本发明公开了一种阻燃型复合PVC板材配方,包括如下组分和含量(重量份数):树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)6份、阻燃剂15份、钙锌复合稳定剂6份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.8份;进一步改进在于:阻燃剂为CPE和氯化石蜡。本发明添加CPE和氯化石蜡,显著改善阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合高分子材料配方,特别是一种复合PVC板材配方。
背景技术
人们的生活水平越来越高,也越来越关注健康和安全,特别是噪声对人们生活的影响。现有复合PVC板材具有无甲醇、防腐蚀、重量轻、隔音、隔热等特点,在装饰行业得到越来越多的应用,但现有复合PVC板材阻燃性能差,无法满足阻燃场所的需要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高阻燃性能的阻燃型复合PVC板材配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
阻燃型复合PVC板材配方,其改进之处在于:包括如下组分和含量(重量份数):树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)6份、阻燃剂15份、钙锌复合稳定剂6份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.8份。
进一步改进在于:阻燃剂为CPE和氯化石蜡。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、添加阻燃剂,显著提高本发明阻燃性能。
2、阻燃剂为CPE和氯化石蜡,使本发明具有较高的阻燃性能。
