Abstract
本申请提供一种由洁齿带来的按摩效果感以及去污实感优异的洁齿剂组合物。上述洁齿剂组合物,其特征在于,含有(A)氨甲环酸、(B)酰基谷氨酸盐以及(C)平均粒径100~300μm的水不溶性颗粒。上述洁齿剂组合物还含有2~200单位/g的(D)葡聚糖酶。

技术领域
本发明涉及含有水不溶性颗粒、由洁齿带来的按摩效果感和去污实感优异的洁齿剂组合物。
背景技术
洁齿剂组合物中,赋予由洁齿带来的牙龈的按摩效果感和洁齿后的去污实感等的效果实感从而提高附加值,对于洁齿的习惯化、体现出其效果是有效的。对于由洁齿带来的牙龈的按摩效果感,若洁齿时(刷牙时)对牙龈的舒适的刺激感和洁齿后(洁齿并漱口后)的牙龈紧致感都优异的话,则可以认作为很高的按摩效果感,故而理想。此外,作为洁齿后的去污实感,若不仅牙齿表面光滑感而且牙间(牙齿与牙齿的间隙)的清洁实感也高,则可以认作为优异的去污实感,故而理想。这些效果实感的提高,在提高洁齿使用者的满足感方面也是重要的问题。
迄今为止提出各种在洁齿剂组合物中混合特定的粒子或水不溶性颗粒等而改善由洁齿带来的按摩效果感的技术。
专利文献1(日本专利特开平10-152424号公报)中公开了通过平均粒径为700~1400μm的粒状食盐而得到优异的按摩效果、血液促进效果高的口腔用组合物,但由于使用大颗粒的食盐,因而在味道的限制或刺激方面存在问题。
专利文献2(日本专利特开2007-70256号公报)中公开了一种通过混合粒径为355μm以上小于855μm的粒状赤藓醇从而得到牙龈的紧致感以及按摩感的洁齿剂组合物,但由于粒状赤藓醇的粒径大,因而在刺激方面存在问题。
此外,专利文献3(日本专利特开2015-124150号公报)中提出有一种通过并用含有特定色素的水不溶性着色颗粒和千日菊素等的温感剂从而得到洁齿时的按摩效果感(牙龈感受到的舒适的刺激感)和温感赋予效果优异的洁齿剂组合物,具体地使用平均粒径200~500nm的着色颗粒。
专利文献4(国际公开第2006/3989号)中提出一种洁齿剂组合物,其中通过将平均粒径5~15μm的重质碳酸钙、崩解强度为10~200g/个、平均粒径为50~150μm并且90%粒径与平均粒径之间的差为100μm以下的水不溶性无机颗粒和特定的2种以上的水不溶性高分子物质组合混合,从而研磨力适当、颗粒引起的刷扫实感也优异。
专利文献5(日本专利特开2016-98211号公报)中提出一种洁齿剂,其含有平均粒径为100~300μm、具有特定的崩解强度和变形率的颗粒,并且牙间的牙垢和污垢的去除能力高。

发明所要解决的问题
但是,在已有的技术中,洁齿剂组合物中不能充分地获得由洁齿带来的牙龈的按摩效果感以及洁齿后的去污实感,无法同时并且令人满意地赋予两种效果。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而作的发明,其目的是提供一种含有水不溶性颗粒、由洁齿带来的牙龈的按摩效果感以及去污实感优异的洁齿剂组合物。
用以解决问题的手段
本发明人为达到上述目的而进行了深入研究,结果发现:通过将氨甲环酸与特定的阴离子性表面活性剂和特定平均粒径的水不溶性颗粒组合混合,可以得到由洁齿带来的按摩效果感(牙龈的颗粒接触感和紧致感)以及去污实感(牙齿部的去污实感)优异的洁齿剂组合物,以至完成本发明。
即便洁齿剂组合物中同时混合出于起泡、清除性等目的而普遍使用的阴离子性表面活性剂等表面活性剂和水不溶性颗粒,也不能通过洁齿而同时赋予令人满意的按摩效果感以及去污实感,但是本发明中通过组合(A)氨甲环酸、(B)酰基谷氨酸盐以及(C)平均粒径100~300μm的水不溶性颗粒这三者,由洁齿带来的按摩效果感以及去污实感这两者得到改善,优异的按摩效果感以及去污实感得以并存。根据本发明,由洁齿带来的牙龈的颗粒接触感(舒适的适度的刺激感)以及紧致感都提高,由此带来舒适的满意的按摩感,并且在难以清除的牙间部的去污实感提高,由此即使在牙间部也可以带来令人满意的去污实感,可以赋予格外优异的效果实感。
这样的本发明的作用效果对(A)、(B)以及(C)成分这样的组合是特异性的,缺失三者中的任一个时,按摩效果感或去污实感较差,不能达成本发明的目的。如后述的比较例中也显示,不含(A)成分时,即使含有(B)以及(C)成分,牙龈的紧致感较差,按摩效果感低。此外,不含(B)成分时,即便含有(A)以及(C)成分并进一步含有作为阴离子性表面活性剂的月桂基硫酸钠或月桂酰肌氨酸钠,牙龈的紧致感也较差,按摩效果感低。不含(C)成分时,即便含有(A)以及(B)成分并进一步含有平均粒径40μm或500μm的水不溶性颗粒,牙龈的颗粒接触感或牙间部的去污真实感也较差,按摩效果感和去污实感不能并存。
因此,本发明提供下述的洁齿剂组合物。

发明的效果
根据本发明,可以提供一种由洁齿带来的按摩效果感以及去污真实感优异、含有水不溶性颗粒的洁齿剂组合物。
具体实施方式
以下更详述本发明。本发明的洁齿剂组合物的特征在于含有(A)氨甲环酸、(B)酰基谷氨酸盐以及(C)平均粒径100~300μm的水不溶性颗粒。
(A)氨甲环酸可以使用依据日本药局方的氨甲环酸。具体地,可以采用协和医药化学(Kyowa Pharma Chemical)株式会社制等的市售品。
(A)氨甲环酸的混合量优选为整个组合物的0.01~0.2%(质量%,以下相同),更优选为0.01~0.1%,进一步优选为0.05~0.1%。其混合量为0.01%以上时,充分地得到牙龈的紧致感,按摩效果感得到改善。其混合量为0.2%以下时,防止保存时的着色,制剂外观会充分地稳定。
(B)酰基谷氨酸盐中,可以使用酰基的碳原子数优选为8~20、更优选为12~16的N-酰基谷氨酸盐,其盐优选钠盐等碱金属盐。
例如,可以举出月桂酰谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠等。其中,优选N-月桂酰谷氨酸钠。
具体地,可以使用市售品アミノサーファクトALMS-P1(旭化成精细化学株式会社制)等。
(B)酰基谷氨酸盐的混合量,优选为整个组合物的0.1~0.8%,更优选为0.3~0.8%,进一步优选为0.3~0.6%。其混合量为0.1%以上时,充分地得到牙龈的紧致感、牙间部的去污实感。其混合量为0.8%以下时,可以保持令人满意地对牙龈的颗粒接触感。
(C)水不溶性颗粒的平均粒径为100~300μm,优选为150~300μm,更优选为150~200μm。平均粒径小于100μm时,对牙龈的颗粒接触感较差,超过300μm时,牙间部的去污实感较差。
此外,使用粒度分布测定装置(日机装株式会社制、マイクロトラック(microtrac)粒度分布计,分散剂:水)测定平均粒径,以基于体积基准的中位径(d50)算出测定值。
此外,水不溶性颗粒较好的是:优选崩解强度为10~200g/个、特别是10~50g/个的崩解性颗粒。若崩解强度小于10g/个,则存在因开始洁齿时瞬间崩解而不能得到优异的按摩效果感的情形,若超过200g/个,则存在口腔内产生不快感的情形。
此外,关于平均崩解强度,通过太阳科学(Sun Scientific)公司制的流变仪(サンレオメーター(Sun Rheo Meter)CR-200D),从30个颗粒的自动断裂强度测定值(以10mm/分的速度压缩1个颗粒时测定该颗粒崩解时的负荷的值)的平均值求得。
水不溶性颗粒是使水不溶性材料形成为颗粒状的粒子,也可以使用通过公知的方法例如粉碎水不溶性无机凝块的方法制造的颗粒、在水不溶性无机粉体中加入水而浆料化,施加压力而造粒、干燥的方法所制造的颗粒。作为其他的制造方法,有压缩成形法、挤出成形法、喷雾干燥法、烧结法等,而本发明中混合的水不溶性颗粒,即使是任意的方法制造的颗粒也都可以使用。此外,可以根据需要添加通常使用的赋型剂等制造。
作为水不溶性材料,可以举出二氧化硅、沸石、磷酸钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝等无机粉体。这些可以单独使用1种或做成2种以上的混合物使用。尤其是基于刷除实感、洁齿分散性的观点,水不溶性颗粒优选是二氧化硅颗粒。
这样的水不溶性颗粒可以使用市售品,具体的可以举出NIPGEL(东曹二氧化硅株式会社制)等。
(C)水不溶性颗粒的混合量,优选为整个组合物的1~5%,更优选为1~4%,进一步优选为2~4%。其混合量为1%以上时,充分地得到牙龈的紧致感、牙间部的污垢掉落感。其混合量为5%以下时,可以良好地维持洗涤性,也可以防止洗涤时的残存感。
再者,表示(C)成分相对于(B)成分的混合比例的(C)/(B),以质量比计,优选1~50,更优选2~35,进一步优选5~12。在该范围内时,对牙龈的颗粒接触感、牙龈的紧致感以及牙间部的去污实感更加得到改善。小于1时,存在对牙龈的颗粒接触感较差的情况,超过50时,存在牙龈的紧致感或牙间部的去污实感较差的情况。
本发明的洁齿剂组合物中,优选进一步混合(D)葡聚糖酶作为酶。混合(D)成分时,牙间部的去污实感更加提高。
作为葡聚糖酶,除了可以使用由属于毛壳菌属、青霉菌属、曲霉菌属、穗霉属、乳酸菌属、纤维弧菌属等公知的葡聚糖酶生产菌通过公知的方法得到的葡聚糖酶之外,还可以使用由其他微生物生产出的葡聚糖酶。具体地,可以使用作为市售品的三菱化学食品株式会社制等。
(D)葡聚糖酶的混合量,在组成中,优选为2~200单位/g(U/g),尤其优选为10~50单位/g。小于2单位/g时,存在牙间部的去污实感不会充分地提高的情况。超过200单位/g时,存在稳定性变得不充分的情况。
此处,1单位的葡聚糖酶是指以葡聚糖为基质进行反应时,每1分钟生成相当于1μmol葡萄糖的游离还原糖的葡聚糖酶的量。
通常,使用13000单位/g的物质作为葡聚糖酶时,葡聚糖酶的混合量为整个组合物的0.0154~1.54%。
本发明的洁齿剂组合物可以配制成牙膏、液体洁齿剂、润制洁齿剂等,尤其可以配制为牙膏制剂。此外,除了上述成分之外,可以在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内添加与剂型等相应的公知成分。例如,可以混合(B)成分以外的表面活性剂、研磨剂、粘结剂、粘稠剂、进一步根据需要选择的甜味剂、防腐剂、着色剂、香料、(A)以及(D)成分以外的有效成分等。
表面活性剂可以举出(B)成分以外的阴离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂等。
作为阴离子性表面活性剂,可以举出月桂基硫酸盐、肉豆蔻基硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基硫酸盐等,基于溶解性等观点,盐优选钠盐。
作为两性表面活性剂,可以举出2-烷基-N-羧甲基-N-羟乙基咪唑鎓甜菜碱、脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱等,基于溶解性等观点,优选脂肪酸的链长为碳原子数12~14的物质。
作为非离子性表面活性剂,可以举出聚氧乙烯烷基醚、烷基糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯二醇、脂肪酸聚甘油、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油等。
这些表面活性剂的混合量,总计为0~3%,特别优选0.1~3%。此外,(B)成分以外的阴离子性表面活性剂的混合量优选为1%以下,特别优选0.5%,尤其优选0.3%以下,也可以是不混合而为0%。两性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂的混合量可以分别为3%以下,特别为1%以下,也可以不混合。
作为研磨剂,可以使用作为洁齿剂的研磨剂而一般使用的物质。例如,可以举出二氧化硅凝胶、沉淀二氧化硅、铝硅酸盐等二氧化硅系研磨剂;磷酸氢钙二水合物以及无水合物、磷酸钙、磷酸镁、碱式磷酸钙、焦磷酸钙等磷酸钙系化合物;碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、碳酸镁、硅酸锆、羟基磷灰石、合成树脂系研磨剂等。其中,优选二氧化硅系研磨剂,可以使用与上述的二氧化硅颗粒不同的研磨性二氧化硅。
研磨剂、尤其研磨性二氧化硅的平均粒径,基于体积基准的中位径(d50)优选为5~40μm,特别优选为10~30μm。此外,中位径是使用粒度分布测定装置(日机装株式会社制、microtrac粒度分布计,分散剂:水)测定而得的值。
研磨剂的混合量,通常为整个组合物的0~50%,特别为2~40%。一般来说,在牙膏中的混合量为10~50%,在液状洁齿剂中的混合量为0~30%。
作为粘稠剂,可以举出如山梨糖醇、木糖醇等糖醇,甘油、丙二醇等多元醇。其混合量一般为5~50%,特别为20~45%。
作为粘结剂,可以举出黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、卡拉胶、瓜尔胶、藻酸钠、阳离子化纤维素、增粘性二氧化硅、蒙脱土、明胶、聚丙烯酸钠等。这些可以使用1种也可以使用2种以上。粘结剂的混合量通常是0.3~5%。
作为甜味剂,可举出糖精钠等,作为防腐剂,可举出对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸钠等。
作为着色剂,可举出蓝色1号、黄色4号、二氧化钛等。
作为香料,可以使用薄荷油、留兰香油、茴香油、桉叶油、冬青油、肉桂油、丁香油、百里草油、鼠尾草油、柠檬油、橙油、薄荷油(ハッカ油)、小豆蔻油、芫荽油、橘皮油、青柠油、熏衣草油、迷迭香油、月桂油、洋甘菊油、藏茴香油、马郁兰油、月桂油、柠檬草油、牛至油、松针油、橙花油、玫瑰油、茉莉油、葡萄柚油、甜心果油(スウィーティー油)、柚子油、鸢尾花精油、薄荷净油、蔷薇净油、橙花等的天然香料;以及将这些天然香料加工处理(除初馏分、除后馏分、分馏、液液提取、精炼、香料粉末化等)得到的香料;以及薄荷醇、香芹酮、茴香脑、桉叶素、水杨酸甲酯、肉桂醛、丁香酚、3-l-薄荷氧基丙烷-1,2-二醇、百里酚、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、苧烯、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、N-取代-对薄荷烷-3-甲酰胺、蒎烯、辛醛、柠檬醛、胡薄荷酮、乙酸香芹酯、茴香醛、乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、环己基丙酸烯丙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苯基环氧丙酸乙酯、香草醛、十一碳内酯、己醛、丁醇、异戊醇、己烯醇、二甲基硫醚、甲基环戊烯醇酮、糠醛、三甲基吡嗪、乳酸乙酯、硫代乙酸乙酯等单品香料;还有草莓味、苹果味、香蕉味、菠萝味、葡萄味、芒果味、黄油味、奶味、水果混合味、热带水果味等调和香料等公知的香料材料作为洁齿剂用。
作为有效成分,可以举出氟化钠、单氟磷酸钠等氟化物;正磷酸的钾盐、钠盐等的水溶性磷酸化合物;非水溶性葡聚糖酶、尿囊素碱式氯化铝、桧木醇、抗坏血酸、氯化溶菌酶、甘草酸及其盐类、氯化钠、ε-氨基己酸、醋酸dl-生育酚、α-红没药醇、异丙基甲基苯酚、氯已定盐类、氯化十六烷基吡啶、薁、甘草次酸、叶绿素铜钠、葡萄糖酸铜等的铜化合物、乳酸铝、氯化锶、硝酸钾、小檗碱、羟肟酸及其衍生物、三聚磷酸钠、沸石、淀粉酶、甲氧基乙烯、马来酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、表二氢胆甾醇、苯甲乙氧铵、二氢胆固醇、三氯碳酰苯胺、柠檬酸锌、此外还有当归软提取物、黄柏提取物、丁香、迷迭香、黄芩、红花等提取物等。此外,可以在不妨碍本发明效果的范围内以有效量混合上述有效成分。
[实施例]
以下,给出实施例和比较例对本发明具体地说明,但本发明不受限于下述实施例。另外,在下述例子中,只要没有特别限定,%都表示质量%。
此外,以下显示各例中使用的二氧化硅颗粒C1~C6的详细情况。
二氧化硅颗粒;东曹二氧化硅株式会社制,商品名:NIPGEL
平均崩解强度10~50g/个
二氧化硅颗粒C1:
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:180μm)、筛子B(网孔:212μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径200μm的颗粒C1。
二氧化硅颗粒C2:
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:90μm)、筛子B(网孔:106μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径100μm的颗粒C2。
二氧化硅颗粒C3:
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:125μm)、筛子B(网孔:180μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径150μm的颗粒C3。
二氧化硅颗粒C4:
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:250μm)、筛子B(网孔:355μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径300μm的颗粒C4。
二氧化硅颗粒C5:(比较品)
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:38μm)、筛子B(网孔:45μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径40μm的颗粒C5。
二氧化硅颗粒C6:(比较品)
将AY级别颗粒使用20cm的筛子A(网孔:425μm)、筛子B(网孔:600μm)进行分级,得到平均粒径500μm的颗粒C6。
此外,研磨性二氧化硅采用了多木化学株式会社制的平均粒径18μm的硅酸酐。
此外,使用粒度分布测定装置(日机装株式会社制,microtrac粒度分布计,分散剂:水)测定平均粒径,以基于体积基准的中位径(d50)算出测定值。利用太阳科学(SunScientific)公司制的流变仪(サンレオメーター(Sun Rheo Meter)CR-200D),从30个颗粒的自动断裂强度测定值(以10mm/分的速度压缩1个颗粒时测定的该颗粒崩坏时的负荷的值)的平均值求得平均崩解强度。
[实施例、比较例]
根据常规方法配制表1、2所示的组成的洁齿剂组合物(牙膏),以下述方法进行评价。将结果汇总于表中。
(1)洁齿时的按摩效果感(牙龈的颗粒接触感)的评价方法
以10名受试者为对象实施。将配制的洁齿剂组合物从管容器中挤出,将其置于牙刷上约1cm(约1g),根据下述的评分标准,在与平常同样地刷牙的过程中,对牙龈所感受到的颗粒接触感(感受良好的适度的刺激感)进行判定。算出10人的判定分的平均分,以下述的评价标准进行评价。
设评价在B以上的结果为得到适度的按摩刺激感,颗粒接触感为合格。
评分标准
5:牙龈强烈地感受到颗粒接触感。
4:牙龈感受到颗粒接触感。
3:牙龈稍稍感受到颗粒接触感。
2:牙龈几乎感受不到颗粒接触感。
1:牙龈感受不到颗粒接触感。
评分标准
A:平均值为4.0分以上、5.0分以下
B:平均值为3.0分以上、小于4.0分
C:平均值为2.0分以上、小于3.0分
D:平均分小于2.0
(2)洁齿后的按摩效果感(牙龈的紧致感)的评价方法
以10名受试者为对象实施。将配制的洁齿剂组合物从管容器中挤出,将其置于牙刷上约1cm(约1g),根据下述的评分标准,与平常同样地刷牙3分钟后,对牙龈的紧致感进行判定。算出10人的判定分的平均分,以下述的评价标准进行评价。
设评价在B以上的结果为得到适度的按摩紧致感,紧致感为合格。
评分标准
5:非常强烈地感受到牙龈的紧致感。
4:感受到牙龈的紧致感。
3:稍微感受到牙龈的紧致感。
2:几乎感受不到牙龈的紧致感。
1:感受不到牙龈的紧致感。
评分标准
A:平均值为4.0分以上、5.0分以下
B:平均值为3.0分以上、小于4.0分
C:平均值为2.0分以上、小于3.0分
D:平均分小于2.0
(3)牙间部的去污实感的评价方法
以10名受试者为对象实施。将配制的洁齿剂组合物从管容器中挤出,将其置于牙刷上约1cm(约1g),根据下述的评分标准,在与平常同样地刷牙3分钟后,对牙间部的去污实感的进行判定。算出10人的判定分的平均分,以下述的评价标准进行评价。
此外,将吸入气体时在牙间空气良好地穿过的感觉(牙间清洁感)作为牙间部的去污实感。
设评价在B以上的结果为牙间部的去污实感良好。
评分标准
5:非常强烈地感受到牙间部的清洁感。
4:感受到牙间部的清洁感。
3:稍微感受到牙间部的清洁感。
2:几乎感受不到牙间部的清洁感。
1:感受不到牙间部的清洁感。
评分标准
S:平均值为4.5分以上、5.0分以下
A:平均值为4.0分以上、4.5分以下
B:平均值为3.0分以上、小于4.0分
C:平均值为2.0分以上、小于3.0分
D:平均分小于2.0

Claims (8)
1.一种洁齿剂组合物,其特征在于,含有(A)氨甲环酸、(B)酰基谷氨酸盐以及1~5质量%的(C)使水不溶性无机粉体材料形成为颗粒状而得到的、平均粒径100~300μm的水不溶性无机颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,酰基谷氨酸盐的酰基的碳原子数为8~20。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,水不溶性无机粉体材料选自二氧化硅、沸石、磷酸钙、碳酸钙以及氢氧化铝中的1种以上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,所述洁齿剂组合物含有0.01~0.2质量%的(A)成分、0.1~0.8质量%的(B)成分、1~4质量%的(C)成分。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,以质量比计,(C)/(B)为1~50。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,所述洁齿剂组合物还进一步含有2~200单位/g的(D)葡聚糖酶。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,所述洁齿剂组合物为还含有平均粒径5~40μm的研磨剂的牙膏制剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洁齿剂组合物,其中,所述水不溶性无机颗粒是在未添加赋型剂的情况下通过将水不溶性无机凝块粉碎的方法、在水不溶性无机粉体中加入水而浆料化、施加压力而造粒、干燥的方法、压缩成形法、挤出成形法、喷雾干燥法、烧结法中的任一种方法而制得的颗粒,所述水不溶性无机颗粒的平均崩解强度为10~200g/个。
