Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有饲料添加剂/预混料的肉牛养殖用饲料及其应用,饲料添加剂/预混料包含中药与微生态制剂组份、复合维生素和微量矿物元素;中药与微生态制剂组份包含以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪7~10份、薄荷5~8份、苦蒿3~5份、肉桂6~9份、党参4~6份、法夏3~5份、白术3~5份、神曲8~12份、松针粉20~50份、姜粉30~60份、蒜皮30~60份、产朊假丝酵母3~5份、布拉酵母4~6份、保加利亚乳杆菌2~4份、黑曲霉3~5份;饲料还包括由黄玉米、玉米黄贮、胡麻饼、干草粉、白酒糟和食盐组成的饲料主料。本发明饲料为绿色、环保饲料,能够提高肉牛养殖产品的产量、质量和风味,并能替代饲用抗生素等药物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于动物养殖技术领域,特别是涉及一种含有饲料添加剂/预混料的肉牛养殖用饲料及其应用。
背景技术
肉牛即肉用牛,是一类以生产牛肉为主的牛。特点是体躯丰满、增重快、饲料利用率高、产肉性能好,肉质口感好。肉牛不仅为人们提供肉用品,还为人们提供其他副食品。牛肉味道好、营养价值高,国际国内肉牛市场需求正旺,市场潜力大。不过肉牛饲养成本的上升、肉牛繁殖周期长等原因,使之存在一定风险。随着追求“快速生长”的现代遗传育种理论的应用和发展,以及饲料中抗生素和化学合成药物的大量使用,使得肉蛋奶产品的天然风味遭到破坏。因此,在肉牛的育肥期进行科学育肥,能增加肉牛的牛肉产量和风味,在保证质量的情况下尽量满足市场需求,既能够促进经济发展又能够满足人们的日常对牛肉的需求。
为了能固有一种或多种新技术产品产生出来,替代抗生素等药物的防病治病以及促进动物的生长生产的作用,发达国家及中国政府倡导绿色、无公害的饲料添加剂/预混料的研制与开发生产,而目前真正替代抗生素等药物的产品有:(1)微生态制剂;(2)低聚糖;(3)中药材。
其中微生态制剂被世界公认为首选,通过微生物将饲料中难以被动物消化利用的物质分解成容易被畜禽采食、消化、吸收和无毒害作用的一些生物活性饲料;同时有效降解植物蛋白饲料中大量有毒有害物质、抗营养因子等物质,转变成动物生长所要的有机酸、多肽、氨基酸、维生素、促生长因子等物质。它不但促进动物生长,还能维持动物体内微生态平衡,增强机体免疫力。
中药材运用天然植物中的植物类黄酮、多酚类、生物碱等生物活性物质,有效抑制肌肉脂质过氧化、清除自由基,保护细胞和组织结构稳定,调节肉质性状(肌内糖原、肌内脂肪、肌纤维、肌肉PH、肌肉顏色等),从而增强肉质风味和保鲜期。合理配伍的中药材能促进肉牛机体的新陈代谢,增强其免疫力和抗病能力,在保持肉牛快速生长的同时,显著提高畜禽瘦肉率,增加肌间脂肪含量,改善肉质风味和色泽。
合理的利用上述原料,就可以制备出绿色、环保、安全、高效之饲料添加剂/预混料,从而产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。因此,开发一种无药物残留,无毒或低毒,食用安全、操作方便、价格低廉和易于推广的饲料添加剂/预混料以及相应的饲料,就成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:提供一种绿色、环保,能够提高肉牛养殖的综合利益,并且性能稳定,效果明显的饲料添加剂/预混料,能与其它组份组成提高肉牛产量和质量的饲料。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:提供一种含有上述饲料添加剂/预混料的饲料,该饲料绿色、环保,能够提高肉牛养殖的综合利益,并且性能稳定,以提高产品的产量和质量。
本发明所要解决的第三个技术问题是:提供一种上述饲料在肉牛养殖中的应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种饲料添加剂/预混料,包含中药与微生态制剂组份、复合维生素和微量矿物元素,所述中药与微生态制剂组份包含以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪7~10份、薄荷5~8份、苦蒿3~5份、肉桂6~9份、党参4~6份、法夏3~5份、白术3~5份、神曲8~12份、松针粉20~50份、姜粉30~60份、蒜皮30~60份、产朊假丝酵母3~5份(每克含50亿活菌)、布拉酵母4~6份(每克含50亿活菌)、保加利亚乳杆菌2~4份(每克含200亿活菌)、黑曲霉3~5份(每克含50亿活菌);所述复合维生素在每公斤所述中药与微生态制剂组份的含量为:VA40~50MIU、VD30~40MIU、VE40~50MIU和烟酸30~40MIU;所述微量矿物元素在每公斤所述中药与微生态制剂组份的含量为:硫酸亚铁8~12克、硫酸锌12~16克、氯化钴6~8克、硫酸铜8~10克。
优选的,所述的中药与微生态制剂组份包括以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪8.5份、薄荷6.5份、苦蒿4份、肉桂7.5份、党参5份、法夏4份、白术4份、神曲10份、松针粉35份、姜粉35份、蒜皮45份、产朊假丝酵母4份、布拉酵母5份、保加利亚乳杆菌3份、黑曲霉4份;另外每公斤上述中药与微生态制剂组份中还含有复合维生素VA45MIU、VD35MIU、VE45MIU和烟酸35MIU,含有微量矿物元素硫酸亚铁10克、硫酸锌14克、氯化钴7克和硫酸铜9克。
一种含有上述饲料添加剂/预混料的肉牛养殖用饲料,包括100:4~8重量份的饲料主料和饲料添加剂/预混料,所述饲料主料包含重量份为黄玉米37~40份、玉米黄贮22~24份、胡麻饼8~10份、干草粉3~5份、白酒糟24~26份、食盐0.3~0.5份。
优选的,所述的含有上述饲料添加剂/预混料的肉牛养殖用饲料,包括100:6重量份饲料主料和肉牛料添加剂/预混料,所述饲料主料包含重量份为黄玉米38.6份、玉米黄贮23份、胡麻饼9份、干草粉4份、白酒糟25份、食盐0.4份。
一种含有饲料添加剂/预混料组成的肉牛养殖用饲料的应用,选择育肥中期或育肥后期的肉牛,每天分早晚两次喂食,每头牛共喂食3~4公斤,自由采食和饮水,进食完可补充稍许玉米秸,至下次喂食前有剩余的玉米秸。
本发明中所采用的原料,其中:
黄芪:性味归经:甘,温。归肺、脾经。功效:补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。
薄荷:性味归经:辛,凉;入肺经、肝经。功效:疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
苦蒿:性味归经:苦、凉、肺、胃经;功效:消炎,清热,解毒;主治:治中耳炎,风火眼,风火牙痛,口腔炎,咽喉炎。
肉桂:性味归经:性大热,味辛、甘;归肾、脾、心、肝经;功能主治:补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经。
党参:性味归经:性平,味甘、微酸;归脾、肺经。功能主治:补中益气,健脾益肺。
法夏:性味归经:辛,温,有毒。入脾、胃经。功效:能行水湿,降逆气,而善祛脾胃湿痰。
白术:性味归经:苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经;功效:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。
神曲:性味归经:苦,温;功效主治:健脾消食,理气化湿,解表;治伤食胸痞,腹痛吐泻,痢疾,感冒头痛,小儿伤饥失饱。
松针粉:气味芳香,含挥发油及糖、胡萝卜素、维生素C维生素E氨基酸等多种元素。其中,胡萝卜素、维素C维生素E有抗衰老之功效;对治疗脑中风、动脉硬化、对血压可双向调节;对性功能减退、高血脂、糖尿病、便秘、青年人的经常感冒、青春痘、过敏性鼻炎等有特殊的疗效。在饲料中应用还可以作为诱食剂。
姜粉:味辛性温,可以发散风寒、化痰止咳,又能温中止呕、解毒,临床上常用于治疗外感风寒及胃寒呕逆等症。在饲料中应用还可以作为诱食剂。
蒜皮:蒜皮中含有6种不同的抗氧化剂。其中苯丙素抗氧化剂能够抗衰老和保护心脏。在饲料中使用还可以增加肉质的风味。
产朊假丝酵母:其蛋白质和维生素B的含量都比啤酒酵母高,它能以尿素和硝酸作为氮源生长;既能利用造纸工业的亚硫酸废液,还能利用糖蜜、木材水解液等生产出人畜可食用的蛋白质。
布拉酵母:主要功效用于治疗成人或儿童急性感染或非特异性腹泻,促进乳酸生产,维生素B充分发挥作用,主要是通过黏合作用控制假丝酵母细胞的生长,包括支持分泌免疫球蛋白SIgA和增加产量,SIgA是人体最丰富的免疫球蛋白,对于预防食物中有害微生物引起的肠道感染十分重要。
保加利亚乳杆菌:保加利亚酸奶中的乳酸菌,在分类上属于乳酸杆菌;能够发酵乳糖、分解乳蛋白、产生特殊的香气;还具有抑制肠道中的致病菌和腐败菌的繁殖、降低血中胆固醇等多种作用。
黑曲霉:半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,丝孢目,丛梗孢科,曲霉属真菌中的一个常见种;广泛分布于世界各地的粮食、植物性产品和土壤中;在发酵工业主要用于生产淀粉酶、酸性蛋白酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、柠檬酸、葡糖酸和没食子酸等。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用的中草药和微生物制剂具有提高机体免疫力和具有抗应激作用、具有增强食欲作用、促进生殖、促生长和催肥作用、防治疾病、改善肉质等作用;还可以帮助降解饲料中的有效成份,提高饲料的利用率,并且优化组合瘤胃和肠道内菌群,提高牲畜的免疫力,抑制体内病原菌的生长;
2、通过中草药和微生物的合理应用,可以代替抗生素和违禁药品,使得饲喂安全高效、无残留、无耐药性,符合生产绿色饲料和绿色畜产品的要求;
3、本发明组成的饲料采用的各组份配伍技术适口性强,可以激发牲畜的食欲,提高牲畜的生长速度;
4、本发明生产的牲畜肉质顔色纯正,鲜美滑嫩,风味好,口感醇劲;肌间脂肪含量增加,大理石花纹清晰明显,视觉效果明爽舒畅;
5、本发明提升机体抗氧化能力,有效保护肌肉中脂肪稳定,延长保鲜期和货架期;
总之,本发明的饲料为绿色、环保饲料,能够提高肉牛养殖产品的产量、质量和风味,并能替代饲用抗生素等药物。具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一、饲料添加剂/预混料的制备之一
a.发酵生产产朊假丝酵母、布拉酵母、保加利亚乳杆菌和黑曲霉,制成菌粉,或直接购买商品成品的菌粉,按重量比为3:6:2:5混合;
b.将中草药组份按重量比为黄芪7:薄荷5:苦蒿5:肉桂9:党参4:法夏3:白术3:神曲8:松针粉50:姜粉60:蒜皮30混合并磨成粉;
c.将步骤a和步骤b得到产物混合,并以以下添加量的标准在每公斤混合产物中添加复合维生素VA50MIU、VD40MIU、VE40MIU和烟酸30MIU;硫酸亚铁8克、硫酸锌16克、氯化钴8克、硫酸铜8克;然后混合均匀,得到终产品。
实施例二、饲料添加剂/预混料的制备之二
a.发酵生产产朊假丝酵母、布拉酵母、保加利亚乳杆菌和黑曲霉,制成菌粉,或直接购买商品成品的菌粉,按重量比为5:4:4:3混合;
b.将中草药组份按重量比为黄芪10:薄荷8:苦蒿3:肉桂6:党参6:法夏5:白术5:神曲12:松针粉20:姜粉30:蒜皮60混合并磨成粉;
c.将步骤a和步骤b得到产物混合,并以以下添加量的标准在每公斤混合产物中添加复合维生素VA40MIU、VD30MIU、VE50MIU和烟酸40MIU;硫酸亚铁12克、硫酸锌12克、氯化钴6克、硫酸铜10克;然后混合均匀,得到终产品。
实施例三、饲料添加剂/预混料的制备之三
a.发酵生产产朊假丝酵母、布拉酵母、保加利亚乳杆菌和黑曲霉,制成菌粉,或直接购买商品成品的菌粉,按重量比为4:5:3:4混合;
b.将中草药组份按重量比为黄芪8.5:薄荷6.5:苦蒿4:肉桂7.5:党参5:法夏4:白术4:神曲10:松针粉35:姜粉45:蒜皮45混合并磨成粉;
c.将步骤a和步骤b得到产物混合,并以以下添加量的标准在每公斤混合产物中添加复合维生素VA45MIU、VD35MIU、VE45MIU和烟酸35MIU;硫酸亚铁10克、硫酸锌14克、氯化钴7克、硫酸铜9克;然后混合均匀,得到终产品。
实施例四、肉牛饲料的配制
将实施例三制备的饲料添加剂/预混料和重量份为黄玉米38.6份、玉米黄贮23份、胡麻饼9份、干草粉4份、白酒糟25份、食盐0.4份组成的饲料主料以重量比为6:100混匀,配制成最优比例的含有饲料添加剂/预混料的全价饲料。
实施例五、应用的效果
2017年5月10日至9月6日,共试验120天,采用本发明中饲料主料,作为对照,与本发明配制的全价饲料一起进行育肥期肉牛喂养试验,喂养结果见表1:

从表1数据中可以看出,使用本发明后肉牛的生产性能明显提高,增重快,屠宰率高,产肉性能良好。由于眼肌面积是指家畜背最长肌的横断面面积,与家畜产肉性能有强正相关关系,是肉牛业生产上的重要指标,所以作为一个指标进行比较。
由此可见,本发明对肉牛的饲喂效果显著,肉牛的生产性能明显提高,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。

1.一种饲料添加剂/预混料,其特征在于,包含中药与微生态制剂组份、复合维生素和微量矿物元素,所述中药与微生态制剂组份包含以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪7~10份、薄荷5~8份、苦蒿3~5份、肉桂6~9份、党参4~6份、法夏3~5份、白术3~5份、神曲8~12份、松针粉20~50份、姜粉30~60份、蒜皮30~60份、产朊假丝酵母3~5份、布拉酵母4~6份、保加利亚乳杆菌2~4份和黑曲霉3~5份;所述复合维生素在每公斤所述中药与微生态制剂组份的含量为:VA40~50MIU、VD30~40MIU、VE40~50MIU和烟酸30~40MIU;所述微量矿物元素在每公斤所述中药与微生态制剂组份的含量为:硫酸亚铁8~12克、硫酸锌12~16克、氯化钴6~8克和硫酸铜8~10克。
2.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂/预混料,其特征在于,所述中药与微生态制剂组份包括以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪8.5份、薄荷6.5份、苦蒿4份、肉桂7.5份、党参5份、法夏4份、白术4份、神曲10份、松针粉35份、姜粉35份、蒜皮45份、产朊假丝酵母4份、布拉酵母5份、保加利亚乳杆菌3份和黑曲霉4份;另外每公斤上述中药与微生态制剂组份中还含有复合维生素VA45MIU、VD35MIU、VE45MIU和烟酸35MIU,含有微量矿物元素硫酸亚铁10克、硫酸锌14克、氯化钴7克和硫酸铜9克。
3.一种含有权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂/预混料的肉牛养殖用饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料包括100:4~8重量份的饲料主料和饲料添加剂/预混料,所述饲料主料包含重量份为黄玉米37~40份、玉米黄贮22~24份、胡麻饼8~10份、干草粉3~5份、白酒糟24~26份和食盐0.3~0.5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料包括100:6重量份饲料主料和料添加剂/预混料,所述中药与微生态制剂组份包括以下重量份含量的组份:黄芪8.5份、薄荷6.5份、苦蒿4份、肉桂7.5份、党参5份、法夏4份、白术4份、神曲10份、松针粉35份、姜粉35份、蒜皮45份、产朊假丝酵母4份、布拉酵母5份、保加利亚乳杆菌3份和黑曲霉4份;另外每公斤上述中药与微生态制剂组份中还含有复合维生素VA45MIU、VD35MIU、VE45MIU和烟酸35MIU,含有微量矿物元素硫酸亚铁10克、硫酸锌14克、氯化钴7克和硫酸铜9克;所述饲料主料包含重量份为黄玉米38.6份、玉米黄贮23份、胡麻饼9份、干草粉4份、白酒糟25份和食盐0.4份。
5.一种如权利要求3或4所述的饲料的应用,其特征在于,所述饲料在肉牛育肥中期或育肥后期的应用,选择育肥中期或育肥后期的肉牛,每天分早晚两次喂食,每头牛共喂食3~4公斤,自由采食和饮水,进食完可补充稍许玉米秸,至下次喂食前有剩余的玉米秸。
