米氮化硅、10份多巴胺搅拌混合,将混合后的胶黏剂均匀涂布在聚四氟乙烯膜内侧表面,经过五段烘箱干燥,烘箱温度依次为20-30℃、50-80℃、50-80℃、90-100℃、130-150℃,薄膜传动速度在80-100米/分钟;
D)与第二铝箔黏结:将第二阻燃胶层和第二铝箔亚光面贴合,压紧,贴合辊温度为80-100℃,压力为100-150兆帕,30-45℃熟化72-80小时,形成一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔;
E)气凝胶层制备:将20份环氧丙烷、80份乙酸、50份聚乙二醇600、10份甲酰胺用高速微粉搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟,调节溶剂温度5-8度;加入二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶5份,调节溶剂温度为30℃-40℃,继续搅拌40-60分钟;加入20份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、10份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体,继续搅拌5-10分钟;然后气流分级,收集通过8000目过滤网的粉体;所述高速微粉搅拌机的转速为800-1000转/分钟,然后将收集到的粉体通过压缩空气、过滤、干燥后,进入800-1000℃高温气化室,经喷嘴形成超音速气流射入到第一铝箔一侧表面,在50-70℃熟化,形成一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔;
F)将步骤D和步骤E得到的一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔的清洁面和一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔的清洁面与分别贴合在阻燃气泡层的两侧。
性能测试:
(1)清洁性能:将实施例样品与常规铝箔-气泡层-铝箔材料作为肉鸡养殖场顶棚材料,自然暴露1个月时间,经观察,实施例1的表面无肉眼可视灰尘,无蛛网痕迹,而常规材料表面的污渍和灰尘较多,有蛛网痕迹。
(2)阻燃性能:
使用锥型量热仪测试测试热释放量和热释放效率,总的热释放量为19.4MJ/m2,最大热释放速率为103.4kW/m2;按GB/T2406.1-2008《塑料用氧指数法测定燃烧行为》检测,氧指数为62.7%。
实施例3
一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括依次设置的气凝胶层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶层、阻燃气泡层、第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第一阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、10份固化剂、50份醋酸乙酯、30份甲醇;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成: 25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、10份固化剂、50份醋酸乙酯、30份甲醇、10份胺化石墨烯、10份纳米氮化硅、15份多巴胺。
为了提高自清洁能力,上述自清洁层还可以设置有氧化钛催化位点。
上述自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法如下:
A)改性的聚四氟乙烯层制备:将200重量份浓硫酸、10重量份高锰酸钾、15重量份五氯化锑、30重量份钠-萘络合物、50重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将20微米的聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥;
B)将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥;
C)第二阻燃胶层与改性的聚四氟乙烯层黏合:按重量份计,25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、10份固化剂、50份醋酸乙酯、30份甲醇、10份胺化石墨烯、10份纳米氮化硅、15份多巴胺搅拌混合,将混合后的胶黏剂均匀涂布在聚四氟乙烯膜内侧表面,经过五段烘箱干燥,烘箱温度依次为20-30℃、50-80℃、50-80℃、90-100℃、130-150℃,薄膜传动速度在80-100米/分钟;
D)与第二铝箔黏结:将第二阻燃胶层和第二铝箔亚光面贴合,压紧,贴合辊温度为80-100℃,压力为100-150兆帕,30-45℃熟化72-80小时,形成一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔;
E)气凝胶层制备:将30份环氧丙烷、130份乙酸、70份聚乙二醇600、30份甲酰胺用高速微粉搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟,调节溶剂温度5-8度;加入二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶20份,调节溶剂温度为30℃-40℃,继续搅拌40-60分钟;加入30份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体,继续搅拌5-10分钟;然后气流分级,收集通过8000目过滤网的粉体;所述高速微粉搅拌机的转速为800-1000转/分钟,然后将收集到的粉体通过压缩空气、过滤、干燥后,进入800-1000℃高温气化室,经喷嘴形成超音速气流射入到第一铝箔一侧表面,在50-70℃熟化,形成一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔;
F)将步骤D和步骤E得到的一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔的清洁面和一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔的清洁面与分别贴合在阻燃气泡层的两侧。
性能测试:
(1)清洁性能:将实施例样品与常规铝箔-气泡层-铝箔材料作为肉鸡养殖场顶棚材料,自然暴露1个月时间,经观察,实施例1的表面无肉眼可视灰尘,无蛛网痕迹,而常规材料表面的污渍和灰尘较多,有蛛网痕迹。
(2)阻燃性能:
使用锥型量热仪测试测试热释放量和热释放效率,总的热释放量为15.9MJ/m2,最大热释放速率为100.7kW/m2;按GB/T2406.1-2008《塑料用氧指数法测定燃烧行为》检测,氧指数为64.8%。
Claims (6)
1.一种自清洁隔热反射材料,包括阻燃气泡层,其特征在于,所述阻燃气泡层的一侧依次设置有第一阻燃胶层、第一铝箔层和气凝胶层,另一侧依次设置有第二阻燃胶层、第二铝箔层和自清洁层;所述自清洁层为含有氧化钛催化位点的改性的聚四氟乙烯层;所述第一阻燃胶层由包含以下重量份数的组分制成:20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇;所述第二阻燃胶层由包含以下重量分数的组分制成:20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇、5-10份胺化石墨烯、5-10份纳米氮化硅、10-15份多巴胺;
所述为含有氧化钛催化位点的改性的聚四氟乙烯层通过以下步骤制备:
步骤A:将100-200重量份浓硫酸、5-10重量份高锰酸钾、10-15重量份五氯化锑、20-30重量份钠-萘络合物、30-50重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥;
步骤B:将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁隔热反射材料,其特征在于,所述步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层的干燥温度为150-200℃,时间为15-20小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁隔热反射材料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯膜的厚度为5-20微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁隔热反射材料,其特征在于,所述气凝胶层由包含以下重量份数的组分制成:5-20份的二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶、20-30份环氧丙烷、80-130份乙酸、50-70份聚乙二醇600、10-30份甲酰胺、20-30份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、10-15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:A)改性的聚四氟乙烯层制备:将100-200重量份浓硫酸、5-10重量份高锰酸钾、10-15重量份五氯化锑、20-30重量份钠-萘络合物、30-50重量份水配制成酸性溶液,将聚四氟乙烯膜置于其中浸泡8-20小时,取出后用高速等离子照射内侧薄膜表面,等离子光速电压为1200-1450kV,时间为2-5秒,然后清洗干燥;B)将1.2mol水、0.1mol浓盐酸、11.8mol乙醇、0.4mol钛酸丁酯、0.08mol正硅酸乙酯相互混合搅拌,静置2天,将步骤A制备得到的改性的聚四氟乙烯层浸泡10-30分钟,在150-200℃干燥;C)第二阻燃胶层与改性的聚四氟乙烯层黏合:按重量份计,20-25份聚氨酯胶黏剂、5-10份固化剂、40-50份醋酸乙酯、20-30份甲醇、5-10份胺化石墨烯、5-10份纳米氮化硅、10-15份多巴胺搅拌混合,将混合后的胶黏剂均匀涂布在聚四氟乙烯膜内侧表面,干燥;D)与第二铝箔黏结:将第二阻燃胶层和第二铝箔亚光面贴合,压紧,贴合辊温度为80-100℃,压力为100-150兆帕,30-45℃熟化72-80小时,形成一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔;E)气凝胶层制备:将20-30份环氧丙烷、80-130份乙酸、50-70份聚乙二醇600、10-30份甲酰胺用高速微粉搅拌机搅拌5-10分钟,调节溶剂温度5-8度;加入二氧化硅-酚醛树脂复合气凝胶5-20份,调节溶剂温度为30℃-40℃,继续搅拌40-60分钟;加入20-30份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体、10-15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体,继续搅拌5-10分钟;然后气流分级,收集通过8000目过滤网的粉体;所述高速微粉搅拌机的转速为800-1000转/分钟,然后将收集到的粉体通过压缩空气、过滤、干燥后,进入800-1000℃高温气化室,经喷嘴形成超音速气流射入到第一铝箔一侧表面,在50-70℃熟化,形成一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔;F)将步骤D和步骤E得到的一侧黏结有自清洁层的第二铝箔的清洁面和一侧附着有气凝胶层的第一铝箔的清洁面与分别贴合在阻燃气泡层的两侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自清洁隔热反射材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤C)涂布胶黏剂后的薄膜经过五段烘箱干燥,烘箱温度依次为20-30℃、50-80℃、50-80℃、90-100℃、130-150℃,薄膜传动速度在80-100米/分钟。
