Claims (9)

1. A BIM-based cantilever plate construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to a structure construction drawing of a to-be-built building, establishing a first BIM three-dimensional information model of the to-be-built building by using REVIT software, wherein the first BIM three-dimensional information model comprises three-dimensional information of the to-be-built building, the three-dimensional information of the to-be-built building comprises cantilever plate information, and the cantilever plate information comprises the position, the size, the reinforcing bars, the concrete strength and the state of a cantilever plate;
respectively identifying each cantilever plate in the first BIM three-dimensional information model on the first BIM three-dimensional information model;
synchronizing the first BIM three-dimensional information model to a cloud platform;
prefabricating, processing and manufacturing each cantilever plate in the BIM three-dimensional information model based on the cloud platform in a prefabricated component processing factory and performing assembly type installation on a construction site by combining the first BIM three-dimensional information model and the identification of each cantilever plate, wherein each prefabricated assembly type cantilever plate carries a corresponding identification;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the first BIM three-dimensional informatization model from the cloud platform;
splitting the cantilever plate in the first BIM three-dimensional information model to split a single cantilever plate, thereby obtaining a first cantilever plate three-dimensional information model and a second BIM three-dimensional information model after removing each split cantilever plate;
arranging reinforcing steel bars in each split cantilever plate in the first cantilever plate three-dimensional information model according to the structure construction drawing, and reserving the reinforcing steel bars connected with the cast-in-place structure part during installation;
arranging a plurality of embedded hanging rings at set positions on the upper surface of the cantilever plate in the first cantilever plate three-dimensional information model according to the gravity center of each split cantilever plate, wherein the top points of the hanging rings are flush with the upper surface of the cantilever plate;
wrapping the embedded hanging ring in the first cantilever plate three-dimensional informatization model by using a plastic or steel protective sleeve;
arranging a water dripping line, a water dripping line groove or a pipeline groove on each split cantilever plate in the first cantilever plate three-dimensional information model to obtain a second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model;
integrating the second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model with the second BIM three-dimensional information model, replacing each cantilever plate at the corresponding position in the second BIM three-dimensional information model to obtain a third BIM three-dimensional information model of the building to be built, and synchronizing the third BIM three-dimensional information model to the cloud platform;
exporting the second cantilever plate three-dimensional informatization model into a file in an IFC data format;
and synchronizing the second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model, the IFC data format file and the third BIM three-dimensional information model to the cloud platform.
2. The BIM-based cantilever slab construction method according to claim 1, wherein the step of integrating the second cantilever slab three-dimensional information model with the second BIM three-dimensional information model comprises:
respectively leading the second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model and the second BIM three-dimensional information model into Navisvarks and integrating;
and performing collision check on each split cantilever plate and the second BIM three-dimensional information model in Navisthrocks, checking whether a reserved steel bar in the cantilever plate collides with a beam steel bar at the position where the cantilever plate is to be installed in the proposed building, checking whether the reserved steel bar in the cantilever plate exceeds the beam width at the position where the cantilever plate is to be installed in the proposed building, and rechecking the size and the position of each cantilever plate in the third BIM three-dimensional information model so as to avoid that the cantilever plate can not be installed in a construction site.
3. The BIM-based cantilever slab construction method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises a step of producing a prefabricated assembled cantilever slab, comprising:
acquiring a second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model and a file in an IFC data format from the cloud platform;
generating a processing material list of each cantilever plate based on the information acquired from the cloud platform, producing and processing each cantilever plate, and carrying out production and processing by adopting the same process flow aiming at the cantilever plates with the same size, processing material list, reinforcing bar, concrete strength and state;
and according to the identification carried out on each cantilever plate in the third BIM three-dimensional information model, carrying out corresponding identification on each cantilever plate after production and processing to obtain the prefabricated assembled cantilever plate.
4. The BIM-based cantilever slab construction method according to claim 3, wherein the step of generating a processing material list of each cantilever slab based on the information obtained from the cloud platform, and producing and processing each cantilever slab comprises:
counting the consumption of reinforcing steel bars and concrete of each cantilever plate based on the information acquired from the cloud platform to generate a member statistical table and a cost list;
transmitting the acquired file in the IFC data format of the cantilever plate into a platform die device for manufacturing the cantilever plate aiming at the cantilever plate to be produced;
the platform mould equipment is used for lofting and placing a side mould on a platform mould according to the file of the IFC data format, an isolating agent is smeared on the surfaces of the platform mould and the side mould, a lower-layer distribution steel bar is placed and bound after the isolating agent is dried, an upper-layer distribution steel bar is placed and bound, a stool bar is placed to separate the upper-layer distribution steel bar from the lower-layer distribution steel bar, a protective layer cushion block is placed, a plurality of embedded hanging rings are respectively placed at set positions on the upper surface of the platform mould, one end of each hanging ring is bound and connected with the distribution steel bar, the top point of the other end of each hanging ring is flush with the upper surface after pouring is completed, a protecting sleeve is used for wrapping the hanging ring at the end, a reserved steel bar connected with a cast-in-place structure part is placed, the part of the reserved steel bar extending into the cantilever plate;
obtaining the positions of a water dripping line, a water dripping line groove or a pipeline groove in the produced cantilever plate according to the obtained three-dimensional information model of the second cantilever plate, placing a mold matched with the water dripping line, the water dripping line groove or the pipeline groove at the corresponding position of the bench formwork according to the obtained position information, and attaching the mold to the bench formwork;
placing an RFID electronic chip storing the identification, the position, the size, the processing material list, the reinforcing bars and the concrete strength of the cantilever plate to be produced in the bench formwork and pouring concrete;
transferring a bench formwork to a vibrating table, vibrating poured concrete compactly, then transferring the bench formwork to a curing room, curing under constant temperature and constant humidity conditions, adopting a high-pressure water gun to scour and roughen the concrete with reserved steel bars extending into the contact surface of the cantilever slab after reaching set strength, exposing stones in the concrete, increasing the contact surface of the joint of the cantilever slab and cast-in-place concrete, adopting the high-pressure water gun to scour and roughen the concrete surface of the rest surfaces of each cantilever slab, improving the bonding strength of mortar plastering on the surface of each cantilever slab after installation, moving out of the curing room after the cantilever slab concrete reaches the preset strength requirement, removing a hanging ring protective sleeve, and demolding, thereby obtaining the cantilever slab to be installed.
5. The BIM-based cantilever slab construction method of claim 4, wherein before installing each prefabricated cantilever slab, the method further comprises:
separating the information of a single cantilever plate from the second cantilever plate three-dimensional information model, generating a two-dimensional code as the identifier of the cantilever plate and adhering the two-dimensional code to the upper surface of the cantilever plate with the same surface as the top point of the hanging ring;
transporting each cantilever plate adhered with the two-dimensional code to a construction site and stacking the cantilever plates in a classified manner;
and protecting finished products of the reserved steel bars of the cantilever plates.
6. The BIM-based cantilever slab construction method according to claim 5, wherein the step of sorting and stacking the cantilever slabs comprises:
dividing cantilever plates corresponding to the same type of building components into the same type for stacking, wherein the type of the building components comprises one or more of air conditioner shelves, floating window plates, balconies or rainsheds; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
