本发明公开了一种便利型充电桩,包括:基座、插头、电机、转轴、线轮、触动杆、导向杆和指示灯;基座上设有主腔室和用于容纳插头的收纳槽;线轮用于收放插头连接的线缆。本发明中,当电机驱动转轴正转,线轮放线,同时,触动杆朝向触控按钮运动,当线轮放线结束,触动杆压制触控按钮按下,指示灯亮起,表示充电桩正在工作;当电机驱动转轴反转,线轮收线,同时,触动杆远离触控按钮,触控按钮弹起,指示灯熄灭,表示充电桩闲置。如此,指示灯实时指示充电桩工作状态,有利于使用者根据指示灯快速寻找闲置充电桩,提高充电效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,尤其涉及一种便利型充电桩。
背景技术
随着电动汽车的推广,充电桩也顺应需求得到推广。现有的充电桩,在完成充电后,都需要人为的将充电线放回充电桩,但是充电线一般具有一定长度,给使用者带来了很大的不便。另外,充电线外露于充电桩外部,在充电桩未使用状态,充电线搁置于充电桩边上,当充电线散落的位置不当时,存在着充电线被电动汽车碾压碰撞而损坏以及触电的风险。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种便利型充电桩。
本发明提出的一种便利型充电桩,包括:基座、插头、电机、转轴、线轮、触动杆、导向杆和指示灯;基座上设有主腔室和用于容纳插头的收纳槽;线轮用于收放插头连接的线缆;
电机安装在基座外部,转轴、线轮、触动杆和导向杆均安装在主腔室内;电机与转轴连接用于驱动转轴转动,线轮套设在转轴上并与转轴固定连接;触动杆一端设有沉孔结构的螺纹孔,转轴远离电机的一端插入螺纹孔并与触动杆螺纹连接;触动杆外周设有平行于其轴线的导向槽,导向杆安装在基座上并插入导向槽,转轴转动过程中,触动杆沿着导向杆滑动;
指示灯安装在基座外侧,基座内部还安装有PCB板,PCB板与指示灯连接,PCB板连接有用于控制指示灯工作的触控按钮,触控按钮伸入主腔室并位于触动杆的运动轨迹上。
优选地,导向杆为两根或者三根。
优选地,导向杆沿着触动杆外周均匀分布。
优选地,收纳槽位于基座上表面。
本发明提出的一种便利型充电桩,线轮和触动杆均跟随转轴同步运动,通过导向杆的配合,实现了通过转轴的正反转动带动触动杆往复运动,即在线轮收放线过程中,触动杆与线轮联动。
本发明中,当电机驱动转轴正转,线轮放线,同时,触动杆朝向触控按钮运动,当线轮放线结束,触动杆压制触控按钮按下,指示灯亮起,表示充电桩正在工作;当电机驱动转轴反转,线轮收线,同时,触动杆远离触控按钮,触控按钮弹起,指示灯熄灭,表示充电桩闲置。如此,指示灯实时指示充电桩工作状态,有利于使用者根据指示灯快速寻找闲置充电桩,提高充电效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明提出的一种便利型充电桩,包括:基座1、插头2、电机3、转轴4、线轮5、触动杆6、导向杆7和指示灯8。基座1上设有主腔室1-1和用于容纳插头2的收纳槽1-2。线轮5用于收放插头2连接的线缆。本实施方式中,收纳槽1-2位于基座1上表面,方便插头2的插拔。
电机3安装在基座1外部,转轴4、线轮5、触动杆6和导向杆7均安装在主腔室1-1内。电机3与转轴4连接用于驱动转轴转动,线轮5套设在转轴4上并与转轴4固定连接。如此,通过电机3驱动转轴4带动线轮5正转或者反转,便可实现线轮5对线缆的自动收线或者放线,方便充电现场的线缆整理,保证充电场地的环境整洁,从而防止线缆受损漏电,提高充电安全。
触动杆6一端设有沉孔结构的螺纹孔6-1,转轴4远离电机的一端插入螺纹孔6-1并与触动杆6螺纹连接。触动杆6外周设有平行于其轴线的导向槽6-2,导向杆7安装在基座1上并插入导向槽6-2,转轴4转动过程中,触动杆6沿着导向杆7直线滑动。如此,线轮5和触动杆6均跟随转轴4同步运动,通过导向杆7的配合,实现了通过转轴4的正反转动带动触动杆6往复运动,即在线轮5收放线过程中,触动杆6与线轮5联动。
本实施方式中,导向杆7为两根或者三根,且导向杆7沿着触动杆6外周均匀分布。以便通过导向杆7与转轴4配合,保证触动杆6的运动平稳。
指示灯8安装在基座1外侧,基座1内部还安装有PCB板9,PCB板9与指示灯8连接,PCB板9连接有用于控制指示灯8工作的触控按钮10。具体的,触控按钮10按下,指示灯8亮起;触控按钮10弹起,指示灯8熄灭。触控按钮10伸入主腔室1-1并位于触动杆6的运动轨迹上。如此,当电机驱动转轴正转,线轮放线,同时,触动杆6朝向触控按钮10运动,当线轮放线结束,触动杆6压制触控按钮10按下,指示灯8亮起,表示充电桩正在工作;当电机驱动转轴反转,线轮收线,同时,触动杆6远离触控按钮10,触控按钮10弹起,指示灯8熄灭,表示充电桩闲置。如此,指示灯8实时指示充电桩工作状态,有利于使用者根据指示灯8快速寻找闲置充电桩,提高充电效率。

电机(3)安装在基座(1)外部,转轴(4)、线轮(5)、触动杆(6)和导向杆(7)均安装在主腔室(1-1)内;电机(3)与转轴(4)连接用于驱动转轴转动,线轮(5)套设在转轴(4)上并与转轴(4)固定连接;触动杆(6)一端设有沉孔结构的螺纹孔(6-1),转轴(4)远离电机的一端插入螺纹孔(6-1)并与触动杆(6)螺纹连接;触动杆(6)外周设有平行于其轴线的导向槽(6-2),导向杆(7)安装在基座(1)上并插入导向槽(6-2),转轴(4)转动过程中,触动杆(6)沿着导向杆(7)滑动;
指示灯(8)安装在基座(1)外侧,基座(1)内部还安装有PCB板(9),PCB板(9)与指示灯(8)连接,PCB板(9)连接有用于控制指示灯(8)工作的触控按钮(10),触控按钮(10)伸入主腔室(1-1)并位于触动杆(6)的运动轨迹上。
