本发明公开了一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,包括固定玻璃卡套,所述固定玻璃卡套的一侧连接于TIO2镀膜,所述TIO2镀膜内侧粘结PVB封装膜,所述PVB封装膜的内侧粘结于高分子涂层双层真空玻璃,所述高分子涂层双层真空玻璃的内侧粘结于感光膜,所述感光膜的下方设有引流槽感光膜能对外界的光进行吸收,吸收外界射进驾驶人眼中多余的强光,保护了驾驶人在夜间行驶的安全性,感光膜增强光线的通透性,提供良好的光照环境,TIO2镀膜保持汽车玻璃干净整洁和防止下雨时由于雨水附着而影响视线,PVB封装膜增强玻璃的物理性质,抗撞击能力增强,而且在受到外力猛烈撞击时,可以防止玻璃四溅粉碎,对驾驶人的二次伤害,提高了使用效率和安全价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车新材料领域,具体为一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃。
背景技术
汽车玻璃是汽车车身附件中必不可少的,主要起到防护作用,汽车玻璃主要有以下三类:夹层玻璃,钢化玻璃和区域钢化玻璃,能承受较强的冲击力,汽车玻璃按所在的位置分为:前挡风玻璃,侧窗玻璃,后挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃四种;前挡风玻璃国家强制规定必须是夹层玻璃,一些低廉的农用车前挡仍是钢化玻璃或区域钢化玻璃,侧窗玻璃是钢化玻璃,后挡风玻璃一般是带电加热丝的钢化玻璃,但在汽车设备的使用过程中就会遇到一些问题,例如,汽车在行驶过程中容易受到太阳光和前照大灯等一系列强光源的直接照射,因为玻璃自身的通途性强光会直接照射到驾驶人眼部,造成间歇性失明,很容易酿成车祸,而且在天冷的时候,由于车内外的温差,会造成车玻璃上起雾,对驾驶员的行车安全起到一定阻碍作用,汽车行驶时容易遭到外来物的碰击,破碎的玻璃片容易造成二次伤害,而且玻璃易碎也影响着人们的生命安全,汽车在雨雪天行驶时往往会因为玻璃的水雾影响行驶安全,而且常常因为排水不流畅,造成汽车一些部件的损坏,都是急需解决的问题,所以我们提出了一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上汽车玻璃在使用时不方便以及安全性能不强的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,包括固定玻璃卡套、TIO2镀膜、PVB封装膜、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃、感光膜和引流槽,所述固定玻璃卡套的一侧连接于TIO2镀膜,所述TIO2镀膜内侧粘结PVB封装膜,所述PVB封装膜的内侧粘结于高分子涂层双层真空玻璃,所述高分子涂层双层真空玻璃的内侧粘结于感光膜,所述感光膜的下方设有引流槽。
优选的,所述固定玻璃卡套的宽度和TIO2镀膜、PVB封装膜、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃、感光膜的总厚度相同。
优选的,所述TIO2镀膜、PVB封装膜、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃、感光膜为一次粘结而成。
优选的,所述感光膜的厚度可由车身前挡风玻璃固有参数决定。
优选的,所述引流槽为斜向布置,一方接入汽车排水口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,固定玻璃卡套的一侧连接于TIO2镀膜,固定玻璃卡套在汽车玻璃运输的过程中对汽车玻璃起到保护作用,而且可以紧紧的扣与玻璃四周,加固夹层玻璃的完整性,在汽车玻璃安装时,固定玻璃卡套也可以使玻璃更好的固定在汽车车身上,使汽车玻璃和汽车车身更好的融为一体,TIO2镀膜内侧粘结PVB封装膜,TIO2镀膜有很好的自净能力和疏水性,保持汽车玻璃干净整洁和防止下雨时由于雨水附着而影响视线,PVB封装膜增强玻璃的物理性质,抗撞击能力增强,而且在受到外力猛烈撞击时,可以防止玻璃四溅粉碎,对驾驶人的二次伤害,PVB封装膜的内侧粘结于高分子涂层双层真空玻璃,高分子涂层双层真空玻璃,有效的反射太阳光和紫外线,而且由于中空结构,可以有效的防止车玻璃起雾和凝霜的情况出现,高分子涂层双层真空玻璃的内侧粘结于感光膜,感光膜能对外界的光进行吸收,吸收外界射进驾驶人眼中多余的强光,从而保护了驾驶人在夜间行驶的安全性,而且在光线弱的情况下,感光膜增强光线的通透性,提供良好的光照环境,感光膜的下方设有引流槽,固定玻璃卡套的宽度和TIO2镀膜、PVB封装膜、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃、感光膜的总厚度相同,TIO2镀膜、PVB封装膜、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃、感光膜为一次粘结而成,感光膜的厚度可由车身前挡风玻璃固有参数决定,引流槽为斜向布置,一方接入汽车排水口,有利于雨水的排放,保护汽车内部设备。因此提高了整个装置的使用性能,也增加了整个装置的安全性。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,包括固定玻璃卡套1、TIO22镀膜2、PVB封装膜3、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4、感光膜5和引流槽6,固定玻璃卡套1的一侧连接于TIO22镀膜2,所述TIO22镀膜2内侧粘结PVB封装膜3,所述PVB封装膜3的内侧粘结于高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4,所述高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4的内侧粘结于感光膜5,所述感光膜5的下方设有引流槽6,所述所述固定玻璃卡套1的宽度和TIO22镀膜2、PVB封装膜3、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4、感光膜5的总厚度相同,所述所述TIO22镀膜2、PVB封装膜3、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4、感光膜5为一次粘结而成,所述感光膜5的厚度可由车身前挡风玻璃固有参数决定,所述引流槽6为斜向布置,一方接入汽车排水口。
工作原理:在使用该汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃时,将固定玻璃卡套1卡入批车玻璃框四周,而且可以紧紧的扣与玻璃四周,加固夹层玻璃的完整性,在汽车玻璃安装时,固定玻璃卡套1也以使玻璃更好的固定在汽车车身上,使汽车玻璃和汽车车身更好的融为一体,TIO2镀膜2有很好的自净能力和疏水性,保持汽车玻璃干净整洁和防止下雨时由于雨水附着而影响视线,PVB封装膜3增强玻璃的物理性质,抗撞击能力增强,而且在受到外力猛烈撞击时,可以防止玻璃四溅粉碎,对驾驶人的二次伤害,高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4,有效的反射太阳光和紫外线,而且由于中空结构,可以有效的防止车玻璃起雾和凝霜的情况出现,高分子涂层双层真空玻璃4的内侧粘结于感光膜5,感光膜5能对外界的光进行吸收,吸收外界射进驾驶人眼中多余的强光,从而保护了驾驶人在夜间行驶的安全性,而且在光线弱的情况下,感光膜5增强光线的通透性,提供良好的光照环境,感光膜5的下方设有引流槽6,引流槽6为斜向布置,一方接入汽车排水口,有利于积水的排放,保护汽车内部设备,在使用过程中要注意日常维护和保养,提高了整个装置的使用性能,也增加了整个装置的安全性。

1.一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,包括固定玻璃卡套(1)、TIO2镀膜(2)、PVB封装膜(3)、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃(4)、感光膜(5)和引流槽(6),其特征在于:所述固定玻璃卡套(1)的一侧连接于TIO2镀膜(2),所述TIO2镀膜(2)内侧粘结PVB封装膜(3),所述PVB封装膜(3)的内侧粘结于高分子涂层双层真空玻璃(4),所述高分子涂层双层真空玻璃(4)的内侧粘结于感光膜(5),所述感光膜(5)的下方设有引流槽(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述固定玻璃卡套(1)的宽度和TIO2镀膜(2)、PVB封装膜(3)、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃(4)、感光膜(5)的总厚度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车工业用汽车前挡风夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述TIO2镀膜(2)、PVB封装膜(3)、高分子涂层双层真空玻璃(4)、感光膜(5)为一次粘结而成。
