Abstract
本发明公开了一种木丝增强稻草秸秆板及其制备方法,属于人造板材技术领域,包括自上而下依次设置的表层、芯层和底层,所述表层、底层为稻草秸秆层,所述芯层由多层的木丝稻草秸秆层叠放在一起构成,所述木丝稻草秸秆层由木丝和稻草秸秆构成,木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝定向排布,每相邻的木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝相互垂直,木丝稻草秸秆层中的稻草秸秆设置于木丝的缝隙中,以起填充作用;本发明所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板,构建了木丝与稻草秸秆的三层定向空间结构作为秸秆板的芯层,使木丝在板材中起到骨架支撑作用,并与稻草秸秆形成一种尺寸稳定的结构,降低了稻草秸秆板的密度,有利于减少原材料的消耗,实现稻草秸秆板的轻质化。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于人造板材技术领域,具体涉及一种木丝增强稻草秸秆板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国天然林保护政策的实施,可供采伐的森林木材资源越来越紧缺,但随着建筑装饰和家具消费需求与日俱增,国内木材消耗迅速增长。与此同时,我国每年产生大量的农作物稻草秸秆,这些稻草秸秆有的被就地焚烧,有的被堆沤在野外,这些不合理的秸秆处理方式不但浪费了生物质资源,并且严重污染生态环境。以农作物秸秆为主要原料制造人造板材,发展农作物稻草秸秆板产业,是缓解木材供需矛盾的有效途径,是实现“秸秆代木”的环保型新兴产业,也有利于建设美丽乡村和保护生态环境。
稻草秸秆板由于具有节约木材资源和保护生态环境等优势,其产业化也受到人们的重视。但稻草秸秆板主要原料为稻草秸秆,稻草秸秆具有来源分散、收集难度大、季节性强等特点,造成原料的供应存在难以满足大规模的工业化生产,而且稻草秸秆板结构不稳定,容易变形,难以大规模的应用于家具建材领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构稳定、轻质化的木丝增强稻草秸秆板及其制备方法。
本发明提供的这种木丝增强稻草秸秆板,包括自上而下依次设置的表层、芯层和底层,所述表层、底层为稻草秸秆层,所述芯层由多层的木丝稻草秸秆层叠放在一起构成,所述木丝稻草秸秆层由木丝和稻草秸秆构成,木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝定向排布,每相邻的木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝相互垂直,木丝稻草秸秆层中的稻草秸秆设置于木丝的缝隙中,以起填充作用。
优选的,所述芯层的厚度为木丝增强稻草秸秆板厚度的1/2~3/4。
优选的,所述表层、底层中的稻草秸秆长度≤3mm。
优选的,所述芯层中的稻草秸秆长度为15~35mm。
优选的,所述木丝的长度为50~120mm,宽度为0.5~3mm,厚度为0.45~2mm,木丝采用阔叶木材或针叶木材制备而成。
优选的,所述木丝稻草秸秆层中木丝和稻草秸秆的重量比为1:(0.2~0.6)。
优选的,所述芯层由三层木丝稻草秸秆层构成。
本发明还提供一种所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以稻草秸秆为原料,稻草秸秆通过粉碎后,通过3mm孔径的筛网筛分,获得稻草细料,对稻草细料进行施胶,干燥后再输送至前段和后段料仓,作为表层和底层铺装原料;
(2)以阔叶木材或者针叶木材为原料,木材原木经过旋切加工并干燥后得到厚度为0.45~2mm的木质单板,将木质单板进行切丝和截断,加工成长度为50~120mm、宽度为0.5~3mm、厚度为0.45~2mm的木丝,备用;
(3)以稻草秸秆为原料,稻草经过切断后得到长度为15~35mm的稻草秸秆,再与步骤(2)得到的木丝在滚筒式拌胶机进行均匀混合,对木丝和稻草秸秆混合物进行施胶,干燥后输送至中段料仓,作为芯层铺装原料;
(4)采用五个铺装头铺装机,将步骤(1)所得底层铺装原料通过前段纤维铺装头铺在底层,采用三个定向铺装头将步骤(3)所得芯层铺装原料按照三层相互垂直结构铺在芯层,使得木丝在芯层中呈现三层相互垂直结构,稻草秸秆在木丝三层结构中起填充作用,再将步骤(1)所得表层铺装原料通过后段纤维铺装头铺装在表层,最后通过连续预压、热压,得到所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板。
优选的,所述步骤(1)、步骤(3)中,采用异氰酸酯胶黏剂,施胶量为原料重量的3~6%,施胶后通过管道干燥机将原料水分干燥至6~10%。
优选的,所述步骤(1)、步骤(3)中,采用高压均质泵和雾化喷射装置组成的施胶系统进行施胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板,构建了木丝与稻草秸秆的三层定向空间结构作为秸秆板的芯层,使木丝在板材中起到骨架支撑作用,并与稻草秸秆形成一种尺寸稳定的结构,降低了稻草秸秆板的密度,有利于减少原材料的消耗,实现稻草秸秆板的轻质化。
本发明所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,添加适量的木丝作为原料,以缓解稻草的供应紧张并增强板材的物理力学性能,木丝与稻草秸秆构建一种有效降低板材密度的空间结构,有利于节约原材料、降低运输成本,是秸秆板产业的发展趋势之一。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明提供一种木丝增强稻草秸秆板,如图1所示,包括自上而下依次设置的表层1、芯层2和底层3,表层1、底层3为稻草秸秆层,芯层2由三层木丝稻草秸秆层叠放在一起构成,木丝稻草秸秆层由木丝和稻草秸秆构成,木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝定向排布,每相邻的木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝相互垂直,木丝稻草秸秆层中的稻草秸秆设置于木丝的缝隙中,以起填充作用。
芯层的厚度为木丝增强稻草秸秆板厚度的2/3;表层、底层中的稻草秸秆长度≤3mm;芯层中的稻草秸秆长度为15~35mm;木丝的长度为50~120mm,宽度为0.5~3mm,厚度为0.45~2mm,木丝采用阔叶木材制备而成;木丝稻草秸秆层中木丝和稻草秸秆的重量比为1:0.4。
本发明还提供这种木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以稻草秸秆为原料,稻草秸秆通过粉碎后,通过3mm孔径的筛网筛分,获得稻草细料,对稻草细料进行施胶,采用高压均质泵和雾化喷射装置组成的施胶系统进行施胶,异氰酸酯作为胶黏剂,施胶量为原料重量的3~6%,施胶后通过管道干燥机将原料水分干燥至6~10%,再输送至前段和后段料仓,作为表层和底层铺装原料;
(2)以阔叶木材为原料,木材原木经过旋切加工并干燥后得到厚度为0.45~2mm的木质单板,将木质单板进行切丝和截断,加工成长度为50~120mm、宽度为0.5~3mm、厚度为0.45~2mm的木丝,备用;

(4)采用五个铺装头铺装机,如图2所示,将步骤(1)所得底层铺装原料通过前段纤维铺装头铺在底层,采用三个定向铺装头将步骤(3)所得芯层铺装原料按照三层相互垂直结构铺在芯层,使得木丝在芯层中呈现三层相互垂直结构,稻草秸秆在木丝三层结构中起填充作用,再将步骤(1)所得表层铺装原料通过后段纤维铺装头铺装在表层,最后通过连续预压、热压,得到木丝增强稻草秸秆板。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例。对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术构思前提下所得到的改进和变换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种木丝增强稻草秸秆板,包括自上而下依次设置的表层、芯层和底层,其特征在于,所述表层、底层为稻草秸秆层,所述芯层由多层的木丝稻草秸秆层叠放在一起构成,所述木丝稻草秸秆层由木丝和稻草秸秆构成,木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝定向排布,每相邻的木丝稻草秸秆层中的木丝相互垂直,木丝稻草秸秆层中的稻草秸秆设置于木丝的缝隙中,以起填充作用;
所述芯层由三层木丝稻草秸秆层构成;
所述芯层的厚度为木丝增强稻草秸秆板厚度的1/2~3/4;
所述表层、底层中的稻草秸秆长度≤3mm;
所述芯层中的稻草秸秆长度为15~35mm;
所述木丝的长度为50~120mm,宽度为0.5~3mm,厚度为0.45~2mm,木丝采用阔叶木材或针叶木材制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木丝增强稻草秸秆板,其特征在于,所述木丝稻草秸秆层中木丝和稻草秸秆的重量比为1:(0.2~0.6)。
3.一种根据权利要求2所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 以稻草秸秆为原料,稻草秸秆通过粉碎后,通过3mm孔径的筛网筛分,获得稻草细料,对稻草细料进行施胶,干燥后再输送至前段和后段料仓,作为表层和底层铺装原料;
(2) 以阔叶木材或者针叶木材为原料,木材原木经过旋切加工并干燥后得到厚度为0.45~2mm的木质单板,将木质单板进行切丝和截断,加工成长度为50~120mm、宽度为0.5~3mm、厚度为0.45~2mm的木丝,备用;
(3) 以稻草秸秆为原料,稻草经过切断后得到长度为15~35mm的稻草秸秆,再与步骤(2)得到的木丝在滚筒式拌胶机进行均匀混合,对木丝和稻草秸秆混合物进行施胶,干燥后输送至中段料仓,作为芯层铺装原料;
(4) 采用五个铺装头铺装机,将步骤(1)所得底层铺装原料通过前段纤维铺装头铺在底层,采用三个定向铺装头将步骤(3)所得芯层铺装原料按照三层相互垂直结构铺在芯层,使得木丝在芯层中呈现三层相互垂直结构,稻草秸秆在木丝三层结构中起填充作用,再将步骤(1)所得表层铺装原料通过后段纤维铺装头铺装在表层,最后通过连续预压、热压,得到所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板。
4.根据权利要求3所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)、步骤(3)中,采用异氰酸酯胶黏剂,施胶量为原料重量的3~6%,施胶后通过管道干燥机将原料水分干燥至6~10%。
5.根据权利要求3所述木丝增强稻草秸秆板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)、步骤(3)中,采用高压均质泵和雾化喷射装置组成的施胶系统进行施胶。
