技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,特别涉及一种抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
双组分鞋底材料的种类很多,一般分为天然类双组分鞋底材料和合成类双组分鞋底材料两种。天然类双组分鞋底材料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类双组分鞋底材料包括橡胶、PU材料、三元乙丙橡胶合成树脂等。双组分鞋底材料共通的特性具备耐磨、耐水、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变形等等条件。目前合成类双组分鞋底材料是应用最广泛的一类鞋材。
棉拖鞋极易滋生细菌,导致不卫生,且会发出臭味。
发明内容
技术问题:为了解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料。
技术方案:本发明提供的一种抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料,包括质量比(5.6-5.9):1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:氟橡胶21.9-27.8份、二叔丁基过氧化物21.9-27.8份、癸二酸二辛酯3.2-5.6份、固体古马隆树脂11.6-18.9份、聚二甲基硅油11.6-18.9份、N-苯基-N'-基对苯二胺1.1-2.6份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:三元乙丙橡胶21.9-27.8份、赤泥11.6-18.9份、辅助稳定剂1.1-2.6份、润滑剂1.1-2.6份、脂肪族多硫化物1.1-2.6份、壬二酸二辛酯11.6-18.9份、新工艺高耐磨碳黑1.1-2.6份、氢氧化钙1~3份。
作为改进,所述抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料包括质量比3:1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:氟橡胶25份、二叔丁基过氧化物25份、癸二酸二辛酯7份、固体古马隆树脂15份、聚二甲基硅油15份、N-苯基-N'-基对苯二胺2份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:三元乙丙橡胶25份、赤泥15份、辅助稳定剂2份、润滑剂2份、脂肪族多硫化物2份、壬二酸二辛酯15份、新工艺高耐磨碳黑2份、氢氧化钙2份。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将组份A的各组分按比例称量、混匀;将组份B的各组分按比例称量、混匀;
(2)将组分A中各组分加入高压釜中,在60-70℃下,反应2-3h,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(3)将预聚体和2/3的组分B混合均匀;加入鞋底浇注机料罐中,升温至60-70℃,恒温3.2-5.6min;降温至55-60℃,继续加入剩余的1/3的组份B,恒温11.6-18.9min;
(4)将步骤(3)产品在鞋底模具上涂脱模剂、吹干、浇注,保温10-12min,脱模,即得。
有益效果:本发明提供的双组分鞋底材料制备工艺简单、成本低廉、透气性好、弹性佳、重量轻、柔软性好、能够有效防臭,可适用于棉拖鞋鞋底。

下面对本发明抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料作出进一步说明。
抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料,包括质量比1:2的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:氟橡胶25份、二叔丁基过氧化物25份、癸二酸二辛酯7份、固体古马隆树脂15份、聚二甲基硅油15份、N-苯基-N'-基对苯二胺2份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:三元乙丙橡胶25份、赤泥15份、辅助稳定剂2份、润滑剂2份、脂肪族多硫化物2份、壬二酸二辛酯15份、新工艺高耐磨碳黑2份、氢氧化钙2份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将组份A的各组分按比例称量、混匀;将组份B的各组分按比例称量、混匀;
(2)将组分A中各组分加入高压釜中,在60-70℃下,反应2-3h,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(3)将预聚体和2/3的组分B混合均匀;加入鞋底浇注机料罐中,升温至60-70℃,恒温3.2-5.6min;降温至55-60℃,继续加入剩余的1/3的组份B,恒温11.6-18.9min;
(4)将步骤(3)产品在鞋底模具上涂脱模剂、吹干、浇注,保温10-12min,脱模,即得。

1.一种抗菌防臭棉拖鞋双组分鞋底材料,其特征在于:包括质量比(5.6-5.9):1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:氟橡胶21.9-27.8份、二叔丁基过氧化物21.9-27.8份、癸二酸二辛酯3.2-5.6份、固体古马隆树脂11.6-18.9份、聚二甲基硅油11.6-18.9份、N-苯基-N'-基对苯二胺1.1-2.6份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:三元乙丙橡胶21.9-27.8份、赤泥11.6-18.9份、辅助稳定剂1.1-2.6份、润滑剂1.1-2.6份、脂肪族多硫化物1.1-2.6份、壬二酸二辛酯11.6-18.9份、新工艺高耐磨碳黑1.1-2.6份、氢氧化钙1~3份。
