Abstract
一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,其特征在于:在上端环和“工”字型端环之间连接有沿周向平均分布的多个孔梁,上端环和“工”字型端环的外周面与孔梁的外侧面处于同一球面上,相邻两个孔梁之间与上端环和“工”字型端环形成兜孔用于放置滚动体,兜孔由相邻的两个孔梁侧面的左弧形凹槽和右弧形凹槽构成;在“工”字型端环下端面设有以工程塑料为载体混和磁粉的注塑磁极,注塑磁极具有交错均匀分布的N、S极极性,且配合ABS传感器形成带编码器的塑料保持架;对不同转速的磁性编码器的信号进行数据采集,通过放大电路对变化量进行放大,通过单片机处理后输出脉冲信号或者模拟量信号,达到信号放大输出的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂轴承单元技术制造领域,尤其涉及一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架。
背景技术
现有的塑料保持架,其作用通常是1、引导并带动滚动体在正确的滚道上滚动;2、均匀地隔开滚动体,使滚动体均布于滚道内的圆周上,以防止工作时滚动体间互相碰撞和摩擦; 3、在分离型轴承中,将滚动体和一个套圈组合在一起,以防止滚动体脱落。但是,现在的塑料保持架,一般都不带有磁性,无法与ABS传感器匹配输出信号。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架。带磁性编码器的保持架可配合ABS传感器,对不同转速的磁性编码器的信号进行数据采集,提供精确而快速的检测轮毂轴承单元运行信号,以实现汽车防抱死作用。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,主要包括兜孔、上端环、孔梁、左弧形凹槽、右弧形凹槽、“工”字型端环、注塑磁极。其特征在于:在上端环和“工”字型端环之间连接有沿周向平均分布的多个孔梁,上端环和“工”字型端环的外周面与孔梁的外侧面处于同一球面上,相邻两个孔梁之间与上端环和“工”字型端环形成兜孔用于放置滚动体,兜孔由相邻的两个孔梁侧面的左弧形凹槽和右弧形凹槽构成;在“工”字型端环下端面设有以工程塑料为载体混合磁粉的注塑磁极,注塑磁极具有交错均匀分布的N、S极极性,且配合ABS传感器形成带编码器的塑料保持架。
所述编码器塑料保持架N、S极性交错均匀分布。
所述的磁性编码器塑料保持架的注塑磁极,是工程塑料+磁粉的混合物烘料。
本发明有益效果是:一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,在“工”字型端环下端面设有以工程塑料为载体混合磁粉的注塑磁极,注塑磁极具有交错均匀分布的N、S极极性,且配合ABS传感器形成带编码器的塑料保持架。磁性编码器采用磁阻和霍尔传感器对不同转速的磁性编码器的信号进行数据采集,转速的变化会引起一定电阻或者电压的变化,通过放大电路对变化量进行放大,通过单片机处理后输出脉冲信号或者模拟量信号,达到采样检测和信号放大输出的目的。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2和图3的实施例中:一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,在上端环2和“工”字型端环6之间连接有沿周向平均分布的多个孔梁,上端环2和“工”字型端环6的外周面与孔梁的外侧面处于同一球面上,相邻两个孔梁之间与上端环2和“工”字型端环6形成兜孔1用于放置滚动体,兜孔1由相邻的两个孔梁侧面的左弧形凹槽5 和右弧形凹槽4 构成;在“工”字型端环6下端面设有以工程塑料为载体混合磁粉的注塑磁极7,注塑磁极7具有交错均匀分布的N、S极极性,且配合ABS传感器形成带编码器的塑料保持架。
在图3的实施方式中,交错均匀分布的N、S极性磁极对数可以在30~100对之间。
在本实施方式中,带磁性编码器的塑料保持架的注塑磁极,是工程塑料+磁粉的混合物烘料。
本发明在实施过程中,还包括把磁粉材料和工程塑料通过配方比、共混、造粒、烘料等步骤形成注塑磁颗粒。通过 4~6小时100°C~120°C烘料注塑成型。再把注塑磁颗粒放置于含有磁场取向装置的注塑机中,在模具中嵌入“工”字型保持架,按照物料特性进行注塑工艺操作,注塑与磁场取向一体完成,而后将注塑磁保持架作退磁处理。最后再按照客户的输入,充磁N、S磁极对数。
本发明的一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架结构,不局限于本发明的一种,可适用于多种类型。任何熟悉本专业的技术人员对本发明结构上的简单修改、等同变化,仍属于本发明技术方案保护的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,包括兜孔、上端环、孔梁、左弧形凹槽、右弧形凹槽、“工”字型端环、注塑磁极;其特征在于:在上端环和“工”字型端环之间连接有沿周向平均分布的多个孔梁,上端环和“工”字型端环的外周面与孔梁的外侧面处于同一球面上,相邻两个孔梁之间与上端环和“工”字型端环形成兜孔用于放置滚动体,兜孔由相邻的两个孔梁侧面的右弧形凹槽和左弧形凹槽构成;在“工”字型端环下端面设有以工程塑料为载体混和磁粉的注塑磁极,注塑磁极具有交错均匀分布的N、S极极性,且配合ABS传感器形成带编码器的塑料保持架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,其特征在于:编码器塑料保持架N、S极性交错均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带磁性编码器的塑料保持架,其特征在于:磁性编码器塑料保持架的注塑磁极,以工程塑料+磁粉的混合物烘料。
