Abstract
The invention provides a full-automatic thermistor feeding and forming device which is used for improving the forming efficiency and precision of thermistor forming. Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile temperature sensor assembly line, in particular to a thermistor forming device for the automobile temperature sensor assembly line.
Background
Automotive temperature sensors typically include three components: when the thermistor, the base and the terminal seat are assembled, the thermistor is soldered on the terminal seat, and then the base and the terminal seat are assembled together.
Fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view of a conventional automobile temperature sensor, fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the automobile temperature sensor shown in fig. 1, and as shown in the drawing, the automobile temperature sensor 1 includes: a base 2, a thermistor 3 and a terminal base 4; the thermistor 3 is soldered to the terminal base 4, and the terminal base 4 is assembled and fixedly connected with the base 2.
The thermistor charge is typically in the form of a strip (as shown in fig. 7) and the terminals are all of a general raw shape. According to the requirements of different products, manufacturers need to mold the terminals of the thermistors by themselves to meet the requirements of specific products. The existing forming mode is finished by manually adding a simple tool, production efficiency is low, and the problems of high defective rate, poor precision and the like exist in a link finished manually.

The thermistor forming device is characterized in that the thermistor pick-up device is slidably connected with the mounting plate assembly, a pair of sucking needles are arranged, the thermistor is positioned on the thermistor pin cutting device through the sucking needles when the thermistor is cut, and when the pin cutting device finishes pin cutting, the thermistor is sucked by the sucking needles of the thermistor pick-up device and transferred to a required station.
The technical scheme provided by the invention realizes full-automatic molding of the thermistor, improves the production efficiency, and effectively reduces the defective rate, thereby reducing the production cost.

As shown in fig. 10-13, the urging means 34 includes: the front connecting rod 341 positioned at the front end of the terminal seat positioning seat 33 and the rear connecting rod 342 positioned at the rear end of the terminal seat positioning seat 33 are connected through two connecting shafts 343, the connecting shafts 343 penetrate through the terminal seat positioning seat 33, an elastic element 344 is arranged between the front connecting rod 341 and the front end of the terminal seat positioning seat 33 to enable the rear connecting rod 342 to keep forward movement trend, a push-forcing protrusion 3421 is arranged on the inner side of the rear connecting rod 342, and the push-forcing protrusion 3421 stretches into the terminal seat positioning groove 331 to prop against the rear part of the terminal seat 4 so as to enable the rear connecting rod 342 to abut forward.
As shown in fig. 10-13, the pressing device 35 comprises a pressing piece 351, two ends of the pressing piece 351 are connected with two side rotating shafts of the terminal seat positioning seat 33, a torsion spring 352 is arranged between the pressing piece 351 and the terminal seat positioning seat 33, the center of the torsion spring 352 is arranged on the rotating center shaft of the pressing piece 351, a first free end of the torsion spring 352 is connected with a fixing part on the end part of the pressing piece 351, and a second free end of the torsion spring 352 is connected with a fixing part on the side surface of the terminal seat positioning seat 33, so that the pressing piece 351 is in an opened state; the pressing piece 351 is provided with a buckle 3511; the buckle 3511 is provided with a clamping groove 3512, the front end of the terminal seat positioning seat 33 is provided with a locking device 36, the buckle 3511 is buckled into the locking device 36 to be locked, and the pressing piece 351 is in a closed state (state of pressing the thermistor).
Fig. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of an automobile temperature sensor clamp when the pressing member of the present invention is in an open state, and fig. 13 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of an automobile temperature sensor clamp when the pressing member of the present invention is in a closed state, as shown in the drawing, the locking device 36 includes: a locking member 361, the locking member 361 is rotatably connected with the terminal seat positioning seat 33, an elastic member 362 is arranged between the lower end of the locking member 361 and the terminal seat positioning seat 33, the elastic member 362 keeps the locking member 361 in a counterclockwise rotation trend, and the locking member 361 limits the rotation position of the locking member 361 through a blocking part 333 on the terminal seat positioning seat 33; the upper end of the locking member 361 is provided with a barb 3611 formed by a slit, when the pressing member 351 is buckled downwards, the buckle 3511 presses the outer side of the upper end of the locking member 361 to enable the locking member 361 to rotate clockwise, and when the clamping groove 3512 moves downwards to the position of the barb 3611, the locking member 361 rotates anticlockwise under the action of the elastic member 362, and the barb 3611 is clamped into the clamping groove 3512.
In the invention, the sliding connection adopts a guide rail sliding block structure unless otherwise stated.
The automotive temperature sensor assembly line of the present invention may also include a glue supply 90 between the base and terminal block supplies 40, 50 for providing a mixed/cured glue that adheres, seals, isolates air to the base 2 to protect the solder joints and components.
The automotive temperature sensor assembly line of the present invention may further include a CCD assembly 100 for detecting whether the thermistor on the automotive temperature sensor holder 30 is placed in a correct position, the CCD assembly 100 being disposed on the second side of the rack 10.
The automotive temperature sensor assembly line of the present invention may further include a crimping device 200 for crimping a terminal block to be crimped, the crimping device 200 being provided at the second side of the housing 10.
The automobile temperature sensor assembly line of the present invention may further include a solder paste brushing device 300 for brushing solder paste to the welding place of the thermistor and the terminal base, the solder paste brushing device 300 being disposed at the second side of the rack 10.
The automotive temperature sensor assembly line of the present invention may also include a tripper 400 for transferring the assembled product from the equipment to the finished product placement area.
In the invention, the elastic member and the elastic restoring member are springs unless otherwise specified.

A thermistor forming apparatus, characterized in that the thermistor forming apparatus (60) includes: the device comprises a mounting plate assembly (61), a thermistor material belt guiding device (62), a thermistor material belt positioning device (63), a thermistor material belt pulling device (64), a terminal deformation device (65 a), a thermistor pickup device (66) and a thermistor pin cutting device (67);
the thermistor material belt guide device (62) is fixed on the mounting plate assembly (61), and the thermistor material belt guide device (62) keeps the thermistor material belt (5) in the thermistor material belt guide device to translate flatly;
along the translation direction of the thermistor material belt (5), a thermistor material belt positioning device (63), a thermistor material belt pulling device (64) and a thermistor pickup device (66) are sequentially arranged above the thermistor material belt guiding device (62), a terminal deformation device (65 a) is positioned between the thermistor material belt positioning device (63) and the thermistor material belt pulling device (64), and a thermistor foot cutting device (67) is positioned below the thermistor material belt guiding device (62) and symmetrically arranged with the thermistor pickup device (66);
the thermistor material belt positioning device (63) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate assembly (61) and is provided with a positioning position for positioning the thermistor material belt (5) on the thermistor material belt guiding device (62) and a non-positioning position for releasing the positioning of the thermistor material belt (5);
the thermistor material belt pulling device (64) is in sliding connection with the mounting plate assembly (61) and is provided with a pulling position and a non-pulling position;
when the thermistor material belt positioning device (63) is positioned at the positioning position, the thermistor material belt pulling device (64) is positioned at the non-pulling position, and the terminal deformation device (65 a) deforms the terminal of the thermistor (3);
when the thermistor material belt positioning device (63) is positioned at the non-positioning position, the thermistor material belt pulling device (64) is positioned at the pulling position to pull the thermistor material belt (5) to move forwards by a unit distance;
the thermistor pickup device (66) presses the thermistor with the deformed terminal on the thermistor pin cutting device (67), the thermistor pin cutting device (67) cuts the thermistor on the thermistor pin cutting device into a preset length, and the thermistor pickup device (66) transfers the thermistor with the pin cutting to a required station;
the terminal deformation device (65 a) comprises: the first component (651 a) and the second component (652 a) are arranged in an up-down involution mode, and the first component (651 a) is driven by a first cylinder to move up and down;
the first assembly (651 a) comprises a driving piece (6511 a) and a shaping piece (6512 a), wherein the lower end of the driving piece (6511 a) is nested in the shaping piece (6512 a), a first reset elastic piece is arranged between the driving piece (6511 a) and the shaping piece (6512 a), a wedge-shaped bulge (6513 a) is arranged on the lower end part of the driving piece (6511 a), and a limiting groove (6514 a) which is downwards opened is formed in the lower end of the shaping piece (6512 a);
the second assembly (652 a) comprises a left driven piece (6521 a) and a right driven piece (6521 a), a boss (6522 a) matched with a limit groove (6514 a) of the first assembly (651 a) is arranged in the middle of the left driven piece and the right driven piece (6521 a), a wedge-shaped groove (6523 a) matched with a wedge-shaped bulge (6513 a) of the first assembly (651 a) is arranged in the middle of the boss (6522 a), a thermistor (3) is placed at the upper end of the wedge-shaped groove (6523 a), two terminals are respectively arranged at two sides of the wedge-shaped groove (6523 a), a second elastic reset piece is arranged at the outer ends of the left driven piece and the right driven piece (6521 a), and the second elastic reset piece keeps the state that the left driven piece and the right driven piece (6521 a) are mutually close;
when the first cylinder drives the driving piece (6511 a) to move downwards, the lower end face of the shaping piece (6512 a) is firstly contacted with the upper end faces of the left driven piece (6521 a) and the right driven piece (6521 a) and kept motionless, the limiting groove (6514 a) is buckled on the boss (6522 a), the driving piece (6511 a) continues to move downwards, the wedge-shaped bulge (6513 a) of the driving piece (6511 a) is inserted into the middle of two terminals of the thermistor (3) and enters into the wedge-shaped groove (6523 a), the left driven piece (6521 a) and the right driven piece (6521 a) are separated from each other, the second elastic reset piece is compressed, and the two terminals of the thermistor (3) are propped up to be in a preset shape;
when the first cylinder drives the driving piece (6511 a) to move upwards, the wedge-shaped bulge (6513 a) leaves the wedge-shaped groove (6523 a), and the left driven piece and the right driven piece (6521 a) are closed under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic restoring piece;
the thermistor pin cutting device (67) comprises a pin cutting knife and a material belt cutting knife, wherein the pin cutting knife is used for cutting a terminal of the thermistor (3) into a preset length, and the material belt cutting knife is used for cutting off an elongated thermistor material belt (5) so as to be convenient to recycle;
the thermistor material belt positioning device (63) and the thermistor material belt pulling device (64) respectively comprise a cylinder for driving a pair of pins to move up and down so as to be inserted into and pulled out of the jacks of the thermistor material belt (5);
the thermistor pickup device (66) is in sliding connection with the mounting plate assembly (61), a pair of sucking needles are arranged, the thermistor (3) is positioned on the thermistor pin cutting device (67) through the sucking needles when the thermistor is cut, and when the pin cutting device (67) finishes pin cutting, the thermistor (3) is sucked and transferred to a required station by the sucking needles of the thermistor pickup device (66).
