Abstract

本发明涉及一种车用多层复合网膜的制备方法:采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,使用三个独立的熔喷模头分别依次熔喷内层网膜、偶联层和外层网膜;对得到的复合材料施加压力,得到车用多层复合网膜。本发明还公开了一种复合坐垫皮具的制备方法:自下而上依次叠放皮革、车用多层复合网膜和海绵,其中,车用多层复合网膜的内层网膜和外层网膜分别紧贴皮革和海绵;经红外线加热后,再进行热压复合,得到复合坐垫皮具。本发明生产工艺简单,操作环境优良,工人操作强度低,可实现安全环保生产,所制备的坐垫皮具多层复合材料剥离强度大,透气性好,在低温下复合不损坏皮具,皮具柔韧度好,且无有害气体如甲醛、甲苯等的释放。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子复合材料的加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种车用多层复合网膜及复合坐 垫皮具的制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶膜已广泛应用于汽车内饰件材料的粘合,但是由于现有应用在汽车内饰件的热熔 胶膜一般为单层膜或多层对称结构,其膜两面无法粘合差异性较大的材质,因此在一定程度 上限制了它的应用范围,目前只能运用于汽车顶棚、汽车底盘等材料的粘合。另外,若出现 粘合过程中的鼓泡等现象,还需将膜经过打孔机器进行打孔加工,工艺较为繁琐。发明专利 CN 201510106668.9中公开了一种复合热熔胶网膜及其制备工艺,特别是一种用于粘接金属与 非极性材料用复合热熔胶网膜及其制备工艺,该发明得到的相关产品无法满足皮革、海绵等 高分子材料及差别化大的不同材质粘合的需求;发明专利CN201510161382.0公开了一种热熔 胶网膜及其制备工艺,提及了一种含竹炭纤维的热熔胶网膜产品,使得热熔胶网膜产品本身 具备吸湿透气、抗菌抑菌、抗紫外线、除臭吸附等功效,提升产品的环保性及舒适性,拓展 现有热熔胶网膜产品的性能,但仍然无法满足粘合温度要求较低、差别化大的不同材质粘合 的需求。
汽车坐垫皮具对于皮具的完整性有较高的要求,而目前的热熔胶膜、网膜无法粘合差异 较大、要求较高的汽车坐垫材料。例如在用单层热熔胶膜进行皮具和海绵复合时,不但会因 为需要高温加热而损坏皮革纹路,同时得到的产品剥离强度较低,无法运用于车用坐垫市场。 目前市场上汽车皮具坐垫的粘合生产技术仍主要为溶剂胶粘合法和火焰复合法。火焰复合法 是用火灼烧海绵表面致熔融状,然后迅速将皮质与之结合,从而达到胶黏的目的,然而在灼 烧海绵表面的时候会有一些有毒气体(如异氰酸酯)生成,部分会残留在汽车坐垫内缓慢释 放,从而污染车内空气。另一种胶水粘合法是在海绵表面喷涂一层胶水,然后将其与皮质结 合,然而由于胶水中还有大量甲醛、甲苯等有毒物质,也会不断缓慢释放导致车内空气污染。 此外这些生产工艺会严重影响产线工人身体健康。
如何提高汽车内坐垫中差异性较大皮革和海绵的粘合强度,保持汽车坐垫皮革原有的纹 路及韧性,减少汽车内环境污染问题,同时简化多层复合网膜的生产工艺,目前并未出现相 关报道。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种车用多层复合网膜及复合坐垫皮具的制 备方法,本发明提供了一种可以在较低温度下粘合差异化较大的材质(如皮革和海绵)的熔 融喷丝多层复合网膜的制备方法,该多层复合网膜在大幅提高粘合度(剥离强度)的同时, 在制备复合坐垫皮具时,可以保留皮革的原有纹路,并且能有效改善新车车内环境,基本无 有害气体如甲醛、甲苯等有害气体排放;此外还简化了生产工艺,使生产简单易行,同时操 作环境优良,工人操作强度较低,远好于其他复合工艺手段。
本发明的技术方案如下:
在一方面,本发明提供了一种车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,使用三个独立的熔喷模头分别依次熔喷内层网膜、 偶联层和外层网膜,内层网膜的熔点为70-105℃,偶联层的熔点为100-130℃,外层网膜的 熔点为120-160℃;内层网膜用于粘合皮革,外层网膜用于粘合发泡PU(海绵),偶联层起到 连接内外层网膜的作用,偶联层的熔点介于内、外层网膜的熔点之间,内、外层网膜熔点可 根据需要各不相同;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的复合材料施加压力,使得熔点较高的热熔网膜渗入熔喷的熔点 较低的热熔网膜的纤维孔隙中,各层之间的材料发生交错黏结,得到车用多层复合网膜,车 用多层复合网膜的厚度为50~150μm,基重为10~100g/m2,纤维直径为3~30μm,熔点温 度为70~160℃。
进一步地,在步骤(1)中,内层网膜的材质为改性低熔点尼龙、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、 乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(EBA)、乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMMA)、乙烯甲基丙烯酸共 聚物(EMA)、乙烯丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)和乙烯乙酸乙烯酸共聚物(EVA)中的一种或多种。优选地,内层网膜的熔点为80-100℃。
进一步地,在步骤(1)中,偶联层的材质为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝 线性低密度聚乙烯、聚醚砜树脂(PES)和交联共聚酰胺(交联COPA)中的一种或多种。优 选地,偶联层的熔点为105-125℃。
进一步地,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯中的马来酸酐 接枝率为0.7-1.7%。优选地,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯中的马来酸酐接枝率为0.9-1.5%, 马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯中的马来酸酐接枝率为0.8-1.3%。
进一步地,在步骤(1)中,外层网膜的材质为交联尼龙(PA)、聚氨酯(TPU)、CoPES共聚酯、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、乙酸乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种。优选地,外层网膜的熔点为125-150℃。
进一步地,在步骤(2)中,使用带调压的聚四氟乙烯胶辊及不锈钢辊组成的轮压装置对 复合材料施加压力。
进一步地,步骤(1)和步骤(2)在传送带上进行,控制传送带的行程速度及轮压装置 的压力进而可控制车用多层复合网膜的厚度,其厚度范围为50~150μm。
优选地,在步骤(2)中,车用多层复合网膜的厚度为70~100μm,基重为18~80g/m2, 纤维直径为3~20μm,熔点温度为80~150℃。

(S2)自下而上依次叠放皮革、车用多层复合网膜和海绵,其中,车用多层复合网膜的 内层网膜和外层网膜分别紧贴皮革和海绵;经红外线加热后,再进行热压复合,得到复合坐 垫皮具,其中,红外线加热的温度为20~220℃,且分若干加热区进行,叠放的材料依次进入 各加热区进行加热,且后一加热区的加热温度高于前一加热区的加热温度,在进行红外线加 热时,各时段中皮革、车用多层复合网膜和海绵的加热温度不同,且皮革的加热温度最低。
在步骤(S2)中,加热主要发生在前面的区域,最后一加热区起到微加热及保温的作用。
优选地,在步骤(S2)中,红外线加热的温度为50~220℃。
进一步地,在步骤(S2)中,红外线加热分第一区、第二区和第三区进行,第一区中,海绵对应的加热温度为120~170℃(优选130~160℃),车用多层复合网膜对应的加热温度为135~185℃(优选145~175℃),皮革对应的加热温度为110~140℃(优选120~135℃);第二区中,海绵对应的加热温度为130~180℃(优选140~170℃),车用多层复合网膜对应的加热温度为140~195℃(优选155~185℃),皮革对应的加热温度为120~150℃(优选130~ 140℃);第三区中,海绵对应的加热温度为140~180℃(优选150~180℃),车用多层复合 网膜对应的加热温度为165~205℃(优选165~195℃),皮革对应的加热温度为120~150℃ (优选135~150℃)。
进一步地,在步骤(S2)中,热压复合时的温度为100~200℃,工作压力为3~15kN/cm2。 优选地,热压复合时的温度为120~180℃,工作压力为5~10kN/cm2
进一步地,步骤(S1)和步骤(S2)均在传送带上进行,传送带的传送速度为7~25米/ 分。优选地,传送带的传送速度为10~20米/分。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
1.本发明方法得到的车用多层复合网膜很好地解决了目前市场上热熔胶网膜无法针对 差异性较大的材料进行粘合的问题,通过三层熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,可以制成内外层性 质差异较大的复合网膜,实现皮革与海绵的粘合。
2.本发明可在现有的复合生产线上对皮具与海绵进行低温粘合,透气性好,在低温下复 合不损坏皮具,满足了在不损害皮具表面纹路、保持皮革韧性要求的同时拥有最大剥离强度, 且因为网膜本身透气,粘合过程不会出现鼓泡等现象,符合汽车皮革坐垫粘合的市场需求。
3.本发明相对于传统的胶水复合法、火焰复合法来说,可以得到同等级别剥离强度,且 复合后的复合坐垫皮具无有害气体残留,能有效改善新车车内环境。
4.本发明使用的多层复合网膜材料技术,相比于现有的生产工艺,工艺简单,操作环境 优良,工人操作强度较低,可实现安全环保生产,远好于其他复合工艺手段。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于 说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
参见图1和4,本实施例提供的车用多层复合网膜4材料厚度为50μm,基重为18g/m2, 分三层:内层网膜3为6g的乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(美国陶氏EAA5980),其熔点为90℃;中间层(偶联层2)为6g的交联COPA共聚酰胺热熔胶粉(华特粘接材料股份有限公司,HT-8112),其熔点为120℃;外层网膜1为6g经过马来酸酐改性的交联尼龙(尼龙原料法国阿科玛PA),此交联尼龙的熔点为140℃。
采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,设定三个熔喷模头每平米的熔喷量及对应模头温度,按 由内到外的顺序熔融喷丝于特氟龙传送带上,三层喷丝工艺完成喷丝后需经过轮压装置而连 结成一多层复合结构,控制特氟龙传送带的行程速度及轮压装置的压力进而达到控制车用多 层复合网膜材料厚度的目的,再经由水雾冷却,风冷及吹干后收卷得到三层复合网膜材料, 其厚度为50μm,平方米克重为18g/m2
利用上述制备的多层复合网膜4材料生产复合坐垫皮具,方法如下(图2):
在复合生产线的传送带上自下而上依次放卷、叠放和平铺皮革6、多层复合网膜材料4 以及海绵5,内层网膜3和外层网膜2分别紧贴皮革6和海绵5。材料叠放后,经传送带传送 到红外加热区进行预热,传送带上依次设置三个加热区,分别设定加热一区:上130℃,中 155℃,下120℃;加热二区:上140℃,中165℃,下130℃;加热三区:上150℃,中165℃,下135℃。使得叠放的材料依次进入这三个加热区进行加热,同时各加热区设置的三个加热温度,分别为不同材料加热,以上温度中,上对应的是海绵5加热温度,中对应的是多层复合网膜4材料加热温度,下对应的是皮革6加热温度。加热后进入碾压成型工序,碾压机以120℃、5kN/cm2的压力两面同时进行热压复合,传送带传送速度10米/分从而一次复合成型得到轻薄型的复合坐垫皮具(图3-4)。
实施例2
本实施例提供的车用多层复合网膜材料厚度为70μm,基重为30g/m2,分三层:内层网 膜为10g的乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(雷普索尔EBA),其熔点为100℃;中间层(偶联层)为10g聚醚砜树脂(德国巴斯夫PES),其熔点为121℃;外层网膜为10g聚氨酯(华特粘接材 料股份有限公司,TPU),经改性后其熔点为143℃。
采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,设定三个熔喷模头每平米的熔喷量及对应模头温度,按 由内到外的顺序熔融喷丝于特氟龙传送带上,三层喷丝工艺完成喷丝后需经过轮压装置而连 结成一多层复合结构,控制特氟龙传送带的行程速度及轮压装置的压力进而达到控制车用多 层复合网膜材料厚度的目的,再经由水雾冷却,风冷及吹干后收卷得到三层复合网膜材料, 其厚度为70μm,平方米克重为30g/m2
利用上述制备的多层复合网膜材料生产复合坐垫皮具,方法如下:
在复合生产线的传送带上自下而上依次放卷、叠放和平铺皮革、多层复合网膜材料以及 海绵,内层网膜和外层网膜分别紧贴皮革和海绵。材料叠放后,经传送带传送到红外加热区 进行预热,传送带上依次设置三个加热区,分别设定加热一区:上140℃,中165℃,下130℃; 加热二区:上150℃,中175℃,下135℃;加热三区:上150℃,中170℃,下140℃。使得 叠放的材料依次进入这三个加热区进行加热,同时各加热区设置的三个加热温度,分别为不 同材料加热,以上温度中,上对应的是海绵加热温度,中对应的是多层复合网膜材料加热温 度,下对应的是皮革加热温度。加热后进入碾压成型工序,碾压机以150℃、7kN/cm2的压力 两面同时进行热压复合,传送带传送速度20米/分从而一次复合成型得到常规型的复合坐垫 皮具。
实施例3
本实施例提供的车用多层复合网膜材料厚度为90μm,基重为50g/m2,分三层:内层网 膜为8g的乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物(法国阿科玛28MA 07EMA),其熔点为105℃;7g EVA(杜邦EVA牌号360),其熔点为78℃,混合均匀后熔喷。中间层(偶联层)为20g低密度聚乙 烯经马来酸酐接枝改性后(接枝率为1.3%)其熔点为125℃。外层网膜为15g聚烯烃弹性体 (美国陶氏POE),经改性后其熔点为130℃。
采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,设定三个熔喷模头每平米的熔喷量及对应模头温度,按 由内到外的顺序熔融喷丝于特氟龙传送带上,三层喷丝工艺完成喷丝后需经过轮压装置而连 结成一多层复合结构,控制特氟龙传送带的行程速度及轮压装置的压力进而达到控制车用多 层复合网膜材料厚度的目的,再经由水雾冷却,风冷及吹干后收卷得到三层复合网膜材料, 其厚度为90μm,平方米克重为50g/m2
利用上述制备的多层复合网膜材料生产复合坐垫皮具,方法如下:
在复合生产线的传送带上自下而上依次放卷、叠放和平铺皮革、多层复合网膜材料以及 海绵,内层网膜和外层网膜分别紧贴皮革和海绵。材料叠放后,经传送带传送到红外加热区 进行预热,传送带上依次设置三个加热区,分别设定加热一区:上145℃,中165℃,下130℃; 加热二区:上150℃,中175℃,下135℃;加热三区:上150℃,中170℃,下145℃。使得 叠放的材料依次进入这三个加热区进行加热,同时各加热区设置的三个加热温度,分别为不 同材料加热,以上温度中,上对应的是海绵加热温度,中对应的是多层复合网膜材料加热温 度,下对应的是皮革加热温度。加热后进入碾压成型工序,碾压机以150℃、8kN/cm2的压力 两面同时进行热压复合,传送带传送速度15米/分从而一次复合成型得到常规型的复合坐垫 皮具。
实施例4
本实施例提供的车用多层复合网膜材料厚度为110μm,基重为70g/m2,分三层:内层网 膜为20g的乙烯丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(美国杜邦EEA2116AC),其熔点为96℃。中间层(偶联 层)为15g的聚醚砜树脂(德国巴斯夫PES),其熔点为135℃,另外还包括15g交联共聚酰胺(COPA),其熔点为130℃,混合均匀后熔喷。外层网膜为20g的聚氨酯(华特粘接材料 股份有限公司,TPU),经改性后其熔点为140℃。
采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,设定三个熔喷模头每平米的熔喷量及对应模头温度,按 由内到外的顺序熔融喷丝于特氟龙传送带上,三层喷丝工艺完成喷丝后需经过轮压装置而连 结成一多层复合结构,控制特氟龙传送带的行程速度及轮压装置的压力进而达到控制车用多 层复合网膜材料厚度的目的,再经由水雾冷却,风冷及吹干后收卷得到三层复合网膜材料, 其厚度为110μm,平方米克重为70g/m2

实施例5
本实施例提供的车用多层复合网膜材料厚度为150μm,基重为100g/m2,分三层:内层 网膜为15g的乙烯乙酸-乙烯共聚物(台塑7A50H的EVA),其熔点为82℃,15g乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA3440/美国陶氏),其熔点为97.8℃,混合均匀后熔喷。中间层(偶联层)为40g 线性低密度聚乙烯,经马来酸酐接枝改性后(接枝率为1.5%)其熔点为130℃。外层网膜为30g聚氨酯(华特粘接材料股份有限公司,TPU)经改性后其熔点为140℃。

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领 域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型, 这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用熔喷非织造热熔网膜技术,使用三个独立的熔喷模头分别依次熔喷内层网膜、偶联层和外层网膜,所述内层网膜的熔点为70-105℃,所述偶联层的熔点为100-130℃,所述外层网膜的熔点为120-160℃;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的复合材料施加压力,使得熔点较高的热熔网膜渗入熔喷的熔点较低的热熔网膜的纤维孔隙中,各层之间的材料发生交错黏结,得到所述车用多层复合网膜,所述车用多层复合网膜的厚度为50~150μm,基重为10~100g/m2,纤维直径为3~30μm,熔点温度为70~160℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述内层网膜的材质为改性低熔点尼龙、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和乙烯乙酸乙烯酸共聚物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述偶联层的材质为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯、聚醚砜树脂和交联共聚酰胺中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯中的马来酸酐接枝率为0.7-1.7%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述外层网膜的材质为交联尼龙、聚氨酯、CoPES、聚烯烃弹性体、乙酸乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车用多层复合网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,使用带调压的聚四氟乙烯胶辊及不锈钢辊组成的轮压装置对复合材料施加压力。
7.一种复合坐垫皮具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(S1)采用权利要求1-6中任一项所述的制备方法制备所述车用多层复合网膜;
(S2)自下而上依次叠放皮革、所述车用多层复合网膜和海绵,其中,所述车用多层复合网膜的内层网膜和外层网膜分别紧贴所述皮革和海绵;经红外线加热后,再进行热压复合,得到所述复合坐垫皮具,其中,红外线加热的温度为20~220℃,且分若干加热区进行,后一加热区的加热温度高于前一加热区的加热温度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合坐垫皮具的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(S2)中,红外线加热分第一区、第二区和第三区进行,所述第一区中,所述海绵对应的加热温度为120~170℃,所述车用多层复合网膜对应的加热温度为135~185℃,所述皮革对应的加热温度为110~140℃;所述第二区中,所述海绵对应的加热温度为130~180℃,所述车用多层复合网膜对应的加热温度为140~195℃,所述皮革对应的加热温度为120~150℃;所述第三区中,所述海绵对应的加热温度为140~180℃,所述车用多层复合网膜对应的加热温度为165~205℃,所述皮革对应的加热温度为120~150℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的复合坐垫皮具的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(S2)中,热压复合时的温度为100~200℃,工作压力为3~15kN/cm2
10.根据权利要求7所述的复合坐垫皮具的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(S1)和步骤(S2)均在传送带上进行,所述传送带的传送速度为7~25米/分。
