Abstract
本发明提供的矿泉即食饮料是在瓶(罐)装的饮
用水(含矿泉水、蒸馏水、磁化水等)的包装上设有小
包装的固体饮料(含调料)。饮用时须开瓶(罐),将固
体饮料加入其中,晃动,即得矿泉即食饮料(或汤料),
如矿泉即食茶水、磁化矿泉即食奶茶、即食果珍饮料、
即食咖啡、速溶果晶汽水等各种风味系列饮料。该饮
料变矿泉水的平谈无味为香甜味美,即冲即饮,新鲜、
方便、卫生,使饮者有质量安全感。
Description
本发明涉及饮料、饮用汤料。
饮料有汽水、可乐、果汁、鲜奶、保健口服液等液体饮料,也有果珍(果晶)、咖啡、奶粉、可可粉、茶等固体饮料。液体饮料,一般含有丰富的营养物质,是细菌与病菌繁殖的极好场所。当液体饮料已变质,饮者是很难判定的。而固体饮料饮用要用开水冲调,不适合现代化快节奏的社会要求。矿泉水虽好,但必竟平谈无味。茶水是理想的饮料,但喝茶要用开水冲泡,且杯中飘浮有茶叶渣,这是千年留下的憾事。近年来日本市场开发出一种茶水罐头,饮用时极为方便,一开易拉罐即可喝到茶水。目前国内也有一些单位在研究开发瓶装或罐装茶水,但存在两个难题:一是茶水有絮状沉淀物,这是因茶水中含有一定的果胶,时间长了或在电解质的作用下产生了沉淀。二是茶水开罐后,不多时茶色变黑,这是因罐内的涂层与茶碱的长期作用接触空气后产生的反应。从心理承受上饮者开瓶饮用几个月前冲泡的茶水心里也不踏实。目前国内引进国外开发的速溶茶,冲调的茶水不含有茶叶渣是一大进步,但仍需用开水冲调,还是较麻烦的。能否综合以上的优点而弃之其缺点呢?
本发明的目的就是使饮用水(含凉开水、蒸馏水、矿泉水、磁化水、糖水等)与固体饮料结合起来,在同一包装物上有饮用水也有易溶解的固体饮料,饮用时须将固体饮料加入到饮用水中,即食冲调。
本发明的任务是这样实现的:
由饮用水、包装物、可溶性固体饮料组成的矿泉即食饮料,其特征是在饮用水的包装物上配有小包装的固体饮料。其饮用特点是:饮用时将饮用水的包装物打开(开瓶或开罐),将小包装固体饮料的包装物撕开,把固体饮料加入到饮用水中,稍加晃动,使固体饮料溶化,即得所需饮料。
本发明中所述的饮用水是指可直接饮用的水及水基饮料,包含:矿泉水、蒸馏水、人工矿化水、凉开水、(充入二气化碳的)汽水、蜜糖水、葡萄糖水、盐水、磁化水、磁化矿泉水、磁化蒸馏水、各类保健口服液等。
本发明所述的固体饮料是指:1、加水能溶化的固体饮料。2、调料。固体饮料的其中之一为速溶茶类,包含各类茶种各种等级的茶精制提取的速溶茶晶;含糖的速溶甜茶;含奶的速溶奶茶;含果晶的速溶果茶;含巧克力的速溶巧克力茶;含有某种保健与医疗效果的速溶功能茶(如减肥速溶茶、保肾速溶茶等)。固体饮料其二为各类水果或蔬菜提取精制的速溶果晶、果珍,如山渣晶、桔子晶(粉)、香蕉晶、菠萝晶、水蜜桃晶、弥猴桃晶、杨梅晶、乌梅晶、芒果晶、椰子晶、西番莲晶等各类果晶、果粉、果糖。固体饮料其三为除“果”“茶”之外的各类固体饮料,如速溶咖啡、可可粉、可乐粉、巧克力、奶粉、豆奶晶、豆浆晶、麦乳精、猴头菰晶、金菰露粉、灵芝精、851粉剂、速溶营养素等。本发明的固体饮料还包括调料,如精盐、味精、麻辣粉、胡椒粉、姜计粉、大蒜粉、葱粉、香菜粉、鲜肉调味素、海鲜调味素、鸡汁调味素、固体酱油等。可用一种或数种调料混合而得,虽然有些调料如胡椒粉并不溶于水,但作为旅游,野餐的饮用汤料还是可行的,别有风味的。
本发明所指的饮用水包装物指塑料瓶(杯、碗)、玻璃瓶(杯、碗)、金属罐、易拉罐、纸塑软包装、塑料袋等。
本发明所述的饮用水中的磁化水、磁化矿泉水、磁化蒸馏水的磁化处理有三种方法:1、饮用水、矿泉水、蒸馏水在装瓶(罐)前经磁场处理达到磁化。2、饮用水、矿泉水、蒸馏水装瓶(罐)后经磁场处理达到磁化。3、在饮用水、矿泉水、蒸馏水的包装物上没有磁场使其磁化,如在瓶底处或在瓶盖与胶片间安有小磁片或磁块或磁圈或涂有磁粉,由于作用时间长,可使之磁化还能保磁。
本发明所述的在饮用水的包装物上配有小包装的固体饮料,可以是一包,也可以是数包供选用或配用,如咖啡与咖啡伴侣;又如有多包调料,供不同口味的人选用。
本发明所述的各类固体饮料可制成粉剂、片剂、冲剂、结晶剂、丸剂、块状或胶囊剂等。
附图说明:附图例举一种矿泉即食饮料的包装组合形式,在方形的矿泉水瓶b的外侧凹处设置一小包固体饮料C。
实施例:
1、矿泉即食茶水(或称即食清茶矿泉水):在瓶装的矿泉水外有一小包的速溶茶,瓶子以方形的为好,设计成中部有内凹,放置一小包速溶茶后再封标签,使速溶茶不会丢下还易拉出,小包装速溶茶的封口边处有一小剪口,便于撕开使固体饮料倒入瓶内。
2、磁化矿泉水:把矿泉水装瓶后经磁场处理,使其磁化得磁化矿泉水;或在矿泉水的瓶盖与胶片间放一薄形磁片,使矿泉水在磁片的长期作用下磁化;或强磁处理饮用水使其快速充磁、在瓶盖上加磁片保磁。磁化矿泉水可直接作为饮料出售,也可配固体饮料以磁化矿泉即食饮料出售。
3、磁化矿泉奶茶:在磁化矿泉水的包装上配有小包装的固体速溶奶茶。
4、速溶果珍汽水:瓶装的饮用水经充入二氧化碳后封装成为汽水、在汽水的包装上有小包果晶固体饮料。根据选用的果晶品种而分别得名,如即食桔汁汽水,速溶乌梅汽水、速溶水蜜桃汽水、波萝汽水、西番莲汽水等。
5、速溶咖啡冷饮:在瓶装的蒸馏水的包装上有小包的速溶咖啡和咖啡伴侣。
6、即食葡萄糖果奶:瓶装的葡萄糖水的包装上配有果味奶粉。
7、即食美味野餐佐料汤:在瓶装的含盐的饮用水包装上配有二包野餐调料,其一含有味精、海鲜调味素、葱计粉等,其二含有麻辣粉或胡椒粉,供选择用一包或同时用二包。
按本发明构思所提供的各种固体饮料的各类及剂形、饮用水的种别及磁化水的磁化方法,包装物的包装形式进行排列组合可提供成千上万个实施例。故不一一例举。
本发明有如下优点:
1、是对传统的饮料进行新的组合,在同一包装物上出售饮用水与固体饮料,即食调配,新鲜、方便、卫生。
2、延长饮料的保质期,果汁类液体饮料保质期短,而固体饮料,矿泉水保质期较长,二者的结合使饮用者更有质量安全感。
3、适合旅游饮用、适应现代化快节奏的社会需求。能投儿童、青少年之所好,满足好动、新奇的心理需求。
4、一般的液体饮料含有防腐剂,而不含防腐剂的液体饮料须用金属罐封装、成本较高。而固体饮料不含防腐剂,矿泉即食饮料的包装可用多种形式,包装费用低。
5、选择性大:饮料的类别有选择;对爱喝矿泉水的人只须不加入固体饮料;对爱喝浓饮料的人只须先喝去(倒去)一部分矿泉水、再冲调固体饮料。

1、一种矿泉即食饮料,由饮用水、包装物、可溶性固体饮料组成,其特征在于:在饮用水的包装上配有小包装的固体饮料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:其饮用方法是将饮用水的包装物打开,把固体饮料加入,稍加晃动,固体饮料溶化后得即食饮料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的饮用水包含矿泉水、人工矿化水、蒸馏水、凉开水、(充入Co2的)汽水、蜜糖水、葡萄糖水、盐水、磁化水、磁化矿泉水、各类保健口服液等。
4、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料是速溶茶,包括各类茶种各种等级茶叶精制的速溶茶;含糖的速溶甜茶;含奶的速溶奶茶;含果晶的速溶果茶;含巧克力的速溶巧克力茶;含有某种保健与医疗效果的速溶功能茶等。
5、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料是各类水果或蔬菜提取精制的果晶、果珍,如:山渣晶、桔子晶(粉)、香蕉晶、波萝晶、水蜜桃、弥猴桃晶、杨梅晶、芒果晶、椰子晶、乌梅晶、石番莲晶等各类果晶、果粉、果糖。
6、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料是除“果”“茶”之外的各类固体饮料,如速溶咖啡、可可粉、可乐粉、巧克力、奶粉、豆奶晶、豆浆晶、麦乳精、猴头菰晶、金菰露粉、灵芝晶、951粉剂、速溶营养素等。
7、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉饮食饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料是调味品,如精盐、味精、麻辣粉、胡椒粉、姜汁粉、大蒜粉、葱粉、香菜粉、鲜肉调味素、海鲜调味素、鸡汁调味素、固体酱油等、是用一种或数种调料混合而得。
8、根据要求1和3所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的磁化水、磁化矿泉水、磁化蒸馏水是饮用水、矿泉水、蒸馏水经磁场处理而磁化的,处理方法有:A、水在包装前经磁场处理达到磁化;B、水在包装后经磁场处理达到磁化;C、在包装物上设有磁场达到磁化。
9、根据权利要求1所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:饮用水的包装物为塑料瓶(杯、碗)、玻璃(杯、碗)、金属罐、易拉罐、纸塑软包装、塑料袋等。
10、根据权利要求1、3、4、5、6、7所述的矿泉即食饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料可制成粉剂、片剂、冲剂、丸剂、块状或胶囊剂等。
