the first clamping piece is provided with a first clamping claw and a second clamping claw, the first clamping claw and the second clamping claw are respectively provided with a narrow-side clamping arm so as to clamp adjacent terminal positions of two wire harnesses in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the first clamping claw and the second clamping claw can be arranged in a relatively movable manner so as to close the terminals of the two wire harnesses, and in the process of pre-inserting the two terminals into the two terminal accommodating chambers, the two narrow-side clamping arms enter the grooves;
the second clamping piece is provided with a third clamping claw and a fourth clamping claw which are clamped on the electric wires of the two wire harnesses in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the third clamping claw and the fourth clamping claw can be arranged in a relatively movable mode so as to enable the two electric wires of the two wire harnesses to be combined together, and when the narrow-side clamping arm of the first clamping piece exits from the groove, the two terminals and the two terminal accommodating chambers are spliced in place.

The shaped plastic case inserting device according to claim 2, further comprising two first lifting driving members, wherein the two first lifting driving members are connected to the two first mounting plates in a one-to-one correspondence to drive the first holding claw and the third holding claw to approach the second holding claw and the fourth holding claw.

The molded case insertion device according to claim 1, further comprising two second elevating driving members, wherein the two second elevating driving members connect the first holding claws and the second holding claws in one-to-one correspondence to drive the first holding claws and the second holding claws away from each other to avoid the molded case.

The molded case device of claim 1, wherein the molded case holding mechanism further comprises a first moving driving member connected to the third holding member to drive the molded case held by the third holding member to approach the terminals so that the two terminals are inserted into the two terminal receiving chambers of the molded case.

The molded case insertion device according to claim 1, wherein the molded case holding mechanism further comprises a push plate and a baffle plate, the push plate is movably disposed on one side of the holding channel of the third holding member, the baffle plate is disposed on the other side of the holding channel of the third holding member, and the push plate is adapted to abut against one end face of the molded case and the other end face of the molded case abuts against the baffle plate.

The molding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising two second moving drivers, wherein the two second moving drivers connect the third clamping jaw and the fourth clamping jaw in a one-to-one correspondence to drive the wire clamped by the third clamping jaw and the fourth clamping jaw away from the third clamping member for pullback detection of the inserted terminal.
