本发明公开了一种含氟拒水拒油整理剂,其具有如式所示的结构。该整理剂具有符合环保要求的6个碳全氟烷基长链,并能与棉、麻、粘胶织物反应结合后,实现耐久性拒水拒油整理。该整理剂工艺简单,配方成本低,并且减少了对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发涉及印染助剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保含氟拒水拒油整理剂。
背景技术
拒水拒油整理是在织物上施加一种具有特殊分子结构的整理剂,改变纤维表面层的组成,并牢固地附着于纤维上或与纤维化学结合,使织物不再被水或有机物所润湿的加工过程。
目前市面上常见的拒水拒油剂是含氟聚合物或烷烃长链的化合物。含氟类拒水剂通常通过交联剂与纺织品发生化学反应或通过涂层与纺织品发生物理反应,且工业上使用的含氟拒水剂主要是8个碳甚至更长碳链的全氟烷基长链聚合物。研究发现,这种类型的拒水拒油剂对环境有危害,且经传统工艺整理出的纺织品耐水洗性能差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种拒水拒油整理剂,该产品含有6个碳全氟烷基长链,环境友好。该类整理剂使用方便,应用性能优异,主要用于棉、麻、粘胶织物的耐久性拒水拒油整理。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种含氟拒水拒油整理剂,具有如下结构:
一种含氟拒水拒油整理剂可由全氟己酸、氨水和甲醛作用生成羟甲基硬脂酰胺,再与盐酸、吡啶作用而制得。
本发明还提供了该含氟拒水拒油整理剂的使用方法,具体如下:
工艺流程:
二浸二轧(40℃,轧液率70%~80%)→烘干(低于110℃)→焙烘(120℃,5~10min或150℃,3min)→皂洗(肥皂2g/L,纯碱2g/L,50℃)→水洗→烘干。
工艺处方:
整理剂 60 g/L
酒精 60 g/L
结晶醋酸钠 10 g/L
本发明所生产的整理剂,因中含有吡啶季铵盐反应基,该反应基团在高温作用下,可以与纤维素纤维上的羟基反应形成共价键,故能实现对棉、麻、粘胶织物的耐久性拒水拒油整理。

本实施例提供了式(Ⅰ)拒水拒油整理剂对棉织物的整理方法:
具体整理方法如下:
工艺流程:
二浸二轧(40℃,轧液率70%)→烘干(低于110℃)→焙烘(120℃,5min)→皂洗(肥皂2g/L,纯碱2g/L,50℃)→水洗→烘干。
工艺处方:
整理剂 60 g/L
酒精 60 g/L
结晶醋酸钠 10 g/L。
