本发明涉及印刷技术领域,公开了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:35‑45%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:35‑45%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:1‑5%;BYK消泡剂:0.5‑1%;BYK流平剂:1‑5%;防卷曲助剂:0.5‑2%;抗划伤助剂:1‑5%;去离子水:5‑8%。与现有技术相比,本发明能够有效避免纸张收缩卷曲,耐磨性和滑爽度高,能够干燥彻底,VOCs残留低。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,特别涉及一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油。
背景技术
光油作为一种印刷表面处理用料,被广泛应用于印刷行业,通过将光油涂覆在物件表面,形成具有一定强度、表面光滑的固态膜层,能很好的起到保护印刷图文的作用,因此光油被广泛印刷在食品饮料、鞋服、烟酒的包装盒外表面。但在使用过程中,光油形成的固态膜层易因水及油污影响,导致固态膜层受到污染,进而造成印刷图文表面模糊,无法辨识;而且,在印刷过程中会出现纸张收缩卷曲、耐磨差、滑爽度不够、干燥不彻底、VOCs残留高等印刷问题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,能够有效避免纸张收缩卷曲,耐磨性和滑爽度高,能够干燥彻底,VOCs残留低。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
环保水性丙烯酸树脂:35-45%;
自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:35-45%;
高耐磨改性蜡乳液:1-5%;
BYK消泡剂:0.5-1%;
BYK流平剂:1-5%;
防卷曲助剂:0.5-2%;
抗划伤助剂:1-5%;
去离子水:5-8%。
优选地,所述防卷曲助剂为不饱和酸性羟酸酯的烷基醇铵盐溶液,优选烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐。
优选地,所述抗划伤助剂为蜡改性羊毛酯分散体。
有益效果:
本发明使用乳胶粒子纳米化技术来提高高光水性光油的各项物化性能,自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液与防卷曲助剂、抗划伤助剂在自交联固化的过程中,膜体分子形成三维网状的稳定结构,从而大大提高了光油墨膜的耐磨性能;由于防卷曲助剂分子的亲和性,使得其可以嵌入成膜的主体树脂分子之间,从而提高涂膜的柔韧性,减少墨层对印品上表面的拉力,使印品正反两面的拉力平衡,最终防止印品的卷曲。
本发明中的水性光油与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明中的水性光油是水性体系,气味极低,绿色环保,VOCs残留符合国家烟草行业的限量标准,解决了客户VOCs超标的难题;
(2)本发明中的水性光油光泽度高,耐磨性能强,滑爽度高、符合客户提出高光耐磨的印刷要求;
(3)本发明中的水性光油能够防止纸张卷曲,解决了产品印刷后卷曲变形的难题。
(4)本发明中的水性光油气泡少,适应高速印刷的要求。
(5)本发明中的水性光油能够适应各种电化铝烫金。
(6)本发明中的水性光油能够适应高速烟包机的生产要求。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的介绍。
实施方式1:
本实施方式提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:35%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:45%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:5%;BYK消泡剂:1%;BYK流平剂:5%;烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:2%;蜡改性羊毛酯分散体:5%;去离子水:7%。
实施方式2:
本实施方式提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:42%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:40%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:3%;BYK消泡剂:0.6%;BYK流平剂:4%;烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:1.4%;蜡改性羊毛酯分散体:4%;去离子水:5%。
实施方式3:
本实施方式提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:45%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:42%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:4%;BYK消泡剂:0.8%;BYK流平剂:3%;烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:1%;蜡改性羊毛酯分散体:2.2%;去离子水:5%。
实施方式4:
本实施方式提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:40%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:40%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:5%;BYK消泡剂:0.5%;BYK流平剂:2.2%;烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:0.8%;蜡改性羊毛酯分散体:3.5%;去离子水:8%。
实施方式5:
本实施方式提供了一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环保水性丙烯酸树脂:45%;自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:43%;高耐磨改性蜡乳液:2%;BYK消泡剂:0.7%;BYK流平剂:1.3%;烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:0.5%;蜡改性羊毛酯分散体:1.5%;去离子水:6%。
上述实施方式1~5中的水性光油的物理特性如表1。

上述实施方式1~5中的水性光油的防卷曲性能和抗划伤性能测试数据如下表2。

从表2的数据可以看出,实施方式1至5中的水性光油的牢度在0.46 KN/m左右,说明水性光油的防卷曲能力较强;静摩擦系数在0.47左右,动摩擦系数在0.25左右,说明水性光油的抗划伤能力较强。

1.一种环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
环保水性丙烯酸树脂:35-45%;
自干燥水性丙烯酸乳液:35-45%;
高耐磨改性蜡乳液:1-5%;
BYK消泡剂:0.5-1%;
BYK流平剂:1-5%;
防卷曲助剂:0.5-2%;
抗划伤助剂:1-5%;
去离子水:5-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,其特征在于,所述防卷曲助剂为不饱和酸性羟酸酯的烷基醇铵盐溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,其特征在于,所述不饱和酸性羟酸酯的烷基醇铵盐溶液为烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的环保高耐磨高光泽水性光油,其特征在于,所述抗划伤助剂为蜡改性羊毛酯分散体。
