Abstract
本发明公开了一种肉蛇养殖方法,采用加硒饲料、活体蚯蚓和保健调节剂对肉蛇进行适当的喂养,改善肉蛇的生长性能,提高肉蛇的机体免疫力以及产能,得到一种营养丰富,有机硒含量丰富的富硒肉蛇。所述加硒饲料由鹌鹑肉粉、饲料增效剂、续随子种子提取物、鸡肉粉、玉米粉、黄豆粉、麦粉、奶粉、磷酸钙、食盐、蟹壳粉、黄瓜籽粉、蛋氨酸硒、葡萄糖酸钙、桑叶粉、苹果皮粉、藕粉组成。

本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉蛇养殖方法。
背景技术
蛇是一种具有广泛使用价值的动物。蛇肉味道鲜美,还具有滋补健胃的功能;蛇胆,是名贵的中药材;蛇皮,是制作乐器、装饰品、日常用品的原材料;蛇油、蛇鞭、蛇毒等都具有很高的经济价值,可以说蛇全身都是宝。但是由于近年来环境的破坏和人们对蛇类的过度捕杀,致使各地野生蛇类的栖息地遭到严重破坏,野外发现的蛇越来越少,且个体越来越小,许多种类的蛇濒临灭绝的危险。
人工养蛇随着蛇带来的经济效益已经遍布全国大部分地区,蛇类为原料的产品供不应求,由于蛇产品在市场上畅销且价格高,因此养蛇作为一条致富的出路具有很好的市场发展前景。蛇类是肉食类动物,主食蛙类、鼠类、蚯蚓等小型动物,人工养殖不能稳定提供这些活物来养蛇,且这些活物经济成本高,营养单一,蛋白质、维生素及矿物质缺乏会造成蛇免疫力低下、死亡率高、生长缓慢。
硒是动物和人体必需的微量元素,缺硒会严重影响人的身体健康。硒能提高人体的免疫力、清除自由基,保护视神经、心脏和肝脏等,而且能防止糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、肝病、白内障、关节炎、克山病、大骨节病等重大疾病。目前人们主要通过食物来获取人体所需的有机硒营养。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种肉蛇养殖方法,采用加硒饲料、活体蚯蚓和保健调节剂对肉蛇进行适当的喂养,改善肉蛇的生长性能,提高肉蛇的机体免疫力以及产能,得到一种营养丰富,有机硒含量丰富的富硒肉蛇。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种肉蛇养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用笼养蛇,笼由1×0.6×0.25m的φ6钢筋焊成框架外包塑料网,底部用铁丝托,顶部用木条开一个活门可取放蛇,侧部装一个小木质活门,门内挂一个小塑料饮水罐,笼内再放个小盘存饲料;
(2)一笼养6-8kg蛇,保持温度28-32℃,长期供应水;
(3)每2-4d将加硒饲料放在饲料盘上1次,让蛇自由取食,每5-7d灌食活体蚯蚓1-3条/条蛇;
(4)每7-9d灌喂肉蛇5-7g粒状保健调节剂,每10-15d以液状保健调节剂15-20%的浓度加入到水中浸泡肉蛇。
上步骤(3)加硒饲料:鹌鹑肉粉12-22份、饲料增效剂1.1-1.7份、续随子种子提取物0.4-0.6份、鸡肉粉12-22份、玉米粉8-12份、黄豆粉8-12份、麦粉8-12份、奶粉3-5份、磷酸钙1-2份、食盐0.6-1.2份、蟹壳粉1.2-2.6份、黄瓜籽粉4-6份、蛋氨酸硒1.2-2.2份、葡萄糖酸钙1.2-1.4份、桑叶粉3-5份、苹果皮粉1.2-1.8份、藕粉12-14份。
所述饲料增效剂:鸡骨草2-4份、白花蛇舌草5-8份、蚶壳草3-5份;所述饲料增效剂的制备是:将成分按比例混合在一起,在-0.05MPa,55-60℃下,水煮2h,用无水乙醇萃取3-4次,合并萃取液,回收乙醇后粉碎。
所述续随子种子提取物:取续随子种子粉碎,用滤纸包裹放在索氏提取器内,通冷却水,在水浴槽上水浴加热至90℃,加入料液比为1:30的石油醚,回流8-9h,将滤纸筒拿出,于110℃下干燥。
所述加硒饲料的制备是:称取加硒饲料重1%-2%的海藻胶,放入盆中,加入海藻胶重10-15倍的清水,在加有水的锅中隔水加热,保持温度50-80℃,使海藻胶溶化,把溶化了的海藻胶拌入备好的饲料原料中,捏成直径1-3cm的球,外面均匀喷施0.2%氯化钙水溶液,放凉后硬化成球,现配现用。
所述保健调节剂:积雪草多效提取物2.6-2.8份、阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物0.05-0.07份、当归12-18份、穿心莲56-60份、金银花46-64份、黄芩20-28份、甘草21-29份、茯苓18-24份、蛇床子12-14份、鱼腥草11-17份、小茴香16-18份、决明子38-42份、山楂28-34份、韭菜41-43份、牛筋草22-24份。
所述积雪草多效提取物:
a、将积雪草干燥粉碎后分成等量的两份分别为草粉A、草粉B;
b、取草粉A加入料液比为3:40的80%乙醇,闪式提取3min,提取2次后合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥;
c、草粉B过100目筛,置于索氏提取器中,加入料液比为1:2的石油醚在30-60℃下回流20h,干燥后,按料液比1:10加入甲醇,在480W下微波间歇提取3次,每次30s,合并提取液,干燥;
d、将草粉A、B的提取物混合均匀。
所述阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物:取阿魏酸溶解于DMSO与DMF混合溶液中,加入等量DMAP搅拌2h,再加入等量普鲁兰多糖搅拌72h,然后将反应物加入到400倍无水乙醇中,醇沉12h,抽滤,蒸发干燥,得淡黄色产物。
所述保健调节剂的制备是:
a、将各中药成分在200-240℃时下锅,在140-250℃下炒制640-660s,炒制完成后分成等量两份A、B;
b、A加入积雪草多效提取物和阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物混合均匀,制成直径1-3cm的粒装保健调节剂;
c、B加入20倍量水熬制成原体积的1/20,冷却,即为液状保健调节剂。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种肉蛇养殖方法,饲料增效剂的加入,改善肉蛇的生长性能及品质,能有效提高肉蛇的日增重,提高肉料比,并提高蛇肉pH值和系水力,降低储存的损失;
本发明日粮中加入少量续随子种子提取物具有促增重作用,可诱导肉蛇的肌肉增长,增加肉蛇对饲料蛋白质的利用率,改变肉蛇体内能量的分配,从而改善肉蛇肉质,另外还具有刺激消化,增加日粮适口性,提高肉蛇采食量的效用;
本发明积雪草多效提取物中含有不饱和脂肪酸类、二萜类、香豆素类等生物活性物质,能够调节肉蛇的免疫功能,有较强的抑菌作用,能够显著降低口腔炎、霉斑病、肺炎等常见蛇病的发病率,另外还可调节肉蛇营养成分含量的均衡,提高肉质和营养价值;
本发明阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物具有较强的抗氧化能力,加入保健饲料中配合使用,能够延长饲料中中草药的药效时间,还能提高肉蛇的抗病能力;
本发明将保健调节剂加入水中制成药液,浸泡药液能够减少肉蛇皮肤疾病的发病率,将药液从肉蛇皮肤渗透,提高肉蛇的肉质及其营养成分含量;
本发明使用的饲料内含有能量、蛋白质和矿物质饲料以及各种饲料添加剂等,各种营养物质种类齐全、数量充足、比例恰当,能满足饲喂肉蛇的生产需要,主产品的含硒量高,另外富硒饲料对肉蛇具有增强抵抗力和免疫力的作用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种肉蛇养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)用笼养蛇,笼由1×0.6×0.25m的Φ6钢筋焊成框架外包塑料网,底部用铁丝托,顶部用木条开一个活门可取放蛇,侧部装一个小木质活门,门内挂一个小塑料饮水罐,笼内再放个小盘存饲料;
(2)一笼养7kg蛇,保持温度30℃,长期供应水;
(3)每3d将加硒饲料放在饲料盘上1次,让蛇自由取食,每6d灌食活体蚯蚓2条/条蛇;
(4)每8d灌喂肉蛇6g粒状保健调节剂,每12.5d以液状保健调节剂17.5%的浓度加入到水中浸泡肉蛇。
本实施例一种肉蛇养殖方法,所述步骤(3)的加硒饲料为:鹌鹑肉粉17份、饲料增效剂1.4份、续随子种子提取物0.5份、鸡肉粉17份、玉米粉10份、黄豆粉10份、麦粉10份、奶粉4份、磷酸钙1.5份、食盐0.9份、蟹壳粉1.4份、黄瓜籽粉5份、蛋氨酸硒1.7份、葡萄糖酸钙1.3份、桑叶粉4份、苹果皮粉1.5份、藕粉13份。
上述饲料增效剂为:鸡骨草3份、白花蛇舌草6.5份、蚶壳草4份;所述饲料增效剂的制备是:将成分按比例混合在一起,在-0.05MPa,57.5℃下,水煮2h,用无水乙醇萃取3次,合并萃取液,回收乙醇后粉碎。
上述续随子种子提取物的制备:取续随子种子粉碎,用滤纸包裹放在索氏提取器内,通冷却水,在水浴槽上水浴加热至90℃,加入料液比为1:30的石油醚,回流8.5h,将滤纸筒拿出,于110℃下干燥。
上述加硒饲料的制备是:称取加硒饲料重1.5%的海藻胶,放入盆中,加入海藻胶重12.5倍的清水,在加有水的锅中隔水加热,保持温度65℃,使海藻胶溶化,把溶化了的海藻胶拌入备好的饲料原料中,捏成直径2cm的球,外面均匀喷施0.2%氯化钙水溶液,放凉后硬化成球,现配现用。
本实施例一种肉蛇养殖方法,所述保健调节剂为:积雪草多效提取物2.7份、阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物0.06份、当归15份、穿心莲58份、金银花55份、黄芩24份、甘草25份、茯苓21份、蛇床子13份、鱼腥草14份、小茴香17份、决明子40份、山楂31份、韭菜42份、牛筋草23份。
上述积雪草多效提取物的制取:
(1)将积雪草干燥粉碎后分成等量的两份分别为草粉A、草粉B;
(2)取草粉A加入料液比为3:40的80%乙醇,闪式提取3min,提取2次后合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥;
(3)草粉B过100目筛,置于索氏提取器中,加入料液比为1:2的石油醚在45℃下回流20h,干燥后,按料液比1:10加入甲醇,在480W下微波间歇提取3次,每次30s,合并提取液,干燥;
(4)将草粉A、B的提取物混合均匀。
上述阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物的制备:取阿魏酸溶解于DMSO与DMF混合溶液中,加入等量DMAP搅拌2h,再加入等量普鲁兰多糖搅拌72h,然后将反应物加入到400倍无水乙醇中,醇沉12h,抽滤,蒸发干燥,得淡黄色产物。
上述保健调节剂的制备是:
(1)将各中药成分在220℃时下锅,在195℃下炒制650s,炒制完成后分成等量两份A、B;
(2)A加入积雪草多效提取物和阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物混合均匀,制成直径2cm的粒装保健调节剂;
(3)B加入20倍量水熬制成原体积的1/20,冷却,即为液状保健调节剂。
实施例2
一种肉蛇养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)用笼养蛇,笼由1×0.6×0.25m的Φ6钢筋焊成框架外包塑料网,底部用铁丝托,顶部用木条开一个活门可取放蛇,侧部装一个小木质活门,门内挂一个小塑料饮水罐,笼内再放个小盘存饲料;
(2)一笼养6kg蛇,保持温度28℃,长期供应水;
(3)每2d将加硒饲料放在饲料盘上1次,让蛇自由取食,每5d灌食活体蚯蚓1条/条蛇;
(4)每7d灌喂肉蛇5g粒状保健调节剂,每10d以液状保健调节剂15%的浓度加入到水中浸泡肉蛇。
本实施例一种肉蛇养殖方法,所述步骤(3)的加硒饲料为:鹌鹑肉粉12份、饲料增效剂1.1份、续随子种子提取物0.4份、鸡肉粉12份、玉米粉8份、黄豆粉8份、麦粉8份、奶粉3份、磷酸钙1份、食盐0.6份、蟹壳粉1.2份、黄瓜籽粉4份、蛋氨酸硒1.2份、葡萄糖酸钙1.2份、桑叶粉3份、苹果皮粉1.2份、藕粉12份。

实施例3
一种肉蛇养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)用笼养蛇,笼由1×0.6×0.25m的Φ6钢筋焊成框架外包塑料网,底部用铁丝托,顶部用木条开一个活门可取放蛇,侧部装一个小木质活门,门内挂一个小塑料饮水罐,笼内再放个小盘存饲料;
(2)一笼养8kg蛇,保持温度32℃,长期供应水;
(3)每4d将加硒饲料放在饲料盘上1次,让蛇自由取食,每7d灌食活体蚯蚓3条/条蛇;
(4)每9d灌喂肉蛇7g粒状保健调节剂,每15d以液状保健调节剂20%的浓度加入到水中浸泡肉蛇。
本实施例一种肉蛇养殖方法,所述步骤(3)的加硒饲料为:鹌鹑肉粉22份、饲料增效剂1.7份、续随子种子提取物0.6份、鸡肉粉22份、玉米粉12份、黄豆粉12份、麦粉12份、奶粉5份、磷酸钙2份、食盐1.2份、蟹壳粉2.6份、黄瓜籽粉6份、蛋氨酸硒2.2份、葡萄糖酸钙1.4份、桑叶粉5份、苹果皮粉1.8份、藕粉14份。
上述饲料增效剂为:鸡骨草4份、白花蛇舌草8份、蚶壳草5份;所述饲料增效剂的制备是:将成分按比例混合在一起,在-0.05MPa,60℃下,水煮2h,用无水乙醇萃取4次,合并萃取液,回收乙醇后粉碎。
上述续随子种子提取物的制备:取续随子种子粉碎,用滤纸包裹放在索氏提取器内,通冷却水,在水浴槽上水浴加热至90℃,加入料液比为1:30的石油醚,回流9h,将滤纸筒拿出,于110℃下干燥。
上述加硒饲料的制备是:称取加硒饲料重2%的海藻胶,放入盆中,加入海藻胶重15倍的清水,在加有水的锅中隔水加热,保持温度80℃,使海藻胶溶化,把溶化了的海藻胶拌入备好的饲料原料中,捏成直径3cm的球,外面均匀喷施0.2%氯化钙水溶液,放凉后硬化成球,现配现用。
本实施例一种肉蛇养殖方法,所述保健调节剂为:积雪草多效提取物2.8份、阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物0.07份、当归18份、穿心莲60份、金银花64份、黄芩28份、甘草29份、茯苓24份、蛇床子14份、鱼腥草17份、小茴香18份、决明子42份、山楂34份、韭菜43份、牛筋草24份。
上述积雪草多效提取物的制取:
(1)将积雪草干燥粉碎后分成等量的两份分别为草粉A、草粉B;
(2)取草粉A加入料液比为3:40的80%乙醇,闪式提取3min,提取2次后合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥;
(3)草粉B过100目筛,置于索氏提取器中,加入料液比为1:2的石油醚在60℃下回流20h,干燥后,按料液比1:10加入甲醇,在480W下微波间歇提取3次,每次30s,合并提取液,干燥;
(4)将草粉A、B的提取物混合均匀。
上述阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物的制备:取阿魏酸溶解于DMSO与DMF混合溶液中,加入等量DMAP搅拌2h,再加入等量普鲁兰多糖搅拌72h,然后将反应物加入到400倍无水乙醇中,醇沉12h,抽滤,蒸发干燥,得淡黄色产物。
上述保健调节剂的制备是:
(1)将各中药成分在240℃时下锅,在250℃下炒制660s,炒制完成后分成等量两份A、B;
(2)A加入积雪草多效提取物和阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物混合均匀,制成直径3cm的粒装保健调节剂;
(3)B加入20倍量水熬制成原体积的1/20,冷却,即为液状保健调节剂。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,保健调节剂中不添加积雪草多效提取物。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,日粮中不加续随子种子提取物。
效果探索
按上述实施例1~3、对比例1和2的方法养殖肉蛇,分四组,一个养殖周期后进行记录比较,分析结果如下:
从上表可知,对比例1和2之间与实施例1~3还是有较大差距,如对比例1的抗病情况比较差,对比例2的生长情况比较缓慢,这二者的蛇肉品质也没有实施例1~3的要好;其中对比例1缺乏的积雪草多效提取物是含有不饱和脂肪酸类、二萜类、香豆素类等生物活性的一种物质,能够调节肉蛇的免疫功能,有较强的抑菌作用,而且有效降低口腔炎、霉斑病、肺炎等常见蛇病的发病率,增强抗病能力增长率,另外还具有调节肉蛇肉质的营养成分含量的均衡,提高肉质和营养价值;对比例2缺乏的是日粮中加入少量续随子种子提取物,具有显著的此生长和促增重作用,诱导肉蛇的肌肉增长,改善肉蛇的内分泌状况,增加肉蛇对饲料蛋白质的利用率,改变肉蛇体内能量的分配,增加肉蛇体内脂肪消耗率,并促进蛋白质在体内的沉积,从而改善肉蛇肉质。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用笼养蛇,笼由1×0.6×0.25m的φ6钢筋焊成框架外包塑料网,底部用铁丝托,顶部用木条开一个活门可取放蛇,侧部装一个小木质活门,门内挂一个小塑料饮水罐,笼内再放个小盘存饲料;
(2)一笼养6-8kg蛇,保持温度28-32℃,长期供应水;
(3)每2-4d将加硒饲料放在饲料盘上1次,让蛇自由取食,每5-7d灌食活体蚯蚓1-3条/条蛇;
(4)每7-9d灌喂肉蛇5-7g粒状保健调节剂,每10-15d以液状保健调节剂15-20%的浓度加入到水中浸泡肉蛇。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述饲料增效剂:鸡骨草2-4份、白花蛇舌草5-8份、蚶壳草3-5份;所述饲料增效剂的制备是:将成分按比例混合在一起,在-0.05MPa,55-60℃下,水煮2h,用无水乙醇萃取3-4次,合并萃取液,回收乙醇后粉碎。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述续随子种子提取物:取续随子种子粉碎,用滤纸包裹放在索氏提取器内,通冷却水,在水浴槽上水浴加热至90℃,加入料液比为1:30的石油醚,回流8-9h,将滤纸筒拿出,于110℃下干燥。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述加硒饲料的制备是:称取加硒饲料重1%-2%的海藻胶,放入盆中,加入海藻胶重10-15倍的清水,在加有水的锅中隔水加热,保持温度50-80℃,使海藻胶溶化,把溶化了的海藻胶拌入备好的饲料原料中,捏成直径1-3cm的球,外面均匀喷施0.2%氯化钙水溶液,放凉后硬化成球,现配现用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述保健调节剂:积雪草多效提取物2.6-2.8份、阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物0.05-0.07份、当归12-18份、穿心莲56-60份、金银花46-64份、黄芩20-28份、甘草21-29份、茯苓18-24份、蛇床子12-14份、鱼腥草11-17份、小茴香16-18份、决明子38-42份、山楂28-34份、韭菜41-43份、牛筋草22-24份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述积雪草多效提取物:
(1)将积雪草干燥粉碎后分成等量的两份分别为草粉A、草粉B;
(2)取草粉A加入料液比为3:40的80%乙醇,闪式提取3min,提取2次后合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥;
(3)草粉B过100目筛,置于索氏提取器中,加入料液比为1:2的石油醚在30-60℃下回流20h,干燥后,按料液比1:10加入甲醇,在480W下微波间歇提取3次,每次30s,合并提取液,干燥;
(4)将草粉A、B的提取物混合均匀。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物:取阿魏酸溶解于DMSO与DMF混合溶液中,加入等量DMAP搅拌2h,再加入等量普鲁兰多糖搅拌72h,然后将反应物加入到400倍无水乙醇中,醇沉12h,抽滤,蒸发干燥,得淡黄色产物。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种肉蛇养殖方法,其特征在于,所述保健调节剂的制备是:
(1)将各中药成分在200-240℃时下锅,在140-250℃下炒制640-660s,炒制完成后分成等量两份A、B;
(2)A加入积雪草多效提取物和阿魏酸-普鲁兰多糖接枝共聚物混合均匀,制成直径1-3cm的粒装保健调节剂;
(3)B加入20倍量水熬制成原体积的1/20,冷却,即为液状保健调节剂。
