本发明公开了一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法,包括如下步骤:蒲公英纤维改性处理→纤维烘干→下PE膜喷胶→填充蒲公英纤维→上无纺布喷胶→轧实→检验包装。本发明将蒲公英纤维用纯碱进行改性,使蒲公英纤维有较强的吸水、保水功能,将这种改性蒲公英纤维作为老人尿不湿、尿垫的填充材料,开发具有清凉去火、抗菌除臭的功效,具有保健作用,价廉物美,符合纺织品绿色、环保、低碳、健康的要求,为新型天然纤维的应用提供了方向。

一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业面料领域,具体涉及一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法。
背景技术
蒲公英纤维是一种尚未开发利用的新型纤维材料。蒲公英绒纤维是由自身生长出的种子上的纤维。蒲公英绒纤维有长刺,具有与羽毛纤维类似的结构特点。蒲公英纤维不适宜于纺纱加工。由于其产量较大,加上纤维本身所具有的蓬松性能,可用做填充物。纤维加工成本低,收集方便,纤维与植物植株均具有清凉去火、抗菌保健的功效,为填充性纤维地开发和利用提供了新的资源。
随着老年化的来临,老人用品需求越来越多,对于生活不能自理的老人,尿垫、尿不湿需求越来越旺,市面上的老人尿不湿,采用的高吸水聚合物,如聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂,吸水能力很大,并具有优异的保水性能,约占市场总量的70%左右。
在研究蒲公英纤维的理化特性时,发现蒲公英纤维进行改性后,吸水保水性能非常好,而且易降解、成本低、清凉去火、抗菌除臭是一种不可多得的填充材料。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法。
技术方案:一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法,包括如下步骤:蒲公英纤维改性处理→纤维烘干→下PE膜喷胶→填充蒲公英纤维→上无纺布喷胶→轧实→检验包装;其中:
所述蒲公英纤维改性处理如下:纯碱2-4g/L,浴比1:10,加热到80-90℃,保温10-15min,水洗,用醋酸中和至pH=7-8;
所述下PE膜喷胶中:用喷枪在防水PE膜上均匀喷热熔胶150-180g/m2
所述上无纺布喷胶中:用喷枪在无纺布上均匀喷热熔胶150-180g/m2
所述轧实中:用花辊将上层无纺布、中间蒲公英纤维和下层PE膜轧粘在一起,并形成花纹,花辊温度150-160℃,冷却到室温。
作为优化:所述纤维烘干中:烘干温度为90-100℃,烘干时间为20-25min。
作为优化:所述填充蒲公英纤维中:蒲公英纤维填充量为80-100g/m2
有益效果:本发明将蒲公英纤维用纯碱进行改性,使蒲公英纤维有较强的吸水、保水功能,将这种改性蒲公英纤维作为老人尿不湿、尿垫的填充材料,开发具有清凉去火、抗菌除臭的功效,具有保健作用,价廉物美,符合纺织品绿色、环保、低碳、健康的要求,为新型天然纤维的应用提供了方向。
本发明的蒲公英易降解,是一种生态环保的填充材料。蒲公英天然易得,成本低,跟高吸水树脂相比,价廉物美。蒲公英纤维加工成本低,收集方便,可以反复使用。

具体实施例1
本发明的工艺流程如下:蒲公英纤维改性→纤维烘干→下PE膜喷胶→填充蒲公英纤维→上无纺布喷胶→轧实→检验包装。
1、蒲公英纤维改性
纯碱2g/L;
浴比1:10;
加热到80℃;
保温10min;
水洗,用醋酸中和至pH=7;
2、纤维烘干
温度90℃;
时间20min;
改性后的蒲公英纤维吸水性达到500倍,保水性性是棉纤维的60倍,比高吸水树脂保水性差一些。
3、下PE膜喷胶
用喷枪在防水PE膜上均匀喷热熔胶150g/m2
4、填充蒲公英纤维
蒲公英纤维填充量为80g/m2
5、上无纺布喷胶
用喷枪在无纺布上均匀喷热熔胶150g/m2
6、轧实
用花辊将上层无纺布、中间蒲公英纤维和下层PE膜轧粘在一起,并形成花纹,花辊温度150℃,冷却到室温。
7、检验包装。

温度100℃;
时间25min;
改性后的蒲公英纤维吸水性达到800倍,保水性性是棉纤维的80倍,比高吸水树脂保水性差一些。
3、下PE膜喷胶
用喷枪在防水PE膜上均匀喷热熔胶180g/m2
4、填充蒲公英纤维
蒲公英纤维填充量为100g/m2
5、上无纺布喷胶
用喷枪在无纺布上均匀喷热熔胶180g/m2
6、轧实
用花辊将上层无纺布、中间蒲公英纤维和下层PE膜轧粘在一起,并形成花纹,花辊温度160℃,冷却到室温。
7、检验包装。

本发明的工艺流程如下:蒲公英纤维改性→纤维烘干→下PE膜喷胶→填充蒲公英纤维→上无纺布喷胶→轧实→检验包装。
1、蒲公英纤维改性
纯碱3g/L;

加热到84℃;
保温13min;
水洗,用醋酸中和至pH=7;
2、纤维烘干
温度93℃;
时间23min;
改性后的蒲公英纤维吸水性达到500-800倍,保水性性是棉纤维的60-80倍,比高吸水树脂保水性差一些。
3、下PE膜喷胶
用喷枪在防水PE膜上均匀喷热熔胶170g/m2
4、填充蒲公英纤维
蒲公英纤维填充量为92g/m2
5、上无纺布喷胶
用喷枪在无纺布上均匀喷热熔胶170g/m2
6、轧实
用花辊将上层无纺布、中间蒲公英纤维和下层PE膜轧粘在一起,并形成花纹,花辊温度154℃,冷却到室温。
7、检验包装。

1.一种高吸水、可降解生态保健老人尿不湿的加工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:蒲公英纤维改性处理→纤维烘干→下PE膜喷胶→填充蒲公英纤维→上无纺布喷胶→轧实→检验包装;其中:
所述蒲公英纤维改性处理如下:纯碱2-4g/L,浴比1:10,加热到80-90℃,保温10-15min,水洗,用醋酸中和至pH=7-8;
所述下PE膜喷胶中:用喷枪在防水PE膜上均匀喷热熔胶150-180g/m2
所述上无纺布喷胶中:用喷枪在无纺布上均匀喷热熔胶150-180g/m2
所述轧实中:用花辊将上层无纺布、中间蒲公英纤维和下层PE膜轧粘在一起,并形成花纹,花辊温度150-160℃,冷却到室温。
