本发明公开了一种沉香喷雾制备方法，包含以下步骤：A、清洁搅拌锅，加入纯水；加热；B、依次加入甘油、丙二醇，EDTA二钠，羟苯甲酯，打开搅拌器进行搅拌；C、用循环冷却水降温至50℃，加入沉香提取物，继续搅拌；D、将双咪唑烷基脲缓慢加入搅拌锅中，搅拌10分钟；E、检测pＨ值，结果范围控制在：3.80－4.80；F、用滤布过滤，出料。本发明通过简单的工艺和较低的生产成本能够制得沉香喷雾，其使用方便，工艺简单，具有一定的市场价值。

一种沉香喷雾配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种香料配方，具体是一种沉香喷雾配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
沉香为瑞香科沉香属(AquilariaagalochaRoxb .)或瑞香科沉香属白木香[Aquilariasinensis(Lour.)Gilg]树木中含树脂部位。主要产自南亚次大陆的东北部、印度尼西亚群岛和巴布亚新几内亚群岛，称之为进口沉香；我国沉香主要产自广东、海南、云南、福建等省区，称之为国产沉香。沉香中主要呈香味成分为以倍半萜及其含氧衍生物类、芳香族化合物、脂肪酸及其脂类和色原酮类等。沉香来源于沉香树受到外部伤害或者本身病变等影响所分泌的树脂，其受黄绿墨耳真菌的微生物侵入寄生，在菌体内酶的作用下，发生了一系列变化，并经多年沉积而形成的一种特殊的富含香气的物质。
沉香的用途很广，在临床上其具有沉香有降气温中，暖肾纳气的功效。治气逆喘息，呕吐呃逆，脘腹胀痛，腰膝虚冷，大肠虚秘，小便气淋，男子精冷的作用。
目前，对于沉香精油的利用率比较低，不能够是人体大量吸收，达到治疗的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种沉香喷雾配方及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种沉香喷雾配方，包括以下重量百分比的组成分：纯水85.06%、沉香提取物10.50%、丙二醇2.18%、甘油1.95%、EDTA二钠0.08%、双咪唑烷基脲0.18%、羟苯甲酯0.05%。
一种沉香喷雾制备方法，包含以下步骤：
A、清洁搅拌锅，加入纯水；加热；
B、依次加入甘油、丙二醇，EDTA二钠，羟苯甲酯，打开搅拌器进行搅拌；
C、用循环冷却水降温至50℃，加入沉香提取物，继续搅拌；
D、将双咪唑烷基脲缓慢加入搅拌锅中，搅拌10分钟；
E、检测pＨ值，结果范围控制在：3.80－4.80；
F、用滤布过滤，出料。
作为本发明的优选方案：所述加热的温度为80－85℃，加热时间为15分钟。
作为本发明的优选方案：所述步骤C中的搅拌转速每分钟60转，搅拌10分钟。
作为本发明的优选方案：所述滤布的目数为300。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过简单的工艺和较低的生产成本能够制得沉香喷雾，其使用方便，工艺简单，具有一定的市场价值。

实施例1：本发明实施例中，一种沉香喷雾的制备方法，第一步：清洁搅拌锅，按重量百分比加入85.06%的纯水，同时加热80℃，持续15分钟；第二步、依次按重量百分比加入甘油1.95%、丙二醇2.18%，EDTA二钠0.08%，羟苯甲酯0.05%，打开搅拌器进行搅拌；转速每分钟60转，搅拌10分钟，第三步、用循环冷却水降温至50℃，加入沉香提取物，继续搅拌；第四步、将双咪（羟甲基）唑烷基脲缓慢加入搅拌锅中，搅拌10分钟；第五步、检测pＨ值，结果范围控制在3.80时为合格；F、用滤布过滤，出料。

1.一种沉香喷雾配方，其特征在于，包括以下重量百分比的组成分：纯水85.06%、沉香提取物10.50%、丙二醇2.18%、甘油1.95%、EDTA二钠0.08%、双咪唑烷基脲 0.18%、羟苯甲酯0.05%。
2.一种沉香喷雾制备方法，其特征在于，包含以下步骤：
清洁搅拌锅，加入纯水；加热；
依次加入甘油、丙二醇，EDTA二钠，羟苯甲酯，打开搅拌器进行搅拌；
用循环冷却水降温至50℃，加入沉香提取物，继续搅拌；
将双咪唑烷基脲缓慢加入搅拌锅中，搅拌10分钟；
检测pＨ值，结果范围控制在：3.80－4.80；
用滤布过滤，出料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种沉香喷雾制备方法，其特征在于，所述加热的温度为80－85℃，加热时间为15分钟。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种沉香喷雾制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤C中的搅拌转速每分钟60转，搅拌10分钟。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种沉香喷雾制备方法，其特征在于，所述滤布的目数为300。
