汽车发动机散热器水室平衡式模具注塑系统,属于汽车水室注塑技术领域。本发明包括由两对半模具座形成的多个相互独立的汽车水室模具注塑型腔,每个注塑型腔通过主流通道引出的分流通道分别提供原料,主流通道到各个注塑型腔的分流通道的长度相等且为直线段或折线段;其中一个注塑型腔内的顶部设有溢流引出通道,溢流引出通道内设有液位感应器,液位感应器将溢流引出通道流出的液体反馈至控制系统,控制系统控制设置在主流通道上的进料阀关闭。本发明采用一模多腔的形式,且主流通道到各个注塑型腔的分流通道的长度相等且为直线段或折线段,这样保证了所有型腔同时得到均匀的填充和成型,同时起到了平衡各个型腔的作用,提高了注塑的效率。

本发明属于汽车水室注塑技术领域,尤其与一种汽车发动机散热器水室平衡式模具注塑系统有关。
背景技术
发动机散热器水室是散热器水循环的关键连接件,水室一般通过注塑机注塑成形水室毛坯。现有的注塑机都是通过人工控制注塑原料注塑量,然而注塑机数量一多则需要大量的人工来操作,人工控制的注塑机难免会产生误差,导致汽车水室的注塑质量不高,降低汽车发动机性能。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种自动化高、人工劳动强度低的汽车发动机散热器水室平衡式模具注塑系统。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:汽车发动机散热器水室平衡式模具注塑系统,其特征是,包括由两对半模具座形成的多个相互独立的汽车水室模具注塑型腔,每个注塑型腔通过主流通道引出的分流通道分别提供原料,主流通道到各个注塑型腔的分流通道的长度相等且都为直线段或都为折线段;其中一个注塑型腔内的顶部设有溢流引出通道,溢流引出通道内设有液位感应器,液位感应器将溢流引出通道流出的液体信号反馈至控制系统,控制系统控制设置在主流通道上的进料阀关闭。
本发明可以达到以下有益效果:本发明采用一模多腔的形式,且主流通道到各个注塑型腔的分流通道的长度相等且都为直线段或都为折线段,这样保证了所有型腔同时得到均匀的填充和成型,同时起到了平衡各个型腔的作用,提高了注塑的效率,将多个注塑型腔通过控制系统连在一起统一控制,其中只要在其中一个注塑型腔的顶部引出溢流引出通道,当注塑型腔的原料注满流出溢流引出通道,液位感应器触发向控制系统发出信号,控制系统自动关闭进料阀进料,这样确保水室毛坯注塑成型的质量,也不会导致原料的浪费,也提高了注塑机注塑的效率。

实施方式一:如图1所示,本发明包括由两对半模具座形成的多个相互独立的汽车水室模具注塑型腔3,每个注塑型腔3通过主流通道1引出的分流通道2分别提供原料,主流通道1到各个注塑型腔3的分流通道2的长度相等且都为折线段;其中一个注塑型腔3内的顶部设有溢流引出通道,溢流引出通道内设有液位感应器4,液位感应器4将溢流引出通道流出的液体信号反馈至控制系统,控制系统控制设置在主流通道1上的进料阀5关闭。
实施方式二:如图2所示,本发明包括由两对半模具座形成的多个相互独立的汽车水室模具注塑型腔3,每个注塑型腔3通过主流通道1引出的分流通道2分别提供原料,主流通道1到各个注塑型腔3的分流通道2的长度相等且都为直线段;其中一个注塑型腔3内的顶部设有溢流引出通道,溢流引出通道内设有液位感应器4,液位感应器4将溢流引出通道流出的液体信号反馈至控制系统,控制系统控制设置在主流通道1上的进料阀5关闭。
