Abstract
本发明公开了一种高粘附光催化型遮光涂层织物及其制备方法,采用宽门幅高密75D白布作为基布,所述宽门幅是指门幅为1.8m;制备方法包括防水、培烘、涂层、培烘步骤,涂层步骤中,采用的浆料由甲苯、双组份聚醚型聚氨酯、炭黑、密胺架桥剂、光催化功能的纳米TiO2组成。本发明生产简便,有效地改善了材料表面的粘合性能,使浆料或者功能粒子与布面产生较强的粘附力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
基布自身对产品性能有很大影响,一般坯布经涂层整理后会产生纬向收缩,为了达到出厂要求需对产品进行拉幅处理,这样就会导致每平方米涂敷的功能粒子减少,涂层织物的遮光及光催化性能变差。浆料与织物之间产生较强的粘附力采用的方法:传统的方法是在浆料中加入固化剂以提高涂层胶的粘附力,这样一方面会导致涂层胶返稠,另一方面也会影响涂层织物的手感和撕破强力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产简便、性能好的高粘附光催化型遮光涂层织物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高粘附光催化型遮光涂层织物,其特征是:采用宽门幅高密75D白布作为基布,所述宽门幅是指门幅为1.8m,所述高密是指经密度为173根/英寸,纬密度为120根/英寸;经、纬撕破强力分别为8.56N、7.42N,粘合强度为15N,耐光色牢度为5级,耐水压为3000mmH2O,游离甲醛和甲苯二异氰酸酯含量为0,透光率为0;
制备方法,包括防水、培烘、涂层、培烘步骤,所述涂层步骤中,采用的浆料由下列质量份的成分组成:
甲苯 10-30份
双组份聚醚型聚氨酯 40-60份
炭黑 20-40份
密胺架桥剂 1-10份
光催化功能的纳米TiO2 20-40份。

制备方法,包括防水、培烘、涂层、培烘步骤,所述涂层步骤中,采用的浆料由下列质量份的成分组成:
甲苯 20份
双组份聚醚型聚氨酯 50份
炭黑 30份
密胺架桥剂 6份
光催化功能的纳米TiO2 30份。
实施例2:
一种高粘附光催化型遮光涂层织物的制备方法,包括防水、培烘、涂层、培烘步骤,采用宽门幅高密75D白布作为基布,所述宽门幅是指门幅为1.8m,所述高密是指经密度为173根/英寸,纬密度为120根/英寸;所述涂层步骤中,采用的浆料由下列质量份的成分组成:
甲苯 12份
双组份聚醚型聚氨酯 60份
炭黑 39份
密胺架桥剂 2份
光催化功能的纳米TiO2 35份。

1.一种高粘附光催化型遮光涂层织物,其特征是:采用宽门幅高密75D白布作为基布,所述宽门幅是指门幅为1.8m,所述高密是指经密度为173根/英寸,纬密度为120根/英寸;经、纬撕破强力分别为8.56N、7.42N,粘合强度为15N,耐光色牢度为5级,耐水压为3000mmH2O,游离甲醛和甲苯二异氰酸酯含量为0,透光率为0;
制备方法,包括防水、培烘、涂层、培烘步骤,所述涂层步骤中,采用的浆料由下列质量份的成分组成:
甲苯 10-30份
双组份聚醚型聚氨酯 40-60份
炭黑 20-40份
密胺架桥剂 1-10份
光催化功能的纳米TiO2 20-40份。
