技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水材料,更具体涉及一种手机电池盖防水软垫。
背景技术
手机的防水性能是影响手机使用的关键因素,一旦手机掉落或者水分进入手机内部,将会严重影响内部元件的性能。
防水泡棉是手机中常用的防水材料,为了提高泡棉的防水性,多采取增加泡棉的层数,以防水性薄膜作为隔绝材料,防止水分的进一步进入,但是这种结构的泡棉排气性较差,泡棉吸收水分能力变差,水分不容易排除,长时间使用将会影响手机元件的寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供了一种具备良好透气性和排水性的手机电池盖防水软垫。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:
一种手机电池盖防水软垫,所述防水软垫包括泡棉本体、双面胶带、防水层,所述泡棉本体与防水层通过双面胶带粘接,所述防水层包括N层无纺布,各所述无纺布包括基材层和均匀粘附在基材层上的气凝胶颗粒层,所述基材层表面均匀形成有若干列弧形压纹,各所述弧形压纹内至少设置有一个微孔。
进一步地,各所述基材层表面相邻各列弧形压纹的朝向相同或相反,相邻各行弧形压纹的朝向相同或相反。
进一步地,各所述基材层表面相邻各列弧形压纹的朝向相同,相邻各行弧形压纹的朝向相同。
进一步地,所述基材层表面相邻各行弧形压纹之间的间距为0-(N-1)mm,相邻各列弧形压纹之间的间距0-(N-1)mm,其中,2≤N≤5。
进一步地,各所述基材层表面相邻各列弧形压纹的间距相等,各所述无纺布表面相邻各行弧形压纹的间距相等。

进一步地,所述气凝胶颗粒层中的气凝胶颗粒选自疏水微细二氧化硅气凝胶、碳气凝胶、氧化铝气凝胶中的一种或一种以上。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明的防水软垫以泡棉本体作为主体材料,并通过双面胶带在泡棉本体的一面粘接防水层,所述防水层包括N层无纺布,每层无纺布包括基材层和均匀粘附在基材层表面的气凝胶颗粒层,利用气凝胶材料独特的结构特点,提升软垫的防水能力,而层叠的气凝胶颗粒层则形成了层层防水屏障,而基材层采用带微孔的弧形压纹,不仅提高了基材层与气凝胶颗粒层的粘接性,还能形成一定的透气孔隙,达到良好的透气、排湿效果,改善电池的使用环境。

一种手机电池盖防水软垫,其结构如图1所示,包括泡棉本体1、双面胶带2和防水层3,防水层3包括顺序粘接的第一基材层31、第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层32、第二基材层33、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层34、第三基材层35以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层36,所述泡棉本体1与第一基材层31通过双面胶带2粘接。
防水层3中的第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层32、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层34以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层36的厚度为0.1-0.5mm,第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层32、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层34以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层36中微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒的平均粒径为0.05-0.25μm。
其中,第一基材层31如图2所示,其表面均匀形成有若干第一基材层U型压纹311,相邻各列U型压纹311的朝向相同,各U型压纹311的高度为2.5mm,宽度为1.5mm,且相邻各列U型压纹311的间距均为0mm,相邻各行U型压纹311的间距均为0mm,且各U型压纹311内设置有一个第一基材层微孔312,所述第一基材层微孔312直径为0.5mm。

一种手机电池盖防水软垫,其结构如图5所示,包括泡棉本体1、双面胶带2和防水层4,防水层4包括顺序粘接的第一基材层41、第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层42、第二基材层43、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层44、第三基材层45以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层46,所述泡棉本体1与第一基材层41通过双面胶带2粘接。
防水层4中的第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层42、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层44以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层46的厚度为0.1-0.5mm,第一微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层42、第二微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层44以及第三微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒层46中微细二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒的平均粒径为0.05-0.25μm。

实施例1和实施例2提供的防水软垫均包含由基材层和气凝胶颗粒层组成的多层结构,通过设置每层不同的相邻列弧形压纹的间距实现U型压纹的连续分布,达到透气、排湿的效果,而层叠的气凝胶颗粒层则形成了层层防水屏障,使得软垫获得了优异的防水效果,克服了现有技术中采用薄膜材料防水导致的缺陷。
