为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种薄膜PVC制造方法,其特征在于:聚氯乙烯树脂取50-60重量份,增塑剂取40-50重量份,安定剂取1.5-2.0重量份,硬脂酸钙0.3-0.6重量份,醇溶性树脂1.8-2重量份,增韧剂1-2重量份,助剂3-6重量份,碳酸钙1.5-2重量份。
作为一种优选的方案,所述助剂为涂料增稠剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂及清水中的一种或两种以上组成。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细概述,一种薄膜PVC制造方法,其特征在于成分:聚氯乙烯树脂取50-60重量份,增塑剂取40-50重量份,安定剂取1.5-2.0重量份,硬脂酸钙0.3-0.6重量份,醇溶性树脂1.8-2重量份,增韧剂1-2重量份,助剂3-6重量份,碳酸钙1.5-2重量份,利用本PVC配方生产材料的加工过程是:混料→涂布→印刷→切割→客户加工,在上述加工的过程中,混料的步骤包括:确认浆料的重量→折算配方中白浆和色浆的用量,输入电脑→加入可塑剂到混合桶→加入安定剂、硬质酸钙、醇溶性树脂、碳酸钙和其他的助剂到混合桶→加入PVC粉到混合桶→低速搅拌→高速搅拌→抽真空20min→回泵5min→抽真空搅拌20min→放浆,测试黏度值:4000-17000cps,在上述生产PVC材料的过程中,涂布过程是:离型纸发送→表皮涂布→烘干→发泡涂布→烘干→油漆涂布→烘干→发泡→成品储料→产品撕离型纸→产品卷曲。

1.一种薄膜PVC制造方法,其特征在于:聚氯乙烯树脂取50-60重量份,增塑剂取40-50重量份,安定剂取1.5-2.0重量份,硬脂酸钙0.3-0.6重量份,醇溶性树脂1.8-2重量份,增韧剂1-2重量份,助剂3-6重量份,碳酸钙1.5-2重量份。
