本发明公开了一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,包括环氧树脂、丁胺、650低分子聚酰胺、二硫化钼、白油、工业黄油和去离子水,其使用方法包括在钢丝绳表面涂覆环氧树脂,配制混合乳液以及再次涂覆等步骤;本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钢丝绳表面生成一层环氧树脂,在环氧树脂上再涂覆混合乳液,混合乳液中的650低分子聚酰胺可和环氧树脂反应形成分子簇,二硫化钼、工业黄油会包埋在分子簇中从而增加其附着能力,起到长效润滑的作用。

一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及矿井设备维护,尤其涉及一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油及其使用方法。
背景技术
据统计,世界能源三分之一到二分之一的消耗都与摩擦有关,机械摩擦不仅会磨损材料,还会产生静电和发热,带来安全隐患。在矿产领域,绝大部分矿物都需要使用提升设备运送到地面上,在这些提升设备中,钢丝绳的安全应用是保证其高效运转的基础,钢丝绳和设备之间一直存在较大的相对运动,并且矿井内环境较差,存在着大量的粉尘,使得钢丝绳摩擦比较明显,存在安全隐患。矿井内钢丝绳的润滑一般是使用常规的合成钢缆润滑剂,润滑效果好但附着性差,不耐高温且具有一定的吸湿性,长时间使用后润滑效果明显下降。
发明内容
本发明针对现有矿井钢丝绳润滑油长效润滑效果差的问题,提供一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油及其使用方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
环氧树脂70-100份、丁胺5-10份、650低分子聚酰胺30-40份、二硫化钼10-20份、白油70-90份、工业黄油10-20份、去离子水20-40份。
上述矿井钢丝绳润滑油的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将钢丝绳清理干净,按重量份称取环氧树脂和丁胺,将丁胺均匀涂刷在钢丝绳表面,再将环氧树脂均匀涂刷在丁胺之上,晾干;
2)按重量份称取650低分子聚酰胺、二硫化钼、白油、工业黄油和去离子水,混合后加热至40-50℃搅拌溶解,再2000r/min搅拌30min,制得混合乳液;
3)将混合乳液均匀涂刷在步骤1)晾干后的钢丝绳上,60-70℃烘干10-20min,即完成对钢丝绳的润滑。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钢丝绳表面生成一层环氧树脂,在环氧树脂上再涂覆混合乳液,混合乳液中的650低分子聚酰胺可和环氧树脂反应形成分子簇,二硫化钼、工业黄油会包埋在分子簇中从而增加其附着能力,起到长效润滑的作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
环氧树脂70份、丁胺5份、650低分子聚酰胺30份、二硫化钼10份、白油70份、工业黄油10份、去离子水20份。
实施例2
一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
环氧树脂85份、丁胺7份、650低分子聚酰胺35份、二硫化钼15份、白油80份、工业黄油15份、去离子水30份。
实施例3
一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
环氧树脂100份、丁胺10份、650低分子聚酰胺40份、二硫化钼20份、白油90份、工业黄油20份、去离子水40份。
实施例1-3矿井钢丝绳润滑油的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将钢丝绳清理干净,按重量份称取环氧树脂和丁胺,将丁胺均匀涂刷在钢丝绳表面,再将环氧树脂均匀涂刷在丁胺之上,晾干;
2)按重量份称取650低分子聚酰胺、二硫化钼、白油、工业黄油和去离子水,混合后加热至40-50℃搅拌溶解,再2000r/min搅拌30min,制得混合乳液;
3)将混合乳液均匀涂刷在步骤1)晾干后的钢丝绳上,60-70℃烘干10-20min,即完成对钢丝绳的润滑。

1.一种矿井钢丝绳润滑油,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
环氧树脂70-100份、丁胺5-10份、650低分子聚酰胺30-40份、二硫化钼10-20份、白油70-90份、工业黄油10-20份、去离子水20-40份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的矿井钢丝绳润滑油的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将钢丝绳清理干净,按重量份称取环氧树脂和丁胺,将丁胺均匀涂刷在钢丝绳表面,再将环氧树脂均匀涂刷在丁胺之上,晾干;
2)按重量份称取650低分子聚酰胺、二硫化钼、白油、工业黄油和去离子水,混合后加热至40-50℃搅拌溶解,再2000r/min搅拌30min,制得混合乳液;
3)将混合乳液均匀涂刷在步骤1)晾干后的钢丝绳上,60-70℃烘干10-20min,即完成对钢丝绳的润滑。
