Abstract

本发明涉及一种沙画用水性固沙胶及其制备方法。目前市场上销售的固沙胶存在的主要问题是渗透性不好,成膜性差,干后有时会出现龟裂而且防水性差,保存时间短。本发明以硬性和软性乙烯基单体为主要原料,通过引入功能单体,采用细微乳液聚合的方法,制备出一种沙画用水性固沙胶。该固沙胶环保、无刺激异味,对人体无害,具有优异的光稳定性和耐候性,室温下即可形成光泽好、耐水的膜,而且粘合牢固,不易剥落,可广泛用于彩沙画等工艺画上,使沙粒牢固粘在底板上,同时保持画面的沙粒质感,突出产品的手工制作特征,使彩沙画更具欣赏价值。

技术领域
本发明属于沙画用品领域,具体涉及一种沙画用水性固沙胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
沙画,即用沙子做画。是一门独特的艺术。它结合现代人的审美观,依托深厚的文化底蕴和文化内涵;采用产自神奇大自然的天然彩沙,经手工精致而成。将沙子作画后,运用特殊胶水将其固定下来,最后进行装裱。目前市场上常用的固沙胶,渗透性差,容易破坏画面,干燥速度慢,干后会出现龟裂而且不防水,并且具有刺鼻有机溶剂味道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种沙画用水性固沙胶及其制备方法,解决现有产品的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂和去离子水按0.5~2:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至60~80℃,保温0.5~1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)将硬性油溶性乙烯基单体、软性油溶性乙烯基单体、功能性单体按30~54:10~25:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用;
(3)将水溶性引发剂和去离子水按0.1~10:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C;
(4)分别取10%~15%质量分数的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C滴加到溶液A中,于60~80℃反应0.5~1h得到乳液D,将剩余的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C在2~4h内滴加到乳液D中,滴加完继续保温反应1~2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E;其中,溶液A:溶液B:引发剂水溶液C的质量比为100:30~50:10~20;
(5)将乳液E和去离子水按50~100:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、烷基磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述的硬性油溶性乙烯基单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、苯乙烯中的一种或几种。
所述的软性油溶性乙烯基单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯中的一种或几种。
所述的功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
所述的水溶性引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠或过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠。
所述的一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法所制得的沙画用水性固沙胶。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明以硬性和软性乙烯基单体为主要原料,通过引入功能单体,采用细微乳液聚合的方法,制备出一种沙画用水性固沙胶。
1)性能优越:本发明提供的固沙胶具有优异的光稳定性和耐候性,室温下即可形成光泽好、耐水的膜,而且粘合牢固,不易剥落;
2)环保无害:本发明提供的固沙胶固沙胶环保、无刺激异味,对人体无害;
3)适用于工业生产:本发明提供的固沙胶制备方法简单、原料易得。
综上所述,本发明提供的固沙胶可广泛用于彩沙画等工艺画上,使沙粒牢固粘在底板上,同时保持画面的沙粒质感,突出产品的手工制作特征,使彩沙画更具欣赏价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
本发明提供一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂和去离子水按0.5~2:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至60~80℃,保温0.5~1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)将硬性油溶性乙烯基单体、软性油溶性乙烯基单体、功能性单体按30~54:10~25:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用;
(3)将水溶性引发剂和去离子水按0.1~10:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C;
(4)分别取10%~15%质量分数的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C滴加到溶液A中,于60~80℃反应0.5~1h得到乳液D,将剩余的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C在2~4h内滴加到乳液D中,滴加完继续保温反应1~2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E;其中,溶液A:溶液B:引发剂水溶液C的质量比为100:30~50:10~20;
(5)将乳液E和去离子水按50~100:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、烷基磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述的硬性油溶性乙烯基单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、苯乙烯中的一种或几种。

所述的功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
所述的水溶性引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠或过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠。

实施例1:
(1)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水按0.5:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至80℃,保温0.5h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A。
(2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯按30:10:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用。
(3)将过硫酸铵和去离子水按0.1:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C。
(4)分别取15%的B和C滴加到A中,于80℃反应0.5h得到乳液D,将剩余的B和C在2h内滴加到D中,滴加完继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E。其中,A:B:C的质量比为100:30:10。
(5)将E和去离子水按100:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
实施例2:
(1)将脂肪醇醚磷酸酯和去离子水按1:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至70℃,保温1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A。
(2)将甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸按54: 25:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用。
(3)将过硫酸钾和去离子水按0.5:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C。
(4)分别取15%的B和C滴加到A中,于70℃反应1h得到乳液D,将剩余的B和C在3h内滴加到D中,滴加完继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E。其中,A:B:C的质量比为100:50:20。
(5)将E和去离子水按50:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
实施例3:
(1)将烷基磺酸钠和去离子水按2:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至60℃,保温1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A。
(2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸按35:15:15:5:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用。
(3)将过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠(质量比1:1)和去离子水按10:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C。
(4)分别取12%的B和C滴加到A中,于60℃反应1h得到乳液D,将剩余的B和C在4h内滴加到D中,滴加完继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E。其中,A:B:C的质量比为100:40:15。
(5)将E和去离子水按60:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
实施例4:
(1)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠和去离子水按0.5:1:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至60℃,保温1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A。
(2)将甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸按40:15:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用。
(3)将过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠(质量比1:1)和去离子水按5:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C。
(4)分别取15%的B和C滴加到A中,于60℃反应1h得到乳液D,将剩余的B和C在2h内滴加到D中,滴加完继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E。其中,A:B:C的质量比为100:40:20。
(5)将E和去离子水按65:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
实施例5:
(1)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯和去离子水按0.6:1.2:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至80℃,保温0.5h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A。
(2)将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯按50:10:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用。
(3)将过硫酸铵和去离子水按1:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C。
(4)分别取15%的B和C滴加到A中,于80℃反应1h得到乳液D,将剩余的B和C在3h内滴加到D中,滴加完继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E。其中,A:B:C的质量比为100:50:10。
(5)将E和去离子水按45:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。

1.一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂和去离子水按0.5~2:100的质量比加入到反应瓶中,加热至60~80℃,保温0.5~1h,使反应瓶中的乳化剂完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)将硬性油溶性乙烯基单体、软性油溶性乙烯基单体、功能性单体按30~54:10~25:1的质量比混合,得到溶液B,静置待用;
(3)将水溶性引发剂和去离子水按0.1~10:100的质量比混合均匀,得到引发剂水溶液C;
(4)分别取10%~15%质量分数的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C滴加到溶液A中,于60~80℃反应0.5~1h得到乳液D,将剩余的溶液B和引发剂水溶液C在2~4h内滴加到乳液D中,滴加完继续保温反应1~2h,冷却出料,得到乳液E;其中,溶液A:溶液B:引发剂水溶液C的质量比为100:30~50:10~20;
(5)将乳液E和去离子水按50~100:100的质量比混合,即得沙画用水性固沙胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、烷基磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种沙画用水性固沙胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的硬性油溶性乙烯基单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、苯乙烯中的一种或几种。
