本发明公开了一种水性电缆防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:包括以下重量份的原料:成膜基料60-80份,去离子水80-120份,阻燃剂5-15份,复合填料5-15份,分散剂3-5份,稳定剂3-5份,防水剂1-2份,消泡剂0.15-0.25份。本发明还公开了该水性电缆防火涂料的制作方法。由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所得水性电缆防火涂料质地均匀、耐候性强、防火性好,具有优良的防潮防水性能,使用寿命长,而且所挥发的气体无毒无污染,较为环保。

Description

一种水性电缆防火涂料及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆防火涂料,具体说是一种水性电缆防火涂料及其制作方法。
背景技术
中国电缆防火涂料产品的研制始于20世纪70年代末和80年代初,它是在饰面型防火涂料基础上结合自身要求发展起来的,其理化性能及耐候性能较好,涂层较薄,遇火能生成均匀致密的海绵状泡沫隔热层,有显著的隔热防火效果,从而达到保护电缆、阻止火焰蔓延、防止火灾的发生和发展的目的。
电缆防火涂料作为电缆防火保护的一种重要产品,通过近20年来的应用,对减少电缆火灾损失、保护人民财产安全起了积极作用,其应用也从不规范到规范。但由于现代社会的飞速发展,电缆使用的环境、敷设的方式的多样化,从电缆防火涂料多年的应用情况看,现行的水性防火涂料还有些性能需要改进提高,才能满足电缆使用环境要求。
目前使用情况较好的是溶剂型防火涂料,但由于这类涂料本身易燃,使用的火灾隐患也相当大,加之溶剂对人体会有不同程度的伤害,因此特别是在电缆竖井、电缆沟、电缆隧道等空间狭窄或不易通风的场所使用时应加强安全防护措施。从环保的角度考虑,今后应努力开发研制理化性能和耐候性能优良的水性防火涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性电缆防火涂料及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种水性电缆防火涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:
成膜基料60-80份
去离子水80-120份
阻燃剂5-15份
复合填料5-15份
分散剂3-5份
稳定剂3-5份
防水剂1-2份
消泡剂0.15-0.25份;
所述成膜基料包括聚丙烯环酯乳液5-10份、氯乙烯-偏二氯乙烯共聚物乳液3-6份和水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-4份;
所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺中的一种或多种所组成的混合物;
所述复合填料为钛白粉、氧化锌和滑石粉按照1.5:1.2:1.1的比例混合而成;
所述分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸钾和磺酸钠中的一种或多种所组成的混合物;
所述稳定剂为纳米级稀土稳定剂;
所述防水剂为硫酸铝钙;
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
作为优选的技术方案,一种水性电缆防火涂料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的成膜基料、去离子水、阻燃剂和复合填料加入相应重量份的分散剂,混合分散30-50min,得防火浆料备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的稳定剂和防水剂,加入到步骤(1)中得到的防火浆料中,混合分散40-60min,得半成型防火浆料备用;
(3)按配方称取相应重量份的消泡剂,加入到步骤(2)所得的半成型防火浆料中,合并分散10-20min,得成型防火浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得成型防火浆料经过滤包装后即得该水性电缆防火涂料。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所得水性电缆防火涂料质地均匀、耐候性耐酸碱性强、防火性好,具有优良的防潮防水性能,使用寿命长,而且所挥发的气体无毒无污染,较为环保。
具体实施方式
现结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一:一种水性电缆防火涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:
成膜基料60份,去离子水80份,阻燃剂5份,复合填料5份,分散剂3份,稳定剂3份,防水剂1份,消泡剂0.15份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的成膜基料、去离子水、阻燃剂和复合填料加入相应重量份的分散剂,混合分散30-50min,得防火浆料备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的稳定剂和防水剂,加入到步骤(1)中得到的防火浆料中,混合分散40-60min,得半成型防火浆料备用;
(3)按配方称取相应重量份的消泡剂,加入到步骤(2)所得的半成型防火浆料中,合并分散10-20min,得成型防火浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得成型防火浆料经过滤包装后即得该水性电缆防火涂料。
实施例二:一种水性电缆防火涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:
成膜基料70份,去离子水100份,阻燃剂10份,复合填料10份,分散剂4份,稳定剂4份,防水剂1.5份,消泡剂0.2份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的成膜基料、去离子水、阻燃剂和复合填料加入相应重量份的分散剂,混合分散30-50min,得防火浆料备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的稳定剂和防水剂,加入到步骤(1)中得到的防火浆料中,混合分散40-60min,得半成型防火浆料备用;
(3)按配方称取相应重量份的消泡剂,加入到步骤(2)所得的半成型防火浆料中,合并分散10-20min,得成型防火浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得成型防火浆料经过滤包装后即得该水性电缆防火涂料。
实施例三:一种水性电缆防火涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:
成膜基料80份,去离子水120份,阻燃剂15份,复合填料15份,分散剂5份,稳定剂5份,防水剂2份,消泡剂0.25份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的成膜基料、去离子水、阻燃剂和复合填料加入相应重量份的分散剂,混合分散30-50min,得防火浆料备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的稳定剂和防水剂,加入到步骤(1)中得到的防火浆料中,混合分散40-60min,得半成型防火浆料备用;
(3)按配方称取相应重量份的消泡剂,加入到步骤(2)所得的半成型防火浆料中,合并分散10-20min,得成型防火浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得成型防火浆料经过滤包装后即得该水性电缆防火涂料。

1.一种水性电缆防火涂料:其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
成膜基料60-80份
去离子水80-120份
阻燃剂5-15份
复合填料5-15份
分散剂3-5份
稳定剂3-5份
防水剂1-2份
消泡剂0.15-0.25份;
所述成膜基料包括聚丙烯环酯乳液5-10份、氯乙烯-偏二氯乙烯共聚物乳液3-6份和水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-4份;
所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺中的一种或多种所组成的混合物;
所述复合填料为钛白粉、氧化锌和滑石粉按照1.5:1.2:1.1的比例混合而成;
所述分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸钾和磺酸钠中的一种或多种所组成的混合物;
所述稳定剂为纳米级稀土稳定剂;
所述防水剂为硫酸铝钙;
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性电缆防火涂料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的成膜基料、去离子水、阻燃剂和复合填料加入相应重量份的分散剂,混合分散30-50min,得防火浆料备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的稳定剂和防水剂,加入到步骤(1)中得到的防火浆料中,混合分散40-60min,得半成型防火浆料备用;
(3)按配方称取相应重量份的消泡剂,加入到步骤(2)所得的半成型防火浆料中,合并分散10-20min,得成型防火浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得成型防火浆料经过滤包装后即得该水性电缆防火涂料。
