背景技术
聚乙烯是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-100~-70°C),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良,有优异的化学稳定性,但是聚乙烯制品同样存在随温度升高而软化的缺点。

本发明所述为一种阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,采用复合结构设置,具有阻燃性好、强度高、抗静电性好、安全性高、耐高温性好的特点。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (7)
1.一种阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:包括外部的第一复合管层和内部的第二复合管层,所述第一复合管层由聚乙烯塑料、阻燃剂、防静电剂、填充剂以及阴离子表面活性剂组成,所述阻燃剂为磷酸二铵,所述防静电剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,所述填充剂为炭黑,所述阴离子表面活性剂为α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯塑料占72-79份,所述磷酸二铵占12-17份,所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱占3-8份,所述炭黑占30-38份,所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占1-5份,所述第二复合管层由聚乙烯塑料、防火剂、耐高温剂、润滑剂以及补强剂组成,所述防火剂为氯化铵,所述耐高温剂为有机硅氧烷,所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺,所述补强剂为石棉粉,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯塑料占80-88份,所述氯化铵占15-20份,所述有机硅氧烷占4-11份,所述乙撑双硬脂酰胺占3-9份,所述石棉粉占36-43份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占73份,所述磷酸二铵占13份,所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱占4份,所述炭黑占31份,所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占75份,所述磷酸二铵占14份,所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱占5份,所述炭黑占34份,所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占78份,所述磷酸二铵占16份,所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱占7份,所述炭黑占37份,所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占81份,所述氯化铵占16份,所述有机硅氧烷占5份,所述乙撑双硬脂酰胺占4份,所述石棉粉占37份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占84份,所述氯化铵占17份,所述有机硅氧烷占8份,所述乙撑双硬脂酰胺占6份,所述石棉粉占39份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占87份,所述氯化铵占19份,所述有机硅氧烷占10份,所述乙撑双硬脂酰胺占8份,所述石棉粉占42份。
