The first conveyor belt 214 includes four sub-conveyor belts 2142, the four sub-conveyor belts 2142 are sequentially connected through a main zipper 2147, so that the first conveyor belt 214 has a closed state and an open-close state, the first conveyor belt 214 has a first surface 2143 and a second surface 2145 which are opposite, a hook and loop fastener surface 2144 is fixedly connected to the first surface 2143 in the area of each sub-conveyor belt 2142, and a first belt tooth 2146 is provided on the second surface 2145 in the area of each sub-conveyor belt 2142.
In this embodiment, the first conveyor belt 214 is split into four sub-conveyor belts 2142 by the four main zippers 2147, and it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the specific form and number of split first conveyor belts 214, and in other specific embodiments, the first conveyor belt 214 may be split into two or more sub-conveyor belts 2142 by means of a hook and loop fastener.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 shows a specific structure of the bed cloth 220 provided in the present embodiment under a first viewing angle, and fig. 6 shows a specific structure of the bed cloth 220 provided in the present embodiment under a second viewing angle.
The surface of the bed cloth 220 close to the first conveyor belt 214 (see fig. 4) is fixedly connected with a hook and loop fastener surface 222, and the surface of the bed cloth 220 far from the first conveyor belt 214 (see fig. 4) and contacting the patient is provided with an anti-slip rib 224, and the size of the bed cloth 220 is approximately the same as that of the second bed frame 206.
In this embodiment, the surface of the bed cloth 220, which is far away from the first conveyor belt 214 and contacts the patient, is provided with the anti-slip ribs 224 to prevent the patient from sliding relative to the bed cloth 220 during the conveying process, and it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the specific anti-slip structure of the bed cloth 220, and in other specific embodiments, the anti-slip structure may be achieved by adhering an anti-slip pad to the surface of the bed cloth 220, which contacts the patient.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a specific structure of the second belt 314 according to the present embodiment.
The second conveyor belt 314 is detachable into four sub-portions by four sub-zippers 316, and when not in use, the sub-zippers 316 of the second conveyor belt 314 are not connected so that the second conveyor belt 314 is not closed, and the second conveyor belt 314 is provided with second belt teeth 3142 on the inner side surface near the second sub-tooth grooves 3123 (refer to fig. 3).
In this embodiment, the second conveyor belt 314 is split into four sub-portions by the four sub-zippers 316, and it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the specific form of split connection and the number of split second conveyor belts 314, and in other specific embodiments, the second conveyor belt 314 may be split by a magic tape, and the second conveyor belt 314 may be split into sub-portions with a number different from that of the sub-conveyor belts 2142 (please refer to fig. 4).
Specifically, the first conveyor belt 214 of the bed passing device 20 is meshed with the main gear groove 2123 and the first auxiliary gear groove 2125 of the first transmission gear pair 212 through the first belt teeth 2146, and the main zipper 2147 is closed to enable the first conveyor belt 214 to be closely attached to the first transmission gear pair 212, the bed cloth 220 is adhered to the hook and loop fastener face 2144 of the first conveyor belt 214 through the hook and loop fastener face 222, and the firmness of the first conveyor belt 214 is further guaranteed due to the adhesion of the bed cloth 220 and the hook and loop fastener of the first conveyor belt 214. When a patient is required to be transferred onto the bed 30, the patient passing device 20 is pushed to slide to one side of the bed 30, the first preset direction is consistent with the second preset direction, the guardrail 205 is rotated to enable the guardrail 205 to vertically face the ground, one long side of the second bedstead 206 far away from the main rotation shaft 207 is abutted against the bed frame 300 of the bed 30, the height of the second bedstead 206 is adjusted through the switch 209 to enable the first transmission gear pair 212 to be on the same horizontal plane with the second transmission gear pair 312, at the moment, the second transmission belt 314 is not closed, the auxiliary zipper 316 at the opening position is positioned at one side close to the passing device 20, the main zipper 2147 at one side close to the bed 30 is opened, the main zipper 2147 at the opening position of the first transmission belt 214 is connected with the auxiliary zipper 316 at the second transmission belt 314, the first transmission belt 214 and the second transmission belt 314 form a closed state and are integrally meshed with the first transmission gear pair 212 and the second transmission gear pair 312, finally the motor 203 is opened, the main transmission belt 214 is rotated through the switch 209 to enable the first transmission belt 212 to be on the same horizontal plane with the second transmission gear pair 312, and finally the auxiliary zipper 316 is smoothly transferred between the main zipper 2147 and the bed 30 through the main zipper 21420 and the main zipper 21420 after the first transmission belt 214 and the second transmission belt 312 are separated from the main zipper 2147, and the main zipper 21420 are smoothly transferred from the main zipper 21420 to the main zipper 30, and the main zipper 20 are closed, and the main zipper 20 are respectively. Similarly, when it is desired to transfer the patient on the couch 30 to the bed-passing device 20, the above steps are reversed.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a nursing instrument combination having the bed passing device 10 in the above embodiment, which is used to solve the problems of inconvenient nursing and low safety of the surgical patient.
The use of the patient-care apparatus 10 in the patient-care phase can facilitate the care of a care person for medical care such as examination and cleaning of the patient, and improve the safety of the patient in the care phase.

1. A bed passing device, comprising: a bed passing device and a lying bed;
the bed passing device comprises a bed frame, a first conveying mechanism and bed cloth;
the first conveying mechanism is arranged on the bed frame, and the bed cloth is detachably connected with the first conveying mechanism in a transmission way;
the bed comprises a bed frame and a second conveying mechanism, wherein the second conveying mechanism is arranged on the bed frame;
the first conveying mechanism is detachably connected with the second conveying mechanism in a transmission way;
the bed frame comprises a first bed frame and a second bed frame which are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction;
the first conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of first transmission gear pairs which are arranged at intervals along a first preset direction, a plurality of groups of first transmission gear pairs are arranged on the second bedstead, the first transmission gear pairs comprise first conveying belts, and the first conveying belts are in meshed connection with the first transmission gear pairs; the first transmission gear pair comprises a driving wheel and a first auxiliary driving wheel, one driving wheel and one first auxiliary driving wheel form a group of first transmission gear pairs, the outer circumferential surface of the driving wheel is provided with a main tooth slot, and the outer circumferential surface of the first auxiliary driving wheel is provided with a first auxiliary tooth slot;
the first conveyor belt is configured to include a plurality of sub-conveyors removably connected in sequence, the sub-conveyors having opposing first and second surfaces, the second surface being provided with first belt teeth; the first belt teeth are respectively meshed with the main tooth grooves and the first auxiliary tooth grooves; the second bedstead is provided with a main rotating shaft and a first auxiliary rotating shaft at intervals along the first preset direction, the driving wheel is connected to the main rotating shaft, and the first auxiliary driving wheel is connected to the first auxiliary rotating shaft; the first bed frame is provided with a motor, and the motor is configured to drive the driving wheel to rotate, so that the first conveyor belt has a closed state and an open-close state;
the first transmission gear pair also comprises a first transmission belt which is detachably meshed with the first transmission gear pair and is in transmission connection, the first transmission belt comprises four sub-transmission belts which are detachably connected with each other through four main zippers, the bed cloth and the four sub-transmission belts are adhered by a magic tape, two equidistant threaded connection holes are respectively formed in two short sides of the upper end frame of the bed frame along a second preset direction, two second auxiliary rotating shafts are respectively in threaded connection with the two threaded connection holes in the second preset direction, the two second auxiliary rotating shafts extend out of the corresponding threaded connection holes to leave a section for installing gears, the second transmission mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of second transmission gear pairs which are arranged at equal intervals along the second preset direction, the spacing distance of the second transmission gear pairs is the same as that of the first transmission gear pairs, each group of second transmission gear pair comprises two second auxiliary wheels with the same radius, the radius of each second auxiliary wheel is the same as that of the driving wheel and the first auxiliary wheel, the outer circumferential surface of each second auxiliary wheel is provided with a second auxiliary tooth socket with the same tooth shape as that of the first auxiliary tooth socket, six second auxiliary wheels are respectively connected with the middle section of the two second auxiliary rotating shafts and the positions, close to the outer sides of two short sides of the upper end frame of the bed frame, of the second auxiliary rotating shafts through bearings, the two second auxiliary wheels of each group of second transmission gear pair are positioned in the same straight line in the second preset direction, each second transmission gear pair also comprises a second transmission belt which is detachably meshed and connected with the second transmission belt, the second transmission belt is divided into four detachable sub-parts through four auxiliary zippers, the first conveying belt can be detachably connected with the auxiliary zipper of the second conveying belt through the main zipper, the bed passing device is detachably connected with the second conveying belt arranged on the lying bed through the first conveying belt arranged on the bed passing device in a transmission way, and therefore the bed cloth detachably connected with the first conveying mechanism and the first conveying belt can be integrally transmitted to the second conveying gear pair on the lying bed through the first conveying gear pair on the bed passing device, or the patient lying on the bed cloth is transmitted to the bed passing device from the bed passing device or the safe moving and conveying process of the patient lying on the bed from the lying bed to the bed passing device is realized;
a plurality of groups of second transmission gear pairs are arranged on the bed frame, and each second transmission gear pair comprises an unsealed second conveyor belt; the second transmission gear pair comprises two second auxiliary wheels with the same radius, the two second auxiliary wheels form a group of second transmission gear pairs, and a second auxiliary tooth slot is formed in the outer circumferential surface of each second auxiliary wheel; the surface of the second conveyor belt, which is close to the second auxiliary wheel, is provided with second belt teeth; the second belt teeth are in meshed connection with the second auxiliary tooth grooves; the bed frame is provided with two second auxiliary rotating shafts at intervals along the second preset direction, and a plurality of groups of second auxiliary wheels are respectively connected to the two second auxiliary rotating shafts;
the second conveyor belt is configured to be detachably connected with the first conveyor belt to form a closed state, and the second conveyor belt is in meshed connection with the second transmission gear pair in the closed state;
main zippers are arranged at two ends of the sub-conveyor belts along the direction perpendicular to the first preset direction, and a plurality of sub-conveyor belts are detachably connected through the main zippers;
the second conveyor belt is provided with a sub-zipper at both ends thereof in a direction perpendicular to the second preset direction, the sub-zipper being configured for detachable connection with the main zipper.
2. The bed passing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
an electric push rod is arranged between the first bedstead and the second bedstead, the first bedstead is connected with the electric push rod, and the second bedstead is connected with the electric push rod;
the second bed frame is provided with a switch on one side along a first preset direction, and the electric push rod is configured to have an extended state far from the second bed frame and a contracted state close to the second bed frame under the control of the switch.
3. The bed passing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the radius of the driving wheel is the same as that of the first auxiliary driving wheel;
one surface of the bed cloth, which is close to the first conveyor belt, is fixedly connected with a female buckle surface of the magic tape;
the first surface is fixedly connected with a male buckle surface of the magic tape;
the female buckle surface of the magic tape is connected with the male buckle surface of the magic tape in a matched manner.
4. The bed passing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the second bedstead is movably connected with guardrails along two sides of the first preset direction, and the first bedstead is provided with universal wheels for sliding on the ground;
the number of the first transmission gear pair and the number of the second transmission gear pair are three, and the bed is a sickbed or an operating table.
5. A combination of care appliances, characterized in that:
the combination of care appliances having an over-bed device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
