本发明公开了一种甲醇调和汽油配方及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇30份、轻烃40.25份或38.33份或35.5份、92#汽油20份、MTBE4.75份或4.67份或4.5份、芳烃5份或7份或10份、有机金属缓蚀剂0.15份、抗氧化剂0.1份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂0.2份和正丁醇0.2份。本发明通提供的甲醇调和汽油配方制备的燃料排放环保且具有抗爆性,添加的MTBE可有效降低油品气阻的问题,减少了汽油对机械金属的腐蚀性,同时可抑制机械金属氧化,提高了机械的使用寿命,实用性强。

本发明涉及一种调和汽油,具体是一种甲醇调和汽油配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前世界各国尤其是发达国家都在致力于开发生物质能利用技术,欧洲已成为全球生化柴油的主要生产基地,美国、意大利、法国已相继建成数十座生物柴油装置,自然我国的石油战略也早已列入国民经济发展的重中之重,有鉴于此最大限度降低进口石油依赖,被政府提到新的战略高度,而发展生物质燃料油是其中的首要环节。
近几年国内先后涌现出乙醇汽油、生物柴油、甲醇汽油、二甲醚柴油、煤合成油和气体燃料等多种替代化石能方案。其中乙醇汽油已在政府安排下先期在九省市推广,目前M85甲醇汽油国家标准已经出台,以往的汽油为不可再生资源,且汽油燃烧后产生的二氧化硫具有一定的金属腐蚀性,从而造成机械的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种甲醇调和汽油配方及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种甲醇调和汽油配方,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇30份、轻烃40.25份或38.33份或35.5份、92#汽油20份、MTBE4.75份或4.67份或4.5份、芳烃5份或7份或10份、有机金属缓蚀剂0.15份、抗氧化剂0.1份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂0.2份和正丁醇0.2份。
一种甲醇调和汽油配方的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1、有机金属缓蚀剂的制备:取适量甲醇溶解苯并三唑后,再添加苯胺混合得到有机金属缓蚀剂;
S2、抗氧化剂的制备:取适量甲醇溶解T501,混合后得到抗氧化剂;
S3、橡胶溶胀抑制剂的制备:取适量甲醇与二辛脂混合均匀,将月桂醇水浴助溶后加入到甲醇与二辛脂的混合液中,搅拌混合得到橡胶溶胀抑制剂;
S4、取适量甲醇稀释溶解MTBE,搅拌后得到混合液A;
S5、取适量甲醇稀释溶解芳烃,搅拌后得到混合液B;
S6、将剩余甲醇、混合液A、混合液B、92#汽油和轻烃混合,混合均匀后得到母液;
S7、取适量母液,依次向其中添加有机金属缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂和正丁醇,搅拌混合后加入剩余母液中,混合均匀得到甲醇调和汽油。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述有机金属缓蚀剂中苯并三唑和苯胺的质量比为4:1。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述橡胶溶胀抑制剂中月桂醇和二辛脂的质量比为1:2。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述有机金属缓蚀剂的添加量为1.5‰、抗氧化剂的添加量为1‰、橡胶溶胀抑制剂的添加量为2‰。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通提供的甲醇调和汽油配方制备的燃料排放环保且具有抗爆性,添加的MTBE可有效降低油品气阻的问题,减少了汽油对机械金属的腐蚀性,同时可抑制机械金属氧化,提高了机械的使用寿命,实用性强。

一种甲醇调和汽油配方,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇30份、轻烃40.25份、92#汽油20份、MTBE4.75份、芳烃5份、有机金属缓蚀剂0.15份、抗氧化剂0.1份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂0.2份和正丁醇0.2份。
