本发明公开了一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料,涉及涂料领域,包括下列组份:有机硅橡胶乳液份;三聚氰胺;海泡石;填料;煅烧硅酸铝;纳米钛白粉;纳米氧化锌;纳米氧化硅;纳米氢氧化镁;乙二醇和丙三醇混合物;有机硅防水剂;石墨烯预制分散体;气相二氧化硅;滑石粉;氢氧化镁;消泡剂;流平剂;分散剂;稳定剂;乳化剂;增稠剂;颜料。本发明具有较好的阻燃性能;且制作简单,成本低,无毒无味,耐湿擦,手感好,适用于各种墙体的涂刷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体而言,涉及一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料 。
背景技术
阻燃涂料又称防火涂料,通过施用于可燃性基材表面,用以改变材料表面燃烧特性,阻滞火灾迅速蔓延;或施用于建筑构件上,用以提高构件的耐火极限。阻燃涂料在一定时间内能阻止燃烧,对于消防安全有着重要作用。同时由于建筑材料引发的火灾频频发生引起有关部门的高度重视,由公安部消防局修订的新的《建筑设计防火规范》中对建筑屋面防水层提出了严格的要求。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对于建筑的要求也越来越高,同时由于各种电器等应用,室内防火就显得更加必要,然而现有的内墙涂料大部分不阻燃,因此,对于火灾安全造成了极大的隐患。所以一种阻燃的涂料是现在建筑,装饰发展的一大前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,按重量份数计包括下列组份:有机硅橡胶乳液15-30份;三聚氰胺20-35份;海泡石15-20份;填料18-27份;煅烧硅酸铝15-20份;纳米钛白粉10-20份;纳米氧化锌10-15份;纳米氧化硅10-15份;纳米氢氧化镁5-10份;乙二醇和丙三醇混合物15-30份;有机硅防水剂5-10份;石墨烯预制分散体3-8份;气相二氧化硅5-12份;滑石粉3-8份;氢氧化镁2-5份;消泡剂3-5份;流平剂2-3份;分散剂2-5份;稳定剂1-6份;乳化剂3-8份;增稠剂2-5份;颜料0-5份。
进一步的,所述填料按照重量份计由以下成分组成:氧化锌 5-12份、氧化钼3-8份、氧化钙4-5份、硫酸钡4-5份、氧化锆2-4份。
进一步的,所述乳化剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸二钠中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇或丙三醇中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果是,
本发明采用氢氧化镁、纳米氧化硅等的加入,使产品具有较好的阻燃性能;且制作简单,成本低,无毒无味,耐湿擦,手感好,适用于各种墙体的涂刷;同时本发明不仅使用寿命比油漆长的多,且施工比油漆简单的多,装饰效果比壁纸好,并且具有一定的韧性和阻燃性。

实施例1
本发明提供的一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,按重量份数计包括下列组份:有机硅橡胶乳液15份;三聚氰胺20份;海泡石15份;填料18份;煅烧硅酸铝15份;纳米钛白粉10份;纳米氧化锌10份;纳米氧化硅10份;纳米氢氧化镁5份;乙二醇和丙三醇混合物15份;有机硅防水剂5份;石墨烯预制分散体3份;气相二氧化硅5份;滑石粉3份;氢氧化镁2份;消泡剂3份;流平剂2份;分散剂2份;稳定剂1份;乳化剂3份;增稠剂2份;颜料2份。
所述填料按照重量份计由以下成分组成:氧化锌 5-12份、氧化钼3-8份、氧化钙4-5份、硫酸钡4-5份、氧化锆2-4份。所述乳化剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸二钠中的至少一种。所述分散剂为聚乙二醇或丙三醇中的一种或两种。

本发明提供的一种阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,按重量份数计包括下列组份:有机硅橡胶乳液30份;三聚氰胺35份;海泡石20份;填料27份;煅烧硅酸铝20份;纳米钛白粉20份;纳米氧化锌15份;纳米氧化硅15份;纳米氢氧化镁10份;乙二醇和丙三醇混合物30份;有机硅防水剂10份;石墨烯预制分散体8份;气相二氧化硅12份;滑石粉8份;氢氧化镁5份;消泡剂5份;流平剂3份;分散剂5份;稳定剂6份;乳化剂8份;增稠剂5份;颜料5份。
所述填料按照重量份计由以下成分组成:氧化锌 5-12份、氧化钼3-8份、氧化钙4-5份、硫酸钡4-5份、氧化锆2-4份。所述乳化剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸二钠中的至少一种。所述分散剂为聚乙二醇或丙三醇中的一种或两种。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,其特征在于,所述填料按照重量份计由以下成分组成:氧化锌 5-12份、氧化钼3-8份、氧化钙4-5份、硫酸钡4-5份、氧化锆2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,其特征在于,所述乳化剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸二钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型的内墙用涂料 ,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇或丙三醇中的一种或两种。
