1. A multifunctional diagnosis and treatment bed capable of automatically moving comprises:
the bed body comprises a fixed bed plate and supporting legs supported below the fixed bed plate; the upper surface of the fixed bed board is provided with a first rolling layer, the first rolling layer comprises a plurality of driving rollers which are arranged in parallel and at equal intervals, and the driving rollers are driven by a stepping motor to rotate;
the movable bed board is arranged above the fixed bed board and comprises a second rolling layer, a connecting layer and a surface layer which is detachably arranged above the connecting layer; the second rolling layer is arranged below the connecting layer and comprises a plurality of driven rollers which are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the outer diameters of the driven rollers are matched with the outer diameter of the driving roller and are in transmission connection; the driven roller comprises an inner roller and an outer roller sleeved on the periphery of the inner roller; the surface of the driven roller is provided with a retractable elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is arranged on the inner roller, and a plurality of openings matched with the elastic sheet are formed in the positions, corresponding to the elastic sheet, of the outer roller;
the thickness of the connecting layer is set to be 3-5 cm, a plurality of grooves matched with the driven rollers are formed below the connecting layer, and parallel clamping grooves are formed in the extending direction of the grooves; the spring plate is embedded into the clamping groove when bouncing up so as to fix the driven roller wheel in the groove.
2. The multifunctional automatic displaceable diagnostic and treatment bed according to claim 1, wherein one end of said fixed bed board is provided with a fixing structure for connecting a stretcher or a transport bed.

The multifunctional automatic displaceable diagnostic and treatment bed according to claim 1, wherein said support legs comprise a folding part and a telescopic part; the upper end of the folding part is connected with the lower part of the fixed bed board, and an opening angle adjusting device is arranged at the joint of the folding part and the fixed bed board; the folding part is a hollow pipe body, and the upper end of the telescopic part is movably connected with the folding part and is arranged in the folding part in a telescopic mode.
4. The multifunctional automatic shifting diagnosis and treatment bed according to claim 1, wherein universal wheels which facilitate the movement of the bed body and can be locked are arranged below the supporting legs.
5. The multifunctional automatic shifting medical bed according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of driving rollers and a plurality of driven rollers are alternately arranged, and an anti-slip layer is provided on an outer wall of the driving rollers contacting the driven rollers.
6. The multifunctional medical bed capable of automatic displacement according to claim 1, further comprising:
the movable oxygen delivery device is detachably arranged below the fixed bed plate and comprises an oxygen generating device and an oxygen mask in gas communication with the oxygen generating device;
the liquid suspension device is detachably arranged on the outer side of the supporting leg and comprises a supporting rod and a hook arranged at the top end of the supporting rod and used for suspending liquid.

The emergency device of the multifunctional automatic displaceable hospital bed according to claim 6, wherein a drawer type receiving slot for storing emergency drugs or emergency tools is fixedly provided under the fixed bed plate; and a sealing ring is arranged on the edge of the drawer panel of the drawer type accommodating groove.
