本发明公开了一种UV光固化地坪漆,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:超支化UV树脂16‑18%、光引发剂5‑6%、活性稀释剂4‑5%、附着力促进剂0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、低聚物21‑24%、颜料35%、填料9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%,本发明地坪漆漆膜硬度和光泽度高,耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐溶剂性较强,附着力较强,涂装后不起泡,不易开裂或者脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,特别涉及一种UV光固化地坪漆。
背景技术
目前由于地板表面使用的地坪漆成膜速度极慢,施工时间长,人力成本高,施工综合成本高,漆膜质量硬度差,耐酸碱耐溶剂性差,污染大,不符合生态环保及新标准要求;
紫外光固化油漆,也称光引发涂料、光固化涂料,在紫外光的照射下促使引发剂分解,产生自由基,引发树酯反应,瞬间固化成膜,是当前最环保的油漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种UV光固化地坪漆,是一种高硬度、耐磨损、耐酸碱耐溶剂美观的地板地坪漆,具有无接缝、质地坚实、耐药品性佳、防腐、防尘、保养方便、维护费用低廉等优点,而且它成膜速度极快,能量利用率高,人力大大降低,施工综合成本也大大降低;漆膜质量优异,污染小,符合生态环保要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种UV光固化地坪漆,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:超支化UV树脂16-18%、光引发剂5-6%、活性稀释剂4-5%、附着力促进剂0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、低聚物21-24%、颜料35%、填料9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%。
所述低聚物为环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或两种混合物;
所述活性稀释剂为三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯的组合物;
优选地,所述超支化UV树脂为超支化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。
优选地,所述光引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰酯-二苯基氧化膦、异丙基硫杂酮、二苯甲酮中的一种或几种混合物。
优选地,所述附着力促进剂为丙烯酸树脂或磷酸改性丙烯酸单体。
优选地,所述填料为滑石粉、石英粉、云母粉、锌粉中的一种。
本发明的有益效果:本发明原料中,环氧丙烯酸酯具有光固化速度快、固化后膜的硬度和光泽度高,耐热性好,耐化学腐蚀性能优异等优点,但是固化膜的韧性差,加入的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与其配合,在环氧丙烯酸酯固化后,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以弹性颗粒状态分散在体系内部,形成了“海岛”结构,在保持环氧丙烯酸酯光固化速度快、固化后膜的硬度和光泽度高,耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性能好的同时改善了体系的韧性;以三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯作为活性稀释剂,改善了体系的粘度,同时参与体系的固化,进一步提高了漆膜的韧性的同时防止了漆膜起皱,同时提高了体系的硬度和附着力;本发明地坪漆漆膜硬度和光泽度高,耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐溶剂性较强,附着力较强,涂装后不起泡,不易开裂或者脱落。

实施例1
一种UV光固化地坪漆,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:超支化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂16-18%、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰酯-二苯基氧化膦5-6%、三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯的组合物4-5%、磷酸改性丙烯酸单体0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、环氧丙烯酸酯21-24%、颜料35%、滑石粉9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%。
实施例2
一种UV光固化地坪漆,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:超支化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂16-18%、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰酯-二苯基氧化膦、异丙基硫杂酮的混合物5-6%、三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯的组合物4-5%、磷酸改性丙烯酸单体0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、环氧丙烯酸酯21-24%、颜料35%、石英粉9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%。
实施例3
一种UV光固化地坪漆,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:超支化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂16-18%、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰酯-二苯基氧化膦5-6%、三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯的组合物4-5%、丙烯酸树脂0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯21-24%、颜料35%、滑石粉9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%。

1.一种UV光固化地坪漆,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
超支化UV树脂16-18%、光引发剂5-6%、活性稀释剂4-5%、附着力促进剂0.2%、光固化增感剂5%、低聚物21-24%、颜料35%、填料9%、润滑剂1%、分散剂1%、增白剂0.5%、增光剂0.2%、表面光滑剂0.1%。
所述低聚物为环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或两种混合物;
所述活性稀释剂为三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异奎酯的组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV光固化地坪漆,其特征在于,所述超支化UV树脂为超支化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV光固化地坪漆,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰酯-二苯基氧化膦、异丙基硫杂酮、二苯甲酮中的一种或几种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的UV光固化地坪漆,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂为丙烯酸树脂或磷酸改性丙烯酸单体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的UV光固化地坪漆,其特征在于,所述填料为滑石粉、石英粉、云母粉、锌粉中的一种。
