本发明公开了一种矿井用润滑油,包括二硫化钼、白油、低分子聚酰胺、沥青、工业黄油和去离子水;本发明的有益效果是:本发明矿井用润滑油粘度高,附着性强,在矿井井下高温高湿的环境中可长时间保持润滑性能,减少添加润滑油的次数和设备的磨损,本发明各组分稳定性好,制备简单,易于存储,可在矿井井下的特殊环境直接使用,不影响设备的正常运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿井设备维护,尤其涉及一种矿井用润滑油。
背景技术
据统计,世界能源三分之一到二分之一的消耗都与摩擦有关,机械摩擦不仅会磨损材料,还会产生静电和发热,带来安全隐患。采矿要用到大型设备,这些设备往往是由普通的钢材料制成,需要使用大量的润滑油来减少摩擦,但矿井中存在着大量的粉尘,且温度和湿度较高,在这种环境下,设备的摩擦损耗明显,由于常规的润滑油粘度低,附着性差,不耐高温且具有一定的吸湿性,井下设备使用这种润滑油润滑效果差,产生较大的损耗且增加安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对矿井井下设备使用常规润滑油效果差的问题,提供一种矿井用润滑油。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种矿井用润滑油,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
二硫化钼10-20份、白油60-80份、低分子聚酰胺20-30份、沥青5-10份、工业黄油15-20份、去离子水20-60份。
进一步,所述低分子聚酰胺数均分子量为600-1500。
上述矿井用润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份称取二硫化钼、白油、低分子聚酰胺、沥青和工业黄油,将工业黄油加入到白油中,40-50℃搅拌至工业黄油完全溶解;
2)称取20重量份去离子水,将二硫化钼、低分子聚酰胺和沥青加入到去离子水中,搅拌至形成稳定的悬浊液;
3)将悬浊液分次加入到步骤1)所制备的白油溶液中,2000r/min搅拌30-60min;
4)搅拌后测定混合液的粘度,根据粘度再次称量不超过40重量份的去离子水加入到混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后即制得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明矿井用润滑油粘度高,附着性强,在矿井井下高温高湿的环境中可长时间保持润滑性能,减少添加润滑油的次数和设备的磨损,本发明各组分稳定性好,制备简单,易于存储,可在矿井井下的特殊环境直接使用,不影响设备的正常运行。

实施例1
一种矿井用润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
二硫化钼10份、白油60份、数均分子量为600-1500的聚酰胺20份、沥青5份、工业黄油15份、去离子水20份。
实施例2
一种矿井用润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
二硫化钼15份、白油70份、数均分子量为600-1500的聚酰胺25份、沥青8份、工业黄油18份、去离子水40份。
实施例3
一种矿井用润滑油,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:
二硫化钼20份、白油80份、数均分子量为600-1500的聚酰胺30份、沥青10份、工业黄油20份、去离子水60份。
