Abstract
本发明公开了一种果子狸养殖方法,采用基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂、营养添加剂混合饲喂果子狸,提高果子狸的繁殖率以及成活率,提高肉品质,改善果子狸的生长性能,增加经济效益。所述加硒基础日粮由构树叶粉、川楝子提取物、玉米、糙米、麸皮、大豆秸、骨粉、菜籽粕、西红柿、酒糟、鱼粉、黑豆、食盐、蛋氨酸硒、胱氨酸硒组成。

本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种果子狸养殖方法。
背景技术
果子狸,学名花面狸属于食肉目、灵猫科、花面狸属的一种珍贵的野生动物。体色为黄灰褐色,身体略胖,颈部粗短,和身体不易区分。现有17个亚种,中国有9种。所属的花面狸属只有这一个物种,与本科其他物种同属于食肉动物中的原始类群。
果子狸肉一直被视为难得的山珍野味和滋补佳品,被人们推崇为山珍之首。近年来,中国一些地区食用果子狸现象愈演愈烈,鲜活果子狸成为市场上的畅销货,价格不断上涨。
果子狸是我国历史悠久的稀有“山珍”,素有“山中好吃果子狸,水里好吃白鳝鱼”的美称,果子狸属皮毛兽,其皮可以制裘,是我国传统的大宗出口毛皮之一。果子狸的针毛是制作高档毛笔和画笔的原料。果子狸的脂肪在化妆品生产中是难得的高级原料,还是医治烫伤的良药。
产于我国南方的狸皮针毛平顺,底绒细柔,色泽鲜艳,但张幅较小;而产于北方的狸皮毛绒丰厚,多为青灰色,张幅较大。制裘皮可做成长短皮衣、皮帽、皮领、皮手套等。尾毛和针毛长而富有弹性,可以制成毛刷和画笔。
硒是维持人体健康的必需微量矿物元素,它具有强抗氧化作用,能够清除体内脂质过氧化物和自由基以保护细胞膜,提高机体免疫力和抗病力,保护人体抵御外来有害物质。一旦人体硒摄入不足就会容易引起多种疾病。
目前民间饲养繁殖之数量相当多。但是由于供应的饲料营养不全面,抵抗患病能力弱,养殖的果子狸肉品质不好,经济效益低。且目前富硒动物养殖是人们研究的热点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种果子狸养殖方法,利用绿色健康的高营养富硒饲料饲喂果子狸,提高果子狸的繁殖率以及成活率,提高肉品质,改善果子狸的生长性能,增加经济效益。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种果子狸养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)仔狸期:45-60日龄,每天喂20-25g加硒基础日粮,20-25g保健添加剂;
(2)60日龄至20月龄,每天喂55-65g加硒基础日粮,10-15g保健添加剂,20-22g营养添加剂;
(3)20月龄后,每天喂65-70g加硒基础日粮,10-15g营养添加剂,每3-5d喂20-25g保健添加剂,体重达2.5-3kg的肉用果子狸可出售;
(4)种用果子狸妊娠期开始,每天喂40-45g加硒基础日粮,20-25g保健添加剂,35-40g营养添加剂。
上步骤(1)加硒基础日粮:构树叶粉66-80份、川楝子提取物0.1-0.2份、玉米20-30份、糙米20-30份、麸皮20-30份、大豆秸20-30份、骨粉8-10份、菜籽粕16-18份、西红柿3-5份、酒糟7-9份、鱼粉9-11份、黑豆7-9份、食盐1-2份、蛋氨酸硒0.8-1份、胱氨酸硒0.2-0.6份。
所述川楝子提取物:将川楝子干燥后加入料液比为1:10的50%丙酮,在低于50℃,70W功率下超声提取30min,抽滤,滤渣再重新提取一次,合并两次提取液,干燥。
上步骤(1)保健添加剂:瓜蒌抗性混合提取物1.2-1.4份、漏芦1-3份、荆芥2-3份、马鹿茸2.2-2.6份、白屈菜2-5份、绿茶1.2-1.6份、甘草2.5-2.7份、功劳叶1-2份、杜仲1-2份、茴香1-2份、刺五加0.2-0.4份、鱼腥草0.8-1.2份、乌蔹莓0.8-1.2份、丹参2-3份、陈皮5-7份;所述瓜蒌抗性混合提取物为瓜蒌皮提取物和瓜蒌籽压榨物的混合物。
所述瓜蒌皮提取物:将瓜蒌皮烘干粉碎,加入料液比为1:1的50%甲醇溶液,在150W下超声提取50min,将提取液抽滤取滤液干燥。
所述瓜蒌籽压榨物:将瓜蒌籽水洗沥干后,放入50℃干燥箱中至含水量为5%,再放入压榨机内用铁板隔开均匀分布,在60℃、40MPa下压榨50min,取压榨物。
上步骤(2)营养添加剂:多维素微胶囊1-1.2份、皮革蛋白粉4-5份、高梁糠12-14份、芋头粉6-8份、黑麦草7-9份、贝壳粉4-5份、南瓜粉5-7份、木瓜粉4-6份、红薯粉20-30份、蔗糖1.2-1.8份、绿豆粉14-16份、大豆粉14-16份、蚕蛹粉2-4份;所述多维素微胶囊为:君迁子叶提取物1-2份、棉籽油提取物3-5份、维生素A乙酸酯3-5份。
所述君迁子叶提取物:将君迁子叶粉碎加入料液比为1:30的沸水,避光静置浸泡8h,然后在140W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
所述棉籽油提取物:在棉籽油中加入1/100的无水硫酸钠,用1.5倍量乙醇提取1min,密封静置分层,取乙醇相加入抗坏血酸和NaOH,通氮气加热至沸腾回流1h,加入1/2倍水和1倍正己烷,充分混匀后密封静置,取正己烷相用2倍纯水水洗2遍,置-10℃冷冻24h,低温分离沉淀,用旋转蒸发仪将正己烷相浓缩干燥。
所述多维素微胶囊的制备,是以乙基纤维素为主要壁材,在气源压力为0.45MPa,气密压力0.2MPa,雾化压力0.38MPa,蠕动泵转速为4-5r/min,乳胶管壁厚1mm,进风温度为40℃,出风温度25℃,风口打开程度为50%-100%的条件下通过喷雾干燥法制备多维素微胶囊。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种果子狸养殖方法,日粮饲料中构树叶粉的加入,具有促进果子狸消化吸收加硒日粮营养的作用,提高果子狸眼肌面积,可改善肉质,降低养殖成本,提高经济效益;
本发明日粮饲料中加入微量的川楝子提取物不仅不会毒害果子狸,还会刺激果子狸肠道益生菌的活性,促进肠道吸收日粮中的营养物质,维持肠道健康,减少消化疾病的发生;
本发明保健添加剂及瓜蒌抗性混合提取物配合使用,具有抗菌消炎,增强果子狸抗病能力的作用,降低果子狸生长发育中常见的消化不良、腹泻、便秘、狸瘟热、感冒等疾病的发病率;
本发明将皮革蛋白粉添加至营养添加剂中,饲粮中干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维的利用率都得到提高,改善果子狸的健康状况,还可通过调节皮革蛋白粉在营养添加剂中的比例来调节果子狸对食物的采食量,提高果子狸的营养价值;
本发明加入多维素微胶囊的营养添加剂为果子狸提供充足的营养,使果子狸拥有健康的体魄,为配种打下良好基础,还能为妊娠期的胎儿和母狸提供充足营养,增加成活率;微胶囊包被下维生素的利用率显著提高,为果子狸的健康、生产和繁殖提供重要营养;

实施例1
一种果子狸养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)仔狸期:45~60日龄,每天喂22.5g加硒基础日粮,22.5g保健添加剂;
(2)60日龄至20月龄,每天喂60g加硒基础日粮,12.5g保健添加剂,21g营养添加剂;
(3)20月龄后,每天喂67.5g加硒基础日粮,12.5g营养添加剂,每4d喂22.5g保健添加剂,体重达2.75kg的肉用果子狸可出售;
(4)种用果子狸妊娠期开始,每天喂42.5g加硒基础日粮,22.5g保健添加剂,37.5g营养添加剂。
本实施例一种果子狸养殖方法,所述步骤(1)加硒基础日粮为:构树叶粉73份、川楝子提取物0.15份、玉米25份、糙米25份、麸皮25份、大豆秸25份、骨粉9份、菜籽粕17份、西红柿4份、酒糟8份、鱼粉10份、黑豆8份、食盐1.5份、蛋氨酸硒0.9份、胱氨酸硒0.4份。
上述川楝子提取物的制取:将川楝子干燥后加入料液比为1:10的50%丙酮,在低于50℃,70W功率下超声提取30min,抽滤,滤渣再重新提取一次,合并两次提取液,干燥。
本实施例一种果子狸养殖方法,所述步骤(1)保健添加剂为:瓜蒌抗性混合提取物1.3份、漏芦2份、荆芥2.5份、马鹿茸2.4份、白屈菜3.5份、绿茶1.4份、甘草2.6份、功劳叶1.5份、杜仲1.5份、茴香1.5份、刺五加0.3份、鱼腥草1份、乌蔹莓1份、丹参2.5份、陈皮6份;所述瓜蒌抗性混合提取物为瓜蒌皮提取物和瓜蒌籽压榨物的混合物。
上述瓜蒌皮提取物的制取:将瓜蒌皮烘干粉碎,加入料液比为1:1的50%甲醇溶液,在150W下超声提取50min,将提取液抽滤取滤液干燥。
上述瓜蒌籽压榨物:将瓜蒌籽水洗沥干后,放入50℃干燥箱中至含水量为5%,再放入压榨机内用铁板隔开均匀分布,在60℃、40MPa下压榨50min,取压榨物。
本实施例一种果子狸养殖方法,所述步骤(2)营养添加剂为:多维素微胶囊1.1份、皮革蛋白粉4.5份、高梁糠13份、芋头粉7份、黑麦草8份、贝壳粉4.5份、南瓜粉6份、木瓜粉5份、红薯粉25份、蔗糖1.5份、绿豆粉15份、大豆粉15份、蚕蛹粉3份;所述多维素微胶囊为:君迁子叶提取物1.5份、棉籽油提取物4份、维生素A乙酸酯4份。
上述君迁子叶提取物:将君迁子叶粉碎加入料液比为1:30的沸水,避光静置浸泡8h,然后在140W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
上述棉籽油提取物的制取:在棉籽油中加入1/100的无水硫酸钠,用1.5倍量乙醇提取1min,密封静置分层,取乙醇相加入抗坏血酸和NaOH,通氮气加热至沸腾回流1h,加入1/2倍水和1倍正己烷,充分混匀后密封静置,取正己烷相用2倍纯水水洗2遍,置-10℃冷冻24h,低温分离沉淀,用旋转蒸发仪将正己烷相浓缩干燥。
上述多维素微胶囊的制备是以乙基纤维素为主要壁材,在气源压力为0.45MPa,气密压力0.2MPa,雾化压力0.38MPa,蠕动泵转速为4.5r/min,乳胶管壁厚1mm,进风温度为40℃,出风温度25℃,风口打开程度为75%的条件下通过喷雾干燥法制备多维素微胶囊。
实施例2
一种果子狸养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)仔狸期:45~60日龄,每天喂20g加硒基础日粮,20g保健添加剂;
(2)60日龄至20月龄,每天喂55g加硒基础日粮,10g保健添加剂,20g营养添加剂;
(3)20月龄后,每天喂65g加硒基础日粮,10g营养添加剂,每3d喂20g保健添加剂,体重达2.5kg的肉用果子狸可出售;
(4)种用果子狸妊娠期开始,每天喂40g加硒基础日粮,20g保健添加剂,35g营养添加剂。

上述君迁子叶提取物:将君迁子叶粉碎加入料液比为1:30的沸水,避光静置浸泡8h,然后在140W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
上述棉籽油提取物的制取:在棉籽油中加入1/100的无水硫酸钠,用1.5倍量乙醇提取1min,密封静置分层,取乙醇相加入抗坏血酸和NaOH,通氮气加热至沸腾回流1h,加入1/2倍水和1倍正己烷,充分混匀后密封静置,取正己烷相用2倍纯水水洗2遍,置-10℃冷冻24h,低温分离沉淀,用旋转蒸发仪将正己烷相浓缩干燥。
上述多维素微胶囊的制备是以乙基纤维素为主要壁材,在气源压力为0.45MPa,气密压力0.2MPa,雾化压力0.38MPa,蠕动泵转速为5r/min,乳胶管壁厚1mm,进风温度为40℃,出风温度25℃,风口打开程度为100%的条件下通过喷雾干燥法制备多维素微胶囊。

与实施例1的区别在于,在基础加硒日粮中用等量的畜禽下脚料代替构树叶粉。

与实施例1的区别在于,不向果子狸投喂瓜蒌抗性混合提取物饲料。

与实施例1的区别在于,营养添加剂中不添加皮革蛋白粉。
对比例4
与实施例1的区别在于,营养添加剂中不投放多维素微胶囊。
效果评价
选择建造栏舍对果子狸进行舍养,栏舍面积为3.0m×2.5m,栏内设小室及运动场;小室用砖砌成,其规格为1.5m×1.5m×1.0m,小室的墙壁开两个门,一个通向运动场,一个作为清扫粪便用,小室内设有产仔箱和铁笼,运动场用金属网笼罩,场内设置能攀援的架子和树木。
按上述方法对七组幼年果子狸进行养殖,要求健康情况良好、年龄相差不大。养殖过程的结果用下表的数据来表示:
由上表可以分析,构树叶粉提供果子狸生长发育所需营养,促进果子狸消化吸收加硒日粮营养的作用,提高果子狸眼肌面积,可改善肉质,提高竹鼠对生长发育所需的硒元素从而提高对其他矿质元素的吸收利用率,增加体重,所以与实施例1作比较,缺少它的对比例1在体重增长、摄食效率等各方面上都显示不足;
保保健添加剂及瓜蒌抗性混合提取物的配合使用具有抗菌消炎,增强果子狸抗病能力的作用,显著降低果子狸生长发育中常见的消化不良、腹泻、便秘、狸瘟热、感冒等疾病的发病率,所以与实施例1作比较,缺少它的对比例2在病害发生率明显表示不足;
发育期果子狸对营养的需求相对较高,尤其是蛋白质的需求,而皮革蛋白粉添加至营养添加剂中,能显著提高果子狸饲粮中干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维的利用率,从而改善果子狸的健康情况,增强摄食水平,由于对比例3没有做到这一点,所以在摄食效率和繁殖性能上都不如实施例1。
加入多维素微胶囊的营养添加剂为果子狸提供充足的植物性饲料以及充足的维生素,以保证果子狸生殖器官的正常发育,调整果子狸的体质,使之能够达到理想的繁殖标准,和其他例子相比,对比例缺乏了它,因此在繁殖性能增长率这一块数据中显示最差。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)仔狸期:45-60日龄,每天喂20-25g加硒基础日粮,20-25g保健添加剂;
(2)60日龄至20月龄,每天喂55-65g加硒基础日粮,10-15g保健添加剂,20-22g营养添加剂;
(3)20月龄后,每天喂65-70g加硒基础日粮,10-15g营养添加剂,每3-5d喂20-25g保健添加剂,体重达2.5-3kg的肉用果子狸可出售;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)加硒基础日粮:构树叶粉66-80份、川楝子提取物0.1-0.2份、玉米20-30份、糙米20-30份、麸皮20-30份、大豆秸20-30份、骨粉8-10份、菜籽粕16-18份、西红柿3-5份、酒糟7-9份、鱼粉9-11份、黑豆7-9份、食盐1-2份、蛋氨酸硒0.8-1份、胱氨酸硒0.2-0.6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述川楝子提取物:将川楝子干燥后加入料液比为1:10的50%丙酮,在低于50℃,70W功率下超声提取30min,抽滤,滤渣再重新提取一次,合并两次提取液,干燥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)保健添加剂:瓜蒌抗性混合提取物1.2-1.4份、漏芦1-3份、荆芥2-3份、马鹿茸2.2-2.6份、白屈菜2-5份、绿茶1.2-1.6份、甘草2.5-2.7份、功劳叶1-2份、杜仲1-2份、茴香1-2份、刺五加0.2-0.4份、鱼腥草0.8-1.2份、乌蔹莓0.8-1.2份、丹参2-3份、陈皮5-7份;所述瓜蒌抗性混合提取物为瓜蒌皮提取物和瓜蒌籽压榨物的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌皮提取物:将瓜蒌皮烘干粉碎,加入料液比为1:1的50%甲醇溶液,在150W下超声提取50min,将提取液抽滤取滤液干燥。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌籽压榨物:将瓜蒌籽水洗沥干后,放入50℃干燥箱中至含水量为5%,再放入压榨机内用铁板隔开均匀分布,在60℃、40MPa下压榨50min,取压榨物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)营养添加剂:多维素微胶囊1-1.2份、皮革蛋白粉4-5份、高梁糠12-14份、芋头粉6-8份、黑麦草7-9份、贝壳粉4-5份、南瓜粉5-7份、木瓜粉4-6份、红薯粉20-30份、蔗糖1.2-1.8份、绿豆粉14-16份、大豆粉14-16份、蚕蛹粉2-4份;所述多维素微胶囊为:君迁子叶提取物1-2份、棉籽油提取物3-5份、维生素A乙酸酯3-5份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述君迁子叶提取物:将君迁子叶粉碎加入料液比为1:30的沸水,避光静置浸泡8h,然后在140W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述棉籽油提取物:在棉籽油中加入1/100的无水硫酸钠,用1.5倍量乙醇提取1min,密封静置分层,取乙醇相加入抗坏血酸和NaOH,通氮气加热至沸腾回流1h,加入1/2倍水和1倍正己烷,充分混匀后密封静置,取正己烷相用2倍纯水水洗2遍,置-10℃冷冻24h,低温分离沉淀,用旋转蒸发仪将正己烷相浓缩干燥。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种果子狸养殖方法,其特征在于,所述多维素微胶囊的制备,是以乙基纤维素为主要壁材,在气源压力为0.45MPa,气密压力0.2MPa,雾化压力0.38MPa,蠕动泵转速为4-5r/min,乳胶管壁厚1mm,进风温度为40℃,出风温度25℃,风口打开程度为50%-100%的条件下通过喷雾干燥法制备多维素微胶囊。
