本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种阻燃复合聚乙烯管。
背景技术
PE管目前中国的市政管材市场,塑料管道正在稳步发展,PE管、PP-R管、UPVC管都占有一席之地,其中PE管强劲的发展势头最为令人瞩目。但是现有技术中使用的PE管还存在很大的不足,如生产成本高,阻燃性差,极容易被燃烧,导致产生安全危机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有强度高、硬度大、阻燃性好、成本低、防静电、安全性好、质量好的特点的阻燃复合聚乙烯管。
本发明的技术方案是,一种阻燃复合聚乙烯管,所述阻燃复合聚乙烯管由外部的第一塑料管和内部的第二塑料管组成,所述第一塑料管由聚乙烯、填充剂、阻燃剂、分散剂以及抗静电剂组成,所述填充剂为玻璃粉,所述阻燃剂为亚磷酸酯,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯,所述抗静电剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述第一塑料管各成分所占份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占87-96份,所述玻璃粉占28-34份,所述亚磷酸酯占11-16份,所述硬脂酸单甘油酯占3-8份,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠占2-6份,所述第二塑料管由聚乙烯、补强剂、阻燃剂、偶联剂以及发泡剂组成,所述补强剂为高岭土,所述阻燃剂为五氧化二梯,所述偶联剂为氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述发泡剂为氯甲烷,所述第二塑料管各成分所占份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占79-85份,所述高岭土占22-28份,所述五氧化二梯占7-13份,所述氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷占4-9份,所述氯甲烷占1-5份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一塑料管各成分所占份数具体为:所述聚乙烯占89份,所述玻璃粉占30份,所述亚磷酸酯占13份,所述硬脂酸单甘油酯占5份,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠占4份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二塑料管各成分所占份数具体为:所述聚乙烯占82份,所述高岭土占25份,所述五氧化二梯占11份,所述氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷占6份,所述氯甲烷占3份。
