工件内壁喷涂的热喷涂设备由旋转机构、回转机构、可移动底座构成。旋转机构采用一根空心的主轴,主轴的旋转由伺服电机驱动,主轴的一端配有快接式连接法兰方便与喷涂工件联结。对于工件内壁喷涂时,工件与旋转主轴同轴心安装,喷枪从工件的一端伸入对工件内壁进行喷涂,主轴的另一端放罩吸风装置,可以及时吸出喷涂过程种产生的烟雾和粉尘,同时改善了喷涂过程中的通风条件有利于工件散热。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热喷涂设备,尤其是对工件内壁进行喷涂的热喷涂设备。
背景技术
热喷涂是工件表面改变物理性能的重要方法,目前对于工件内壁的热喷涂,主要是依靠将工件装卡在一个转台的台面上,夹持工件的外壁对工件的内壁进行喷涂。由于工件的一端装卡在转台的台面上,喷枪从另一面伸入工件内孔进行喷涂,造成喷涂过程中产生的粉尘对工件内壁污染,喷涂过程中产生大量的热量,由于工件内孔无通风条件,工件散热不畅。
发明内容
为了克服现有的方法,喷涂工件内壁时产生的烟雾或粉尘,对工件表面造成污染、散热不良等影响涂层质量的问题。本实用新型提供了一种工件内壁热喷涂专用设备。设喷涂设备不仅解决了喷涂过程中产生的烟雾或粉尘对工件内壁污染的问题,同时工件可以获得良好的散热通风条件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:工件内壁喷涂的热喷涂设备由旋转机构、回转机构、可移动底座构成。旋转机构采用一根空心的主轴,主轴的旋转由伺服电机驱动,主轴的一端配有快接式连接法兰方便与喷涂工件联结。对于工件内壁喷涂时,工件与旋转主轴同轴心安装,喷枪从工件的一端伸入对工件内壁进行喷涂,主轴的另一端放罩吸风装置,可以及时吸出喷涂过程种产生的烟雾和粉尘,同时改善了喷涂过程中的通风条件有利于工件散热。回转机构的回转主轴支撑着整回旋转机构,回转主轴回转时,旋转主轴轴心对正的方向可以实现360度回转,对于工件外壁的喷涂,通过回转机构回转可以使工件轴心与吸风罩平行实现方便的实现对工件外壁进行喷涂。旋转机构与回转机构的控制可以和ABB等市场上的主流把持喷枪的机械手联动,通过程机械手程序的联动控制,可以实现即需要工件内壁喷涂,又需要工件外壁喷涂一次加工完成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以实现即需要工件内壁喷涂,又需要工件外壁喷涂一次加工完成。不仅解决了喷涂过程中产生的烟雾或粉尘对工件内壁污染的问题,同时工件可以获得良好的散热通风条件。

具体实施方式:
需要喷涂的空心工件1通过工装102与空心主轴2的法兰202进行连接,空心主轴2采用伺服电机3进行驱动,伺服电机3与同步轮6连接,空心主轴2与同步轮4进行连接,同步轮6通过同步带5带动同步轮4和空心主轴2连续转动。喷枪伸入工件内孔101进行喷涂。空心主轴2不与工件连接的一端放罩吸风装置,在吸风装置的作用下,空气从工件内孔101一侧进入,通过空心主轴内孔201流出,吸尘装置及时吸走喷涂过程种产生的烟雾和粉尘,同时改善了喷涂过程中的通风条件有利于工件散热。回转伺服电机13通过减速机构12和传动轴11带动床头回转,改变工件外壁的方向。使工件的外壁与吸风罩的方向平行,对工件的外壁进行喷涂。通过该种方式可以实现对工件内壁和外壁喷涂的连续作业。底座8通过调平螺丝10进行调平。需工移动时,收起调平螺丝10,通过脚轮9进行移动。

1.工件内壁喷涂的热喷涂设备,由旋转机构、回转机构、可移动底座构成,其特征是旋转机构采用空心的旋转主轴,对于工件内壁喷涂时,工件与旋转主轴同轴心安装在旋转主轴的一端,旋转主轴与工件采用法兰联接,喷枪从工件的一端伸入对工件内壁进行喷涂,旋转主轴的另一端放罩吸风装置,可以及时吸出喷涂过程种产生的烟雾和粉尘,同时改善了喷涂过程中的通风条件有利于工件散热;回转机构的回转主轴支撑着整个旋转机构,回转主轴回转时,旋转主轴轴心对正的方向可以实现360度回转;对于工件外壁的喷涂,通过回转机构回转可以使工件轴心与吸风装置的吸风罩平行实现对工件外壁进行喷涂,通过上述方式可以实现对工件内壁和外壁喷涂的一次加工完成。
