Abstract
本发明公开了一种草鱼的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:(1)池塘选择;(2)选鱼苗、放养;(3)饲养管理;(4)水质管理;(5)收获。本发明养殖方法天然无公害、无激素、符合草鱼生长规律、全程悉心照顾;采用高密度养殖,本发明的养殖密度为普通草鱼养殖密度的8‑12倍(普通草鱼养殖密度为450‑550kg/亩),有效地改善草鱼鱼肉品质,使人工养殖草鱼具备了自然生长的草鱼的风味和鲜美口感;纯天然的生长,提高了草鱼的生长效率和成活率,群体产量高;池底养殖水草不仅可以净化水质,还可以为草鱼提供足够的氧气,提高草鱼的运动活力,从而使得养殖的草鱼体型修长,降低脂肪含量,鳞紧肉实,肉质有韧性。

背景技术
草鱼,也称鲩,是我国特有的“四大家鱼”之一,为典型的草食性鱼类,其营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,并且具有生长速度较快,适应性强,产量高的特点,是人们的主要食用蛋白。2009年全国草鱼养殖产量为408万吨,占到“四大家鱼”总产的40%以上,产业地位十分重要。普通草鱼养殖方法已基本成熟完善,有网箱、池塘、水库等精养技术,其放养模式、投喂技术、饲料配方也是多种多样,产量不断刷新,养殖技术不断提高,但均以提高产量为目的。而人工养殖的产品与自然生长的产品相比,缺点是脂肪多、口感差、鲜味降低,产品风味不如自然生长的鲜美。随着人们生活水平的提高与健康意识的增强,对水产品的品质要求越来越高。
我国草鱼养殖的产量不断提高,但是由于不合理养殖模式和恶劣环境的影响,造成的口感差、泥腥味重、鲜味低、色泽差、体脂肪含量高等一系列制约产业发展的关键共性问题,使得草鱼产品不符合国际市场的要求,严重制约了加工出口以及养殖户的积极性,影响了行业的经济效益和可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种草鱼的养殖方法,该方法能加快草鱼生长发育,增强草鱼的生命力和抗病性,保障草鱼的肉质鲜美且不含激素。
实现本发明目的的技术方案在于:
一种草鱼的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择面南朝北、避风向阳、排灌方便、阳光充足的地方建养殖池,抽干养殖池的水暴晒5-7天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪150-200kg,再用浓度为150kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒,养殖池四周接近水源处用富含腐殖质的疏松砂质土壤,建成宽70-80cm的平台,在池底铺一层30-40cm厚的水塘淤泥,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水,水深2-2.4m;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健壮、规格整齐、体长5-7cm的鱼苗,用质量分数5-6%的食盐水或质量分数0.5-0.6%的高锰酸钾溶液浸洗后放入养殖池,与少量的鳙鱼、鲤鱼及鲫鱼一起混合放养,采用高密度放养模式,放养的密度为普通养殖放养密度的8-12倍,普通草鱼养殖密度为450-550kg/亩;
(3)投放人工饲料养殖,日投放量为鱼总重量的4-8‰,每天喂食2次,喂食时间为上午9-10点,下午2-3点;
(4)每隔3-4天进行一次换水,每次的换水量为20-30cm,水质变坏时,马上换水,先将池塘水排掉30-50%,然后加注新水,直至水质变好为止;每隔15-18天泼洒1次生石灰,使得养殖池的pH值保持在7.5-8.5,透明度保持在25-30cm;
(5))养殖50-60天后捞出,即可售出。
步骤(2)所述浸洗的时间为10-12min。
步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米15-25份、麦麸10-12份、麦芽根8-12份、浮游生物10-12份、蓝莓浓缩粉8-12份、螺旋藻多糖提取物1-3份、沸石粉4-8份、微量元素0.3-0.5份、食盐1-3份、饲料添加剂2-4份、酵母菌3-5份;
优选地,所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米20份、麦麸11份、麦芽根10份、浮游生物11份、蓝莓浓缩粉10份、螺旋藻多糖提取物2份、沸石粉6份、微量元素0.4份、食盐2份、饲料添加剂3份、酵母菌4份;
所述人工饲料的制备方法的步骤是:按照质量份配比称取虾米、麦麸、麦芽根、浮游生物、蓝莓浓缩粉、沸石粉、饲料添加剂混合后,加入酵母菌进行发酵,所得的发酵液使用硅藻土过滤机和纸板过滤机进行低温过滤,获得滤液,向滤液中添加螺旋藻多糖提取物、食盐、微量元素,再浓缩干燥制粒即可;
所述微量元素为锰、硅、硼、锌、铁或镁中一种或多种;
所述饲料添加剂,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:马齿苋3-5份,厚朴3-4份,五味子1-2份,金樱子1-2份,石榴皮1-2份,甘草1-2份;

采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:本发明养殖方法天然无公害、 无激素、 符合草鱼生长规律、全程悉心照顾;采用高密度养殖,本发明的养殖密度为普通草鱼养殖密度的8-12倍(普通草鱼养殖密度为450-550kg/亩),有效地改善草鱼鱼肉品质,使人工养殖草鱼具备了自然生长的草鱼的风味和鲜美口感;纯天然的生长,提高了草鱼的生长效率和成活率,群体产量高;池底养殖水草不仅可以净化水质,还可以为草鱼提供足够的氧气,提高草鱼的运动活力,从而使得养殖的草鱼体型修长,降低脂肪含量,鳞紧肉实,肉质有韧性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种草鱼的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择面南朝北、避风向阳、排灌方便、阳光充足的地方建养殖池,抽干养殖池的水暴晒5天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪150kg,再用浓度为150kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒,养殖池四周接近水源处用富含腐殖质的疏松砂质土壤,建成宽70cm的平台,在池底铺一层30cm厚的水塘淤泥,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水,水深2m;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健壮、规格整齐、体长5cm的鱼苗,用质量分数5%的食盐水浸洗后放入养殖池,与少量的鳙鱼、鲤鱼及鲫鱼一起混合放养,采用高密度放养模式,放养的密度为普通养殖放养密度的8倍,普通草鱼养殖密度为450kg/亩;
(3)投放人工饲料养殖,日投放量为鱼总重量的4‰,每天喂食2次,喂食时间为上午9点,下午2点;
(4)每隔3天进行一次换水,每次的换水量为20cm,水质变坏时,马上换水,先将池塘水排掉30%,然后加注新水,直至水质变好为止;每隔15天泼洒1次生石灰,使得养殖池的pH值保持在7.5,透明度保持在25cm;
(5))养殖50天后捞出,即可售出。
步骤(2)所述浸洗的时间为10min。
步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米15份、麦麸10份、麦芽根8份、浮游生物10份、蓝莓浓缩粉8份、螺旋藻多糖提取物1份、沸石粉4份、微量元素0.3份、食盐1份、饲料添加剂2份、酵母菌3份;
所述人工饲料的制备方法的步骤是:按照质量份配比称取虾米、麦麸、麦芽根、浮游生物、蓝莓浓缩粉、沸石粉、饲料添加剂混合后,加入酵母菌进行发酵,所得的发酵液使用硅藻土过滤机和纸板过滤机进行低温过滤,获得滤液,向滤液中添加螺旋藻多糖提取物、食盐、微量元素,再浓缩干燥制粒即可;
所述微量元素为锰、硅;
所述饲料添加剂,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:马齿苋3份,厚朴3份,五味子1份,金樱子1份,石榴皮1份,甘草1份。
实施例2
一种草鱼的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择面南朝北、避风向阳、排灌方便、阳光充足的地方建养殖池,抽干养殖池的水暴晒6天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪175kg,再用浓度为150kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒,养殖池四周接近水源处用富含腐殖质的疏松砂质土壤,建成宽75cm的平台,在池底铺一层35cm厚的水塘淤泥,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水,水深2.2m;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健壮、规格整齐、体长6cm的鱼苗,用质量分数0.5%的高锰酸钾溶液浸洗后放入养殖池,与少量的鳙鱼、鲤鱼及鲫鱼一起混合放养,采用高密度放养模式,放养的密度为普通养殖放养密度的10倍,普通草鱼养殖密度为500kg/亩;
(3)投放人工饲料养殖,日投放量为鱼总重量的6‰,每天喂食2次,喂食时间为上午9点,下午3点;
(4)每隔4天进行一次换水,每次的换水量为25cm,水质变坏时,马上换水,先将池塘水排掉40%,然后加注新水,直至水质变好为止;每隔16天泼洒1次生石灰,使得养殖池的pH值保持在8,透明度保持在28cm;
(5))养殖55天后捞出,即可售出。
步骤(2)所述浸洗的时间为11min。
步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米20份、麦麸11份、麦芽根10份、浮游生物11份、蓝莓浓缩粉10份、螺旋藻多糖提取物2份、沸石粉6份、微量元素0.4份、食盐2份、饲料添加剂3份、酵母菌4份;
所述人工饲料的制备方法的步骤是:按照质量份配比称取虾米、麦麸、麦芽根、浮游生物、蓝莓浓缩粉、沸石粉、饲料添加剂混合后,加入酵母菌进行发酵,所得的发酵液使用硅藻土过滤机和纸板过滤机进行低温过滤,获得滤液,向滤液中添加螺旋藻多糖提取物、食盐、微量元素,再浓缩干燥制粒即可;

实施例3
一种草鱼的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择面南朝北、避风向阳、排灌方便、阳光充足的地方建养殖池,抽干养殖池的水暴晒7天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪200kg,再用浓度为150kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒,养殖池四周接近水源处用富含腐殖质的疏松砂质土壤,建成宽80cm的平台,在池底铺一层40cm厚的水塘淤泥,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水,水深2.4m;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健壮、规格整齐、体长7cm的鱼苗,用质量分数6%的食盐水浸洗后放入养殖池,与少量的鳙鱼、鲤鱼及鲫鱼一起混合放养,采用高密度放养模式,放养的密度为普通养殖放养密度的12倍,普通草鱼养殖密度为550kg/亩;
(3)投放人工饲料养殖,日投放量为鱼总重量的8‰,每天喂食2次,喂食时间为上午10点,下午3点;
(4)每隔4天进行一次换水,每次的换水量为30cm,水质变坏时,马上换水,先将池塘水排掉50%,然后加注新水,直至水质变好为止;每隔18天泼洒1次生石灰,使得养殖池的pH值保持在8.5,透明度保持在30cm;
(5))养殖60天后捞出,即可售出。
步骤(2)所述浸洗的时间为12min。
步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米25份、麦麸12份、麦芽根12份、浮游生物12份、蓝莓浓缩粉12份、螺旋藻多糖提取物3份、沸石粉8份、微量元素0.5份、食盐3份、饲料添加剂4份、酵母菌5份;

Claims (8)
1.一种草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)选择面南朝北、避风向阳、排灌方便、阳光充足的地方建养殖池,抽干养殖池的水暴晒5-7天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪150-200kg,再用浓度为150kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒,养殖池四周接近水源处用富含腐殖质的疏松砂质土壤,建成宽70-80cm的平台,在池底铺一层30-40cm厚的水塘淤泥,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水,水深2-2.4m;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健壮、规格整齐、体长5-7cm的鱼苗,用质量分数5-6%的食盐水或质量分数0.5-0.6%的高锰酸钾溶液浸洗后放入养殖池,与少量的鳙鱼、鲤鱼及鲫鱼一起混合放养,采用高密度放养模式,放养的密度为普通养殖放养密度的8-12倍,普通草鱼养殖密度为450-550kg/亩;
(3)在草鱼体重达到150g之前,采用人畜粪便养殖,每周施肥1次,每次每亩施放100-120 kg;在草鱼体重达到250g后,投放人工饲料养殖,日投放量为鱼总重量的4-8‰,每天喂食2次,喂食时间为上午9点-10点,下午2-3点;
(4)每隔3-4天进行一次换水,每次的换水量为20-30cm,水质变坏时,马上换水,先将池塘水排掉30-50%,然后加注新水,直至水质变好为止;每隔15-18天泼洒1次生石灰,使得养殖池的pH值保持在7.5-8.5,透明度保持在25-30cm;
(5))养殖50-60天后捞出,即可售出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(2)所述浸洗的时间为10-12min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米15-25份、麦麸10-12份、麦芽根8-12份、浮游生物10-12份、蓝莓浓缩粉8-12份、螺旋藻多糖提取物1-3份、沸石粉4-8份、微量元素0.3-0.5份、食盐1-3份、饲料添加剂2-4份、酵母菌3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:虾米20份、麦麸11份、麦芽根10份、浮游生物11份、蓝莓浓缩粉10份、螺旋藻多糖提取物2份、沸石粉6份、微量元素0.4份、食盐2份、饲料添加剂3份、酵母菌4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料的制备方法的步骤是:按照质量份配比称取虾米、麦麸、麦芽根、浮游生物、蓝莓浓缩粉、沸石粉、饲料添加剂混合后,加入酵母菌进行发酵,所得的发酵液使用硅藻土过滤机和纸板过滤机进行低温过滤,获得滤液,向滤液中添加螺旋藻多糖提取物、食盐、微量元素,再浓缩干燥制粒即可。
6.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料中的微量元素为锰、硅、硼、锌、铁或镁中一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料中的饲料添加剂,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:马齿苋3-5份,厚朴3-4份,五味子1-2份,金樱子1-2份,石榴皮1-2份,甘草1-2份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述人工饲料中的饲料添加剂,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:马齿苋4份,厚朴3.5份,五味子1.5份,金樱子1.5份,石榴皮1.5份,甘草1.5份。
