本发明属于汽车配件生产与制造领域,具体公开了一种转向节打标机,包括打标机本体、印标头和油墨盒,印标头固定连接有推杆,推杆上铰接有棘爪,油墨盒内设有转轴,油墨盒上方的打标机本体上滑动连接有与棘爪卡合的棘齿条,棘齿条与转轴顶部转动连接,且转轴在棘齿条上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条上设有用于驱动转轴转动的转动驱动机构;转轴的外圆上转动连接有若干个扇形桨叶,扇形桨叶的旋转轴线沿转轴的径向延伸,若干个扇形桨叶沿转轴周向分布且能拼接成圆形板,转轴上设有用于调节扇形桨叶角度的桨叶调节机构,扇形桨叶的边沿与油墨盒的内壁相贴。本发明能防止油墨分层,且能使油墨盒内压力保持一定,印标质量好。

一种转向节打标机
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件生产与制造领域,具体涉及一种转向节打标机。
背景技术
汽车转向节又称“羊角”,是汽车转向桥中的重要零件之一,能够使汽车稳定行驶并灵敏传递行驶方向。转向节的功用是传递并承受汽车前部载荷,支承并带动前轮绕主销转动而使汽车转向。在汽车行驶状态下,它承受着多变的冲击载荷,因此,要求其具有很高的强度。
在转向节出厂之前需要对转向节进行打标,在其表面印制属于企业的标志以证明是某个企业的产品,而目前在印制标志时,常常是工人把转向节放在打标机的打标头处进行打标,由于打标机的油墨盒是静止不动的,油墨盒里的油墨静置时容易产生分层,导致印制出的标志颜色深浅不一,印标质量差。并且油墨盒里的油墨需要保持一定的压力以便油墨能够顺利达到喷印头内,但随着油墨盒里油墨量的减少,油墨盒内液体压力逐渐减小,会导致印制出的标志线条粗细不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能防止油墨分层的转向节打标机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种转向节打标机,包括打标机本体、印标头和圆柱形的油墨盒,所述印标头滑动连接在打标机本体上,所述油墨盒固定连接在打标机本体上,且所述油墨盒位于印标头上方,所述油墨盒和印标头之间连通有软管,所述打标机本体上设有用于驱动印标头竖直往复运动的印标驱动机构,所述印标头固定连接有推杆,所述推杆上铰接有棘爪,所述油墨盒内设有转轴,所述转轴的顶部延伸出油墨盒顶部,所述油墨盒上方的打标机本体上滑动连接有与棘爪卡合的棘齿条,所述棘齿条与转轴顶部转动连接,且转轴在棘齿条上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条上设有用于驱动转轴转动的转动驱动机构;所述转轴的外圆上转动连接有若干个扇形桨叶,所述扇形桨叶的旋转轴线沿转轴的径向延伸,若干个扇形桨叶沿转轴周向分布且能拼接成圆形板,所述转轴上设有用于调节扇形桨叶角度的桨叶调节机构,所述扇形桨叶的边沿与油墨盒的内壁相贴。
本方案的工作原理在于:
油墨盒用于存放油墨,软管用于将油墨盒中的油墨引入印标头内,印标驱动机构用于驱动印标头竖直往复运动,对工件进行打标,印标头运动还带动与印标头固定的推杆竖直往复运动,当推杆向上运动时,推杆上的棘爪滑过棘齿条,棘齿条保持静止,当推杆向下运动时,推杆上的棘爪与棘齿条卡合,推动棘齿条向下运动,由于转轴在棘齿条上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条向下运动会带动转轴向下运动。调节机构用于调节扇形桨叶的角度,使扇形桨叶可以以转轴的径向为旋转轴线转动,实现扇形桨叶角度的调节,当扇形桨叶所在平面与转轴的横截面重合时,若干个扇形桨叶拼接成一个圆形板,由于扇形桨叶的边沿与油墨盒内壁贴合,因此扇形桨叶拼接成的圆形板外边沿与油墨盒内圆贴合,此时转轴向下运动,带动扇形桨叶形成的圆形板向下运动,给予圆形板下方的油墨一个向下的挤压力,油墨盒内的液体压力增大。当扇形桨叶所在平面与转轴的横截面具有一定夹角时,转动驱动机构驱动转轴转动,转轴带动扇形桨叶转动,对油墨进行搅拌,避免油墨分层。
采用本方案能达到如下技术效果:
1、通过转轴带动扇形桨叶转动,能对油墨进行搅拌,油墨处于运动状态,避免了传统油墨盒静置导致油墨分层的问题。
2、随着打标过程的进行,油墨盒内的油墨逐渐减少,油墨盒内压力减小,通过若干个扇形桨叶拼接成的圆形板在油墨盒内向下运动能挤压油墨,使油墨盒内压力保持恒定,印标头印制出的标志线条粗细一致,打标质量好。
3、若干个扇形桨叶拼接成的圆形板的向下运动是通过印标头打标时的竖直往复运动来驱动的,省去了额外的动力机构。
进一步,转动驱动机构包括固设在棘齿条上的微型电机,微型电机与转轴之间通过皮带传动。微型电机通过皮带能够带动转轴在棘齿条上转动。
进一步,调节机构包括连接架,连接架上铰接有若干个与扇形桨叶一一对应的连杆,连杆的另一端铰接在扇形桨叶上,且连杆与扇形桨叶连接处与扇形桨叶的旋转轴线之间具有偏心距。通过连接架竖直运动,能带动连杆顶端竖直运动,连杆给予扇形桨叶一个竖直方向的作用力,由于此作用力是沿着连杆的长度方向的,此作用力与扇形桨叶的旋转轴线之间具有偏心距,因此此作用力对扇形桨叶构成一个弯矩,带动扇形桨叶绕着旋转轴线转动。
进一步,印标驱动机构包括液压缸,液压缸的输出杆与印标头固定连接。采用液压缸驱动印标头往复运动,能使得印标头的运动更加平稳,印制出的标志更清晰,印标质量好。
进一步,油墨盒上方的打标机本体上设有竖直的滑槽,棘齿条滑动连接在滑槽中。滑槽能够对棘齿条的竖直滑动起到导向的作用,限制了棘齿条在打标机本体的横向上的运动,一方面能使棘齿条滑动得更加平稳,另一方面还能避免棘齿条发生横向偏移导致棘爪与棘齿条卡合失效。
进一步,转轴与油墨盒之间设有密封件。密封件能将油墨盒与外界隔离,使油墨盒内始终处于密闭状态。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:打标机本体1、印标头2、软管23、油墨盒3、液压缸4、推杆5、棘爪50、棘齿条6、转轴7、微型电机8、连接架91、连杆92、扇形桨叶10、滑槽 11、橡胶密封环12。
如图1所示,本实施例的转向节打标机,包括打标机本体1、油墨盒3和印标头2,油墨盒3呈圆柱形,且油墨盒3固定在打标机本体1上,印标头2滑动连接在打标机本体1上,印标头2位于油墨盒3左下方,打标机本体1上安装有一个液压缸4,液压缸4的输出杆与印标头2焊接,油墨盒3和印标头2之间连通有软管23,用于将油墨盒3中的油墨引入印标头2内进行印标。印标头2上端固定连接有一根竖直的推杆5,推杆5上铰接有一个棘爪50。油墨盒3内设有转轴7,转轴7的顶部延伸出油墨盒3顶部,且转轴7与油墨盒3顶部之间设有一个橡胶密封环12,油墨盒3上方的打标机本体1上设有一个竖直的滑槽11,滑槽11 内滑动连接有一个与棘爪50卡合的棘齿条6,棘齿条6与转轴7顶部转动连接,且转轴7 在棘齿条6上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条6上安装有一个微型电机8,微型电机8与转轴7 之间通过皮带传动。
结合图2所示,转轴7的外圆上转动连接有四个扇形桨叶10,扇形桨叶10的旋转轴线沿转轴7的径向延伸,四个扇形桨叶10沿转轴7周向均匀分布且能拼接成一块圆形板,扇形桨叶10的边沿与油墨盒3的内壁相贴,因此四块扇形桨叶10拼接成的圆形板外边沿能与油墨盒3的内壁相贴。再如图1所示,扇形桨叶10还连有桨叶调节机构用于调节扇形桨叶 10的角度,桨叶调节机构包括滑动套设在转轴外的连接架91,连接架91上铰接有四个与扇形桨叶10一一对应的连杆92,连杆92的下端铰接在扇形桨叶10上,结合图2所示,连杆 92与扇形桨叶10连接处与扇形桨叶10的旋转轴7线之间具有偏心距。
本实施例的转向节打标机,具体工作过程如下:开启液压缸4,液压缸4输出杆伸长,带动印标头2向下运动,印标头2逐渐接近工件对工件进行打标,然后液压缸4输出杆再缩短,带动印标头2向上运动远离工件,以此往复,对多个工件进行打标。印标头2向上运动时,带动推杆5向上运动,推杆5上的棘爪50滑过棘齿条6,棘齿条6保持静止,在此过程中,扇形桨叶10所在平面与转轴7横截面具有一定夹角,微型电机8带动转轴7转动,转轴7上的扇形桨叶10转动对油墨进行搅拌,避免油墨分层,再停止微型电机8的运动,使连接架91向上运动,连接架带动连杆92顶端竖直运动,连杆92给予扇形桨叶一个向上的作用力,由于此作用力是沿着连杆92的长度方向的,此作用力与扇形桨叶10的旋转轴线之间具有偏心距,因此此作用力对扇形桨叶10构成一个弯矩,带动扇形桨叶10绕着旋转轴线转动,使得扇形桨叶10所在平面与转轴7横截面重合,四个扇形桨叶10拼接成一个与油墨盒3内壁贴合的圆形板,印标头2再向下运动,带动推杆5向下运动,推杆5上的棘爪50 与棘齿条6卡合,推动棘齿条6向下运动,由于转轴7在棘齿条6上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条6向下运动会带动转轴7向下运动,转轴7上的三个扇形桨叶10形成的圆形板向下运动,给予圆形板下方的油墨一个向下的挤压力,油墨盒3内的液体压力增大,避免由于油墨盒3内的油墨量减少导致油墨盒3内压力降低而使印标头2印制出的标志线条粗细不同,保证了打标的质量。

1.一种转向节打标机,包括打标机本体、印标头和圆柱形的油墨盒,所述印标头滑动连接在打标机本体上,所述油墨盒固定连接在打标机本体上,且所述油墨盒位于印标头上方,所述油墨盒和印标头之间连通有软管,所述打标机本体上设有用于驱动印标头竖直往复运动的印标驱动机构,其特征在于:所述印标头固定连接有推杆,所述推杆上铰接有棘爪,所述油墨盒内设有转轴,所述转轴的顶部延伸出油墨盒顶部,所述油墨盒上方的打标机本体上滑动连接有与棘爪卡合的棘齿条,所述棘齿条与转轴顶部转动连接,且转轴在棘齿条上仅具有转动自由度,棘齿条上设有用于驱动转轴转动的转动驱动机构;所述转轴的外圆上转动连接有若干个扇形桨叶,所述扇形桨叶的旋转轴线沿转轴的径向延伸,若干个扇形桨叶沿转轴周向分布且能拼接成圆形板,所述转轴上设有用于调节扇形桨叶角度的桨叶调节机构,所述扇形桨叶的边沿与油墨盒的内壁相贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转向节打标机,其特征在于:所述转动驱动机构包括固设在棘齿条上的微型电机,微型电机与转轴之间通过皮带传动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种转向节打标机,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括连接架,连接架上铰接有若干个与扇形桨叶一一对应的连杆,连杆的另一端铰接在扇形桨叶上,且连杆与扇形桨叶连接处与扇形桨叶的旋转轴线之间具有偏心距。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种转向节打标机,其特征在于:所述印标驱动机构包括液压缸,液压缸的输出杆与印标头固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种转向节打标机,其特征在于:所述油墨盒上方的打标机本体上设有竖直的滑槽,棘齿条滑动连接在滑槽中。
