Abstract

本发明公开了一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂及其制备方法。本发明在丙烯酸树脂中引入氯化聚丙烯,使得树脂的分子量变大,在涂装过程中,聚丙烯基团与聚丙烯塑料会由于相似相溶发生反应,增加对底材的附着力,本发明树脂对聚丙烯这类高耐水性塑料有着优良的附着力;本发明树脂合成采用的大部分原料都是甲基类单体,耐候性好、玻璃化温度高、干性快,添加了丙烯酸月桂酯及甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯单体,耐水性很高,耐热水测试能达到4个小时。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种树脂,具体的说,尤其涉及一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
丙烯酸树脂是涂料树脂中非常重要的种类,其合成工艺可控性强,同时具备优异的耐候性、颜料分散性,在涂料树脂中所占的比重越来越大。
聚丙烯塑料在日常生活中使用量越来越大,聚丙烯的表面涂装市场份额也逐渐增大,由于聚丙烯塑料的高耐水性,其表面涂装一般要经过表面处理(刷PP水)后再进行底面漆的涂装,工序繁琐,普通的丙烯酸树脂很难附着在其表面。
发明内容
本发明通过自由基聚合将氯化聚丙烯引入丙烯酸树脂基团中对其改性,合成了一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,对聚丙烯这类高耐水性塑料有着优良的附着力。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实施的:
一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,由以下重量份的原料配方组成:
原料中还包括溶剂。
所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
所述溶剂包括二甲苯、甲苯及醋酸丁酯。
所述溶剂中二甲苯、甲苯及醋酸丁酯的质量比为3:1:1。
一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将氯化聚丙烯、二甲苯及甲苯投入反应釜中,通入N2保护并开动搅拌,升温至100±2℃维持此温度;
b、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸及75-80%的引发剂投入高位槽中安全溶解、搅拌均匀;
c、在100±2℃下将步骤b中高位槽内的单体在3.5h-4h内匀速滴加入反应釜中并维持2h,补加剩余引发剂,再维持2h,检测树脂酸值、粘度,合格后用丙醋酸丁酯兑稀并冷却包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在丙烯酸树脂中引入氯化聚丙烯,使得树脂的分子量变大,在涂装过程中,聚丙烯基团与聚丙烯塑料会由于相似相溶发生反应,增加对底材的附着力,本发明树脂对聚丙烯这类高耐水性塑料有着优良的附着力;本发明树脂合成采用的大部分原料都是甲基类单体,耐候性好、玻璃化温度高、干性快,添加了丙烯酸月桂酯及甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯单体,耐水性很高,耐热水测试能达到4个小时。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明最进一步的详细说明:
实施例1:
将8份氯化聚丙烯、90份二甲苯及30份甲苯投入反应釜中,通入N2保护并开动搅拌,升温至100℃维持此温度;将35份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、14份丙烯酸丁酯、10份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、12份丙烯酸月桂酯、11份丙烯酸羟基乙酯、8份甲基丙烯酸及1.6份的引发剂投入高位槽中安全溶解、搅拌均匀;在100℃下将高位槽内的单体在4h匀速滴加入反应釜中并维持2h,补加剩余的0.4份引发剂,再维持2h,检测树脂酸值、粘度,合格后用30份丙醋酸丁酯兑稀并冷却包装,树脂固体酸值为4.2mgKOH/g,树脂体系的固含量控制为40%。
实施例2:
将11份氯化聚丙烯、90份二甲苯及30份甲苯投入反应釜中,通入N2保护并开动搅拌,升温至102℃维持此温度;将34份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、13份丙烯酸丁酯、12份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、10份丙烯酸月桂酯、11份丙烯酸羟基乙酯、7.5份甲基丙烯酸及1.2份的引发剂投入高位槽中安全溶解、搅拌均匀;在102℃下将高位槽内的单体在3.5h匀速滴加入反应釜中并维持2h,补加剩余的0.3份引发剂,再维持2h,检测树脂酸值、粘度,合格后用30份丙醋酸丁酯兑稀并冷却包装,树脂固体酸值为4.0mgKOH/g,树脂体系的固含量控制为40%。
实施例3:
将12份氯化聚丙烯、90份二甲苯及30份甲苯投入反应釜中,通入N2保护并开动搅拌,升温至100℃维持此温度;将32份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、15份丙烯酸丁酯、11份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、11份丙烯酸月桂酯、11份丙烯酸羟基乙酯、6份甲基丙烯酸及1.6份的引发剂投入高位槽中安全溶解、搅拌均匀;在100℃下将高位槽内的单体在3.8h匀速滴加入反应釜中并维持2h,补加剩余的0.4份引发剂,再维持2h,检测树脂酸值、粘度,合格后用30份丙醋酸丁酯兑稀并冷却包装,树脂固体酸值为3.8mgKOH/g,树脂体系的固含量控制为40%。
本发明通过自由基聚合将氯化聚丙烯引入丙烯酸树脂基团中对其改性,通过增加树脂分子量、增加树脂主链上的特殊基团,使用多种丙烯酸单体使丙烯酸树脂具备更好的分子量和耐水性,对聚丙烯塑料有着优良的附着力,且漆膜耐水性超强,可以耐热水4小时左右。

1.一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料配方组成:
原料中还包括溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,其特征在于:所述溶剂包括二甲苯、甲苯及醋酸丁酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂,其特征在于:所述溶剂中二甲苯、甲苯及醋酸丁酯的质量比为3:1:1。
5.一种高耐水性塑料用丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、将氯化聚丙烯、二甲苯及甲苯投入反应釜中,通入N2保护并开动搅拌,升温至100±2℃维持此温度;
b、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸及75-80%的引发剂投入高位槽中安全溶解、搅拌均匀;
c、在100±2℃下将步骤b中高位槽内的单体在3.5h-4h内匀速滴加入反应釜中并维持2h,补加剩余引发剂,再维持2h,检测树脂酸值、粘度,合格后用丙醋酸丁酯兑稀并冷却包装。
