本发明公开了一种猪精子培养基及其制备方法,包括如下成份:无水葡萄糖:18‑20g、柠檬酸三钠6‑7g、tris6‑7g、EDTA 7‑8g、碳酸氢钠1‑2g,CMC 0.1‑1g、抗结剂0.1‑1g、氯化钾0.1‑1g、柠檬酸3‑4g、半胱氨酸0.1‑1g、GHS 0.01‑0.1g、糜蛋白酶0.01‑0.05g、褪黑激素0.01‑0.05g、溶菌酶0.01‑0.1g、聚维酮碘0.01‑0.05g,本发明一种猪精子培养基及其制备方法操作制作简单先准备一份给三次蒸馏的蒸馏水1000ml,将上述培养基46g放入其中,用磁力搅拌器让其充分溶解,静置1‑2小时使可制成,且各材料成本低。

本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种操作方便的猪精子培养基及其制备方法。
所述猪精子培养基,包括如下成份:无水葡萄糖:18-20g、柠檬酸三钠6-7g、tris6-7g、EDTA 7-8g、碳酸氢钠 1-2g,CMC 0.1-1g、抗结剂 0.1-1g、氯化钾 0.1-1g、柠檬酸 3-4g、半胱氨酸 0.1-1g、GHS 0.01-0.1g、糜蛋白酶 0.01-0.05g、褪黑激素0.01-0.05g、溶菌酶 0.01-0.1g、聚维酮碘0.01-0.05g。
包括如下成份:无水葡萄糖:18.5g、柠檬酸三钠6.9g、tris6.5g、EDTA 7.5g、碳酸氢钠 1.3g,CMC 0.4g、抗结剂 0.6g、氯化钾 0.5g、柠檬酸 3.5g、半胱氨酸 0.15g、GHS0.03g、糜蛋白酶 0.02g、褪黑激素0.03g、溶菌酶 0.05g、聚维酮碘0.02g。
一种猪精子培养基的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先准备一份给三次蒸馏的蒸馏水1000ml,将上述培养基46g放入其中,用磁力搅拌器让其充分溶解,静置1-2小时。

1.一种猪精子培养基,其特征在于:包括如下成份:无水葡萄糖:18-20g、柠檬酸三钠6-7g、tris6-7g、EDTA 7-8g、碳酸氢钠 1-2g,CMC 0.1-1g、抗结剂 0.1-1g、氯化钾 0.1-1g、柠檬酸 3-4g、半胱氨酸 0.1-1g、GHS 0.01-0.1g、糜蛋白酶 0.01-0.05g、褪黑激素0.01-0.05g、溶菌酶 0.01-0.1g、聚维酮碘0.01-0.05g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种猪精子培养基,其特征在于,包括如下成份:无水葡萄糖:18.5g、柠檬酸三钠6.9g、tris6.5g、EDTA 7.5g、碳酸氢钠 1.3g,CMC 0.4g、抗结剂 0.6g、氯化钾 0.5g、柠檬酸 3.5g、半胱氨酸 0.15g、GHS 0.03g、糜蛋白酶 0.02g、褪黑激素0.03g、溶菌酶 0.05g、聚维酮碘0.02g。
3.一种如权利要求1到2任一项所述的猪精子培养基的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:先准备一份给三次蒸馏的蒸馏水1000ml,将上述培养基46g放入其中,用磁力搅拌器让其充分溶解,静置1-2小时。
