技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸吸管机,特别涉及一种数控多刀纸吸管机。
背景技术
常见机型切刀刀片多采用不可旋转,个别机型采用刀片可旋转方式。刀片不可旋转的纸吸管机的主要缺陷在于在分切纸管时主要的旋转力都由卷管部分卷管时产生,导致切管时只管受力不稳定纸管切口处不平整、双刀印等;采用刀片可旋转方式的机型由于机构不稳定,通过主传动轴使主动链轮产生旋转力带动从动链轮和与之相连的刀片,但因为刀片垂直上下切割时两个链轮中心位置一直在变动使刀片得到的力不稳定,刀片产生抖动,切口处虽然有所改善但效果不大,同时因为加入了刀片可旋转结构使切刀部分结构复杂,重量加重切管速度变慢生产效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种主传动轴与切刀臂稳定结合达到稳定高效的切管效果的数控多刀纸吸管机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种数控多刀纸吸管机,包括控制箱体,所述控制箱体底部设有支撑脚,所述控制箱体的上表面设有第一滑轨,所述第一滑轨上设有工作台,所述工作台上设有切刀组件、两根用于输送纸吸管的拖轮;所述切刀组件包括主传动轴,所述主传动轴上依次设有主传动轴套、切刀摆臂、切刀支撑臂,所述切刀摆臂上设有切刀安装孔,所述切刀安装孔内设有切刀转轴,所述切刀转轴的两端分别设有切刀、从动轮;所述主传动轴套上设有与从动轮通过同步带联动的主动轮,所述切刀摆臂上设有用于调节同步带的同步带压紧轴;所述切刀支撑臂上转动连接有气缸安装座,所述气缸安装座上安装有气缸,所述切刀摆臂的上端设有与气缸的活塞杆的端部转动连接的摆臂转动孔。
采用上述结构,通过在主传动轴上设置主传动轴套、切刀摆臂、切刀支撑臂,并在切刀支撑臂上转动设置驱动切刀摆臂在主传动轴上转动的气缸,在切刀摆臂设置用于安装切刀的切刀转轴,还在主传动轴套与切刀转轴上分别设置了驱动切刀转动的主动轮、从动轮,并在切刀摆臂上设置调节连接主动轮、从动轮的同步带松紧的同步带压紧轴;在切割纸吸管时,气缸驱动切刀摆臂转动从而带动切刀向下偏转,再由同步带压紧轴调节由于切刀摆臂转动而导致主动轮与从动轮之间的同步带的松紧,使切刀的转动一直处于稳定阶段,避免切刀产生抖动,具有工作时所切纸管受力均匀,切口处平整无双刀印等优点。
作为优选,所述工作台的底部设有第二滑轨,所述第二滑轨上设有拖轮辅助台,所述拖轮辅助台上设有两组拖轮辅助轴承,两根所述拖轮设置于两组拖轮辅助轴承之间,所述工作台在两根拖轮的两端均设有两根防跑偏柱。采用上述结构,通过设置两组拖轮辅助轴承来纠正两根拖轮的位置,避免纸吸管在拖轮上输送时偏移,并且设置防跑偏柱来进一步保证纸吸管输送的平稳性。
作为优选,所述工作台的侧壁上设有第三滑轨,所述第三滑轨上设有若干组切刀滑块,每组所述切刀滑块上均设有切刀安装板,所述切刀组件设置于切刀安装板上,所述工作台上还设有用于调节切刀组件位置的调节丝杆;所述切刀支撑臂上设有与调节丝杆连接的调节丝杆孔。采用上述结构,通过第三滑轨和切刀滑块在工作台上设置多组切刀组件,并且由调节丝杆调节切刀组件在工作台上的位置,从而满足了对不同长度的纸吸管同时多段切割的作业。

如图1至3所示的一种数控多刀纸吸管机,包括控制箱体1,所述控制箱体1底部设有支撑脚2,所述控制箱体1的上表面设有第一滑轨3,所述第一滑轨3上设有工作台4,所述工作台4上设有切刀组件5、两根用于输送纸吸管的拖轮6;所述工作台4的底部设有第二滑轨41,所述第二滑轨41上设有拖轮辅助台7,所述拖轮辅助台7上设有两组拖轮辅助轴承71,两根所述拖轮6设置于两组拖轮辅助轴承71之间,所述工作台4在两根拖轮6的两端均设有两根防跑偏柱61,通过设置两组拖轮辅助轴承71来纠正两根拖轮6的位置,避免纸吸管在拖轮6上输送时偏移,并且设置防跑偏柱71来进一步保证纸吸管输送的平稳性;所述工作台4的侧壁上设有第三滑轨42,所述第三滑轨42上设有若干组切刀滑块43,每组所述切刀滑块43上均设有切刀安装板44,所述切刀组件5设置于切刀安装板44上,所述工作台4上还设有用于调节切刀组件5位置的调节丝杆45,通过第三滑轨42和切刀滑块43在工作台4上设置多组切刀组件5,并且由调节丝杆45调节切刀组件5在工作台4上的位置,从而满足了对不同长度的纸吸管同时多段切割的作业。
所述切刀组件5包括主传动轴51,所述主传动轴51上依次设有主传动轴套52、切刀摆臂53、切刀支撑臂54;所述主传动轴51在切刀支撑臂54远离切刀摆臂53的一侧设有锁紧螺母511,提高了切刀摆臂53、切刀支撑臂54在主传动轴51上的结构稳定性。
所述切刀摆臂53上设有切刀安装孔531,所述切刀安装孔531内设有切刀转轴551,所述切刀转轴551的两端分别设有切刀55、从动轮552;所述切刀转轴551与切刀安装孔531之间设有切刀转轴轴承套553、两组切刀转轴轴承554,所述切刀摆臂53在切刀安装孔531的上侧设有用于固定切刀转轴轴承套553的固定螺纹孔535,通过设置切刀转轴轴承套553、两组切刀转轴轴承554,提高了切刀55切割的平稳性,避免了切刀55切割时抖动而导致切口处不平整、双刀印等问题。
所述主传动轴套52上设有与从动轮552通过同步带联动的主动轮521,所述切刀摆臂53上设有用于调节同步带的同步带压紧轴532;所述切刀摆臂53上设有长条孔536,所述同步带压紧轴532设置于长条孔536内,所述切刀摆臂53在长条孔536的上侧设有用于调节同步带压紧轴532在长条孔536内位置的调节孔537,方便调节连接主动轮521、从动轮552的同步带松紧,使同步带松紧一直处于稳定状态。
所述切刀摆臂53与主传动轴51之间设有摆臂轴承534,所述主动轮521的侧面与摆臂轴承534的内圈相抵接,通过设置支摆臂轴承534,使主传动轴51与切刀摆臂53稳定结合达到稳定高效的切管效果。
所述切刀支撑臂54上转动连接有气缸安装座561,所述气缸安装座561上安装有气缸56,所述切刀摆臂53的上端设有与气缸56的活塞杆562的端部转动连接的摆臂转动孔533;所述切刀支撑臂54上通过连接杆545连接有气缸安装辅板546,所述气缸安装座561转动设置于切刀支撑臂54与气缸安装辅板546之间,通过切刀支撑臂54与气缸安装辅板546来连接气缸安装座54,保证气缸56结构稳定,并且提高了气缸56在驱动切刀摆臂53转动时转动的稳定性。

通过在主传动轴51上设置主传动轴套52、切刀摆臂53、切刀支撑臂54,并在切刀支撑臂54上转动设置驱动切刀摆臂53在主传动轴51上转动的气缸56,在切刀摆臂53设置用于安装切刀55的切刀转轴551,还在主传动轴套52与切刀转轴551上分别设置了驱动切刀55转动的主动轮521、从动轮552,并在切刀摆臂53上设置调节连接主动轮521、从动轮552的同步带松紧的同步带压紧轴532;在切割纸吸管时,气缸56驱动切刀摆臂53转动从而带动切刀55向下偏转,再由同步带压紧轴532调节由于切刀摆臂53转动而导致主动轮521与从动轮552之间的同步带的松紧,使切刀55的转动一直处于稳定阶段,避免切刀55产生抖动,具有工作时所切纸管受力均匀,切口处平整无双刀印等优点。
本发明的主传动轴51与切刀摆臂53稳定结合达到稳定高效的切管效果,切刀组件5整体结构稳定,工作时所切纸管受力均匀,切口处平整、无双刀印,大幅提升工作效率和稳定性。
