本发明涉及一种高透光PVC复合瓦的配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯70‑80公斤;纳米钙20‑30公斤;氯化聚乙烯10‑15公斤;硬脂酸1‑4公斤;氯化聚乙烯蜡0.5‑2公斤;稳定剂5‑10公斤;抗冲击剂1.5‑2.5公斤;二辛脂2‑3公斤。添加二辛脂,增加产品低温柔软性和耐光性;添加抗冲击剂,改善产品低温脆化,赋予其更高的韧性;本发明所述的高透光PVC复合瓦的配方,其具有质轻,难燃,高抗冲击强度,强耐腐蚀性,高稳定性,成品易弯曲等特性。

一种高透光PVC复合瓦的配方
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC复合瓦的配方,尤其涉及一种高透光PVC复合瓦的配方。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,建筑行业也逐步向高质量、高档次发展。因此对于建筑材料也有了进一步的要求,传统的屋面材料的瓦片,存在以下诸多问题:水泥瓦具有施工复杂、结构重、吸水渗水等缺点;石棉瓦不仅含致癌成份,而且因使用寿命短,易腐烂污染等缺点被禁止使用;而近年兴起的彩钢瓦其使用成本高、使用寿命短、不隔音隔热、易生锈等问题难以解决;且传统的屋面材料已不能满足建筑业发展的要求,各种新型材料应运而生。根据国际建材发展的流行趋势,屋面材料正向质轻、美观、环保、防水防火、隔音隔热等方向发展。
而PVC瓦以其优异的性能,很好的满足了建筑行业的需求。PVC瓦是以聚氯乙烯树脂(简称PVC)为主要原料,辅以UV抗紫外线剂和其它化工原料,经科学配比,用先进的工艺技术制成。PVC瓦又称塑钢瓦,是彩钢瓦的更新换代产品。采用多层共挤复合技术,在产品表面覆上抗老化层,提高了耐候性和颜色持久性,底面增加了耐磨层。具有良好的防火性,防腐性、耐候性,不含石棉成份,颜色鲜艳,环保健康。被广泛的应用于大跨度门式结构厂房屋面和墙体,既满足了轻钢结构厂房的防腐需求,又能节约钢材,降低成本。
但是,为保证复合瓦的隔热效果,相应的,其透光性较差,不利于采光。而普通全透光瓦,存在阳光直射下来显得高温的弊端。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供韧性强,透光度高且隔热效果好的PVC复合瓦的配方。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种高透光PVC复合瓦的配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:
