本发明涉及涤纶织物染色前的除油技术领域,具体涉及一种保色鲜亮化清油污剂。
背景技术
涤纶织物是由纱线或涤纶长丝织造或针织而成,而纱线或长丝均是涤纶纤维所构成。涤纶纤维在由聚酯母粒纺丝成形过程中,需要纺丝油剂协助纺丝成形。纺丝油剂则是由白矿油为主的组分组成,因此涤纶织物上均含有一定量的白矿油等油类物质,在染色过程中这些油类容易造成分散染料的凝聚,形成色斑、色点等各种染疵。因此,需要在染色前或染色中添加清油污剂进行除油,消除或减少因纺丝油类引起的染疵。
常规的同浴染色清油污剂均能满足除油目的,但是往往会引起染色的色光发生偏移,引起染色回修等诸多问题。因此,涤纶染色,尤其是高档涤纶面料的染色,对于不会发生色光偏移的高保色清油污剂有着强烈的技术需求。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,除了具有优异的阻燃效果之外,还具有高保色和颜色鲜亮的优点和效果,涤纶织物染色后几乎没有色变,染色后的颜色鲜亮。
具体实施方式
称取丙酮缩甘油、异辛醇、聚丙二醇PPG400、正丁醇混合配制2Kg的引溶组分,其中丙酮缩甘油占引溶组分总重量的20%,异辛醇占引溶组分总重量的20%、聚丙二醇PPG400占引溶组分总重量的40%、正丁醇占引溶组分总重量的20%。
称取1Kg的异苯丙磺酸钠作为污物超量载负组分。
称取腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8.6EO、脂肪仲醇聚氧乙烯醚3EO、C4-18混合醇聚氧乙烯醚混合配制形成10Kg的油污包覆组分,其中腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8.6EO占油污包覆组分总重量的30%,脂肪仲醇聚氧乙烯醚3EO占油污包覆组分总重量的50%,C4-18混合醇聚氧乙烯醚占油污包覆组分总重量的20%。

其中2#涤纶布样使用了1g/L的市场常规清油污剂进行除油处理,再进行染色,3#涤纶布样使用了1g/L的上述配制得到的高保色鲜亮化清油污剂进行除油处理,再进行染色。染色工艺如下:浴比为1:10;40℃以下入染;2℃/min升温至130℃;保温30min;以2℃/min降温至70℃;洗净;还原清洗;冷水冲洗;晾干或80℃以下烘干;恒温恒湿24小时后,进行测色。测色结果如下:

由实验结构可知:相比与市场常规清油污剂,涤纶布经过本发明的高保色鲜亮化清油污剂作用除油后再进行染色,能够有效的减少色差,得到的布料颜色更加鲜亮。

所述洁化增亮组分由N-椰油烷基-β-丙氨酸衍生物双钠盐、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、六氟丙烯硅氧烷聚合物、焦磷酸钾、聚天冬氨酸、亚胺基二琥珀酸四钠中的一种或多种混合构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述引溶组分、污物超量载负组分、油污包覆组分、近距超稳分散组分和洁化增亮组分的质量比为2: 1:10: 6: 4。
3.如权利要求2所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述引溶组分由丙酮缩甘油、异辛醇、聚丙二醇PPG400、正丁醇混合构成,其中丙酮缩甘油占引溶组分总重量的20%,异辛醇占引溶组分总重量的20%、聚丙二醇PPG400占引溶组分总重量的40%、正丁醇占引溶组分总重量的20%。
4.如权利要求2所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述污物超量载负组分由异苯丙磺酸钠构成。
5.如权利要求2所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述油污包覆组分由腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8.6EO、脂肪仲醇聚氧乙烯醚3EO、C4-18混合醇聚氧乙烯醚混合构成,其中腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8.6EO占油污包覆组分总重量的30%,脂肪仲醇聚氧乙烯醚3EO占油污包覆组分总重量的50%,C4-18混合醇聚氧乙烯醚占油污包覆组分总重量的20%。
6.如权利要求2所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述近距超稳分散组分由马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、马来酸丁二烯共聚物混合构成,其中马来酸丙烯酸共聚物的重量占近距超稳分散组分总重量的50%,马来酸丁二烯共聚物的重量占近距超稳分散组分总重量的50%。
7.如权利要求2所述的保色鲜亮化清油污剂,其特征在于,所述洁化增亮组分由N-椰油烷基-β-丙氨酸衍生物双钠盐、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、六氟丙烯硅氧烷聚合物、焦磷酸钾、聚天冬氨酸、亚胺基二琥珀酸四钠混合构成,其中N-椰油烷基-β-丙氨酸衍生物双钠盐的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的15%,乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的15%,六氟丙烯硅氧烷聚合物的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的10%,焦磷酸钾的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的20%,聚天冬氨酸的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的20%,亚胺基二琥珀酸四钠的重量占洁化增亮组分总重量的20%。
