Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动设备(1),具有第一动力装置(8)、能借助于中间离合装置(11)以固定的传动比与第一动力装置(8)耦合的第二动力装置(9)以及能分别与第一动力装置(8)和第二动力装置(9)耦合的输出轴(5)。根据本发明,第一动力装置(8)直接与第三动力装置(10)耦合或能耦合,输出轴(5)一方面能通过第一切换离合装置(16)和第一变速级(14)与第二动力装置(9)耦合,另一方面能通过第二切换离合装置(17)和第二变速级(15)与第二动力装置(9)耦合,该第二切换离合装置(17)与第一切换离合装置(16)并行地与第二动力装置(9)耦合。

Description

用于机动车的动力传动设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动设备,具有第一动力装置、能借助于中间离合装置与第一动力装置以固定的传动比耦合的第二动力装置以及能分别与第一动力装置和第二动力装置耦合的输出轴。
背景技术
动力传动设备用于驱动机动车,即提供用于驱动机动车的转矩。该转矩由动力传动设备提供给输出轴,输出轴与机动车的至少一个被驱动的或能被驱动的车轮耦合。在输出轴与至少一个车轮之间的作用连接原则上可以是刚性的和/或永久存在的或仅暂时通过切换离合装置而存在。输出轴优选与机动车的车桥或多个设在该车桥上的车轮耦合,特别是通过至少一个差速器特别优选地永久耦合。
动力传动设备具有多个动力装置,即至少具有第一动力装置和第二动力装置。第一动力装置与第二动力装置能分别与输出轴耦合。另外在第一动力装置与第二动力装置之间设有中间离合装置,借助于该中间离合装置能使两个动力装置彼此耦合。在中间离合装置的第一切换位置中就此在第一动力装置与第二动力装置之间建立作用连接,特别是使第一动力装置与第二动力装置彼此刚性耦合。而在中间离合装置的第二切换位置中,第一动力装置与第二动力装置彼此脱开,特别是彼此完全脱开。
输出轴优选能单独地与第二动力装置耦合,而输出轴与第一动力装置的耦合仅在联合第二动力装置和/或通过第二动力装置的情况下实现。因此或者是输出轴与第二动力装置耦合、但它与第一动力装置脱开,或者是输出轴既与第一动力装置耦合、又与第二动力装置耦合。在输出轴上提供的转矩或者单独由第二动力装置提供,或者由第一动力装置和第二动力装置共同提供。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于机动车的动力传动设备,该动力传动设备相对于已知的动力传动设备的优点是,特别是以低的成本实现灵活的应用。
上述目的根据本发明通具有权利要求1的特征的动力传动设备实现。在此提出,第一动力装置直接与第三动力装置耦合或能耦合,输出轴一方面能通过第一切换离合装置和第一变速级与第二动力装置耦合,另一方面能通过第二切换离合装置和第二变速级与第二动力装置耦合,该第二切换离合装置与第一切换离合装置并行地与第二动力装置耦合。
除了第一动力装置和第二动力装置外还设有第三动力装置。该第三动力装置直接与第一动力装置耦合,特别是刚性和/或永久地耦合或至少能耦合。在后者的情况下,在第一动力装置和第三动力装置之间布置例如接合装置、特别是切换离合装置、或单向离合器,从而第一动力装置仅暂时与第三动力装置耦合。第三动力装置类似于第一动力装置仅能通过第二动力装置与输出轴耦合,优选仅在联合第一动力装置的情况下。即不设置如下情况:第三动力装置可以独立于第一动力装置与输出轴耦合。
进一步提出,第二动力装置通过多个变速级和切换离合装置与输出轴耦合或能耦合。多个变速级可以至少理解为第一变速级和第二变速级,多个切换离合装置可以至少理解为第一切换离合装置和第二切换离合装置。在第二动力装置和输出轴之间的作用连接优选可以仅通过第一变速级和第二变速级建立。除了这两个变速级外不设置另外的变速级,特别是不设置与这两个变速级并行布置的变速级。
这两个切换离合装置一方面与第二动力装置耦合,另一方面与输出轴耦合,优选分别刚性和/或永久地耦合。第一切换离合装置的输入侧以及第二切换离合装置的输入侧与第二动力装置耦合,也优选刚性和/或永久地耦合。第一切换离合装置的传出侧与第一变速级耦合,该第一变速级在其背离第一切换离合装置的侧上与输出轴耦合,其中相应的耦合优选实施为刚性和/或永久的。相同的情况也适用于第二切换离合装置,该第二切换离合装置的传出侧通过第二变速级与输出轴耦合,优选同样是刚性和/或永久的耦合。换言之,在第二动力装置与输出轴之间实现两挡双离合变速器。
这两个切换离合装置或其输入侧彼此并行地与第二动力装置耦合。在第二动力装置和输出轴之间的作用连接可以相应选择性地通过第一切换离合装置和第一变速级建立,或者是通过第二切换离合装置和第二变速级建立。这两个变速级在此具有彼此不同的传动比。这两个切换离合装置还可以都断开,从而在第二动力装置与输出轴之间的作用连接中断。
总之,第一动力装置以及第三动力装置仅可以通过中间离合装置、优选还通过第二动力装置与切换离合装置或其输入侧耦合。还可以设计为,两个切换离合装置的输入侧位于公共的中间轴上,在该中间轴上布置中间离合装置和第二动力装置。
通过动力传动设备的这种类型的设计方案可以特别是在必要的构件、构造空间、成本、重量和复杂性方面以小的花费实现机动车的灵活的行驶运行。这特别适用于第一动力装置设计为内燃机以及第二动力装置设计为电机的情况。在此可以在大的速度范围上为机动车驾驶员提供如同纯电动车辆的驾驶感受。在行驶速度高于该速度范围时才需要借助于切换离合装置进行换挡。用于这种类型的动力传动设备的研发成本也可以保持在低的程度,这是因为两个切换离合装置可以由现有的双离合变速器实现。
本发明的另一设计方案提出,第二动力装置通过齿轮变速级与第一变速级和第二变速级的公共的变速输入轴耦合。变速输入轴在此是双离合变速器的输入轴。第二动力装置通过齿轮变速级与变速输入轴耦合,优选刚性和/或永久地耦合。齿轮变速级具有至少两个齿轮,特别是具有正好两个齿轮,这两个齿轮中的一个与第二动力装置耦合,另一个与变速输入轴耦合,优选刚性和/或永久地耦合。齿轮例如设计为正齿轮/圆柱齿轮。
本发明的另一实施形式提出,输出轴与第一变速级和第二变速级的公共的变速传出轴耦合。该耦合也优选实现为刚性和/或永久的。变速传出轴是双离合变速器传出轴。两个变速级中的任意一个都具有齿轮,该齿轮布置在变速传出轴上或与变速传出轴以不能相对转动的方式连接。
本发明的优选设计方案提出,输出轴与变速传出轴通过另外的齿轮变速级耦合。该另外的齿轮变速级优选具有与上述的齿轮变速级不同的传动比,从而在动力传动设备的运行期间输出轴具有与变速传出轴的转速不同的转速。输出轴与变速传出轴的耦合优选刚性和/或永久地通过另外的齿轮变速级实现。
本发明的改进方案提出,第一动力装置与中间离合装置通过减振器彼此连接,或中间离合装置与第二动力装置通过减振器彼此连接。减振器用于衰减第一动力装置和/或第三动力装置的振动。减振器优选具有双质量飞轮和/或离心摆。
在本发明的优选设计方案的范围中提出,中间离合装置与减振器集成在一起。通过中间离合装置与减振器的这种集成的实施形式可以进一步减小动力传动设备的构造空间需求。例如,中间离合装置在相对于减振器或中间离合装置的转轴的径向方向上布置在减振器的内侧,从而中间离合装置和减振器沿径向方向观察重叠地布置。
本发明的另一优选的设计方案提出,第二动力装置具有与第一动力装置相同数量级的额定功率。数量级的概念可以根据常见的数学定义评估。另选地,第一动力装置和第二动力装置的相同数量级的功率理解为,第二动力装置的额定功率是第一动力装置的额定功率的至少50%、至少60%、至少70%、至少75%、至少80%、至少90%或至少95%;和/或最多105%、最多110%、最多120%、最多125%、最多130%、最多140%或最多150%。另选地,第二动力装置的额定功率也可以大于第一动力装置的额定功率的150%或大于200%。特别重要的是,第二动力装置具有确定的、与第一动力装置相同数量级的最小额定功率。
本发明的另一优选的实施形式提出,第三动力装置具有比第二动力装置小的额定功率。第三动力装置例如设计为电机,并可以用作第一动力装置的起动器。因此第三动力装置需要的额定功率小于第二动力装置的额定功率,从而可以设计得较小以及具有较小的额定功率。
本发明的优选的实施形式提出,第一动力装置设计为内燃机;和/或第二动力装置设计为电机;和/或第三动力装置设计为电机。这种类型的实施形式参照以上描述。原则上动力装置可以任意实施。第一动力装置设置为内燃机以及第二动力装置和第三动力装置分别设计为电机,则特别明确地显示出优点。
最后在本发明的另一优选的实施形式中提出,第一动力装置和/或第二动力装置和/或第三动力装置轴线平行地或彼此同轴地布置。换言之,包括第一动力装置、第二动力装置和第三动力装置的动力装置中的至少两个轴线平行地或彼此同轴地布置。这种实施形式特别优选地适用于所有提到的动力装置。这种设计方案实现了动力传动设备的特别节省空间的方案。

图1示出用于机动车的动力传动设备的示意图,该动力传动设备具有多个动力装置。
具体实施方式
图1示出动力传动设备1的一个区域的示意图,该动力传动设备用于驱动未详细示出的机动车的车桥2。车桥2具有两个半轴3和4,这两个半轴与动力传动设备1的输出轴5耦合,特别是刚性和/或永久地耦合。半轴3和4与输出轴5的耦合优选借助于差速器6、即车桥差速器6实现。例如差速器6通过至少一个变速级7在输入侧与输出轴5耦合,特别是刚性和/或永久地耦合。
为了驱动输出轴5,动力传动设备1具有第一动力装置8、第二动力装置9以及第三动力装置10。动力装置8在此处示出的实施例中设置为内燃机,而动力装置9和10设置为电机。也可以实现动力装置8、9和10的其它设计方案。例如所有三个动力装置8、9和10都设计为电机。第三动力装置10也可以纯粹是可选的,即在动力传动设备的设计方案中可以取消。
第一动力装置8和第二动力装置9可以借助于中间离合装置11彼此耦合。在中间离合装置11的第一切换位置中就此在第一动力装置和第二动力装置9之间建立作用连接,而在第二切换位置中中断该作用连接。也可以设置为,第一动力装置8通过减振器12与中间离合装置11耦合。减振器12例如设置为双质量飞轮或具有这种双质量飞轮。减振器12附加或另选地可以具有离心摆。
在此处示出的实施例中,中间离合装置11集成在减振器中。在示出的实施例中,第三动力装置10还与第一动力装置8刚性地耦合,特别是永久地耦合,或至少能刚性地耦合。第三动力装置10相应地布置在减振器12的面向第一动力装置8的侧上。由此,通过减振器12使第一动力装置8和第三动力装置10都与中间离合装置11或中间离合装置11的输入侧耦合。
变速输入轴13布置在中间离合装置11的传出侧上。变速输入轴13优选刚性和/或永久地与中间离合装置11的传出轴耦合。换言之,第一动力装置8和(可选的)第三动力装置10借助于中间离合装置11与变速输入轴13建立作用连接。变速输入轴13设置为第一变速级14和第二变速级15的公共的变速输入轴。特别是第一切换离合装置16和第二切换离合装置17的输入侧分别与变速输入轴13耦合,优选刚性和/或永久地耦合。
第一切换离合装置16在传出侧与第一变速级耦合,第二切换离合装置17在传出侧与第二变速级15耦合,优选同样刚性和/或永久地耦合。变速级14和15在其分别背离相应的切换离合装置16和17的侧上与变速传出轴18耦合,特别是刚性和/或永久地耦合。这两个变速级14和15以及两个切换离合装置16和17因此与变速输入轴13和变速传出轴18共同形成双离合变速器19。变速传出轴18与输出轴5耦合,优选刚性和/或永久地耦合,特别是通过另外的齿轮变速级20耦合。
仅由于完整性的原因指出,可以借助于第一执行器21操纵中间离合装置11、可借助于第二执行器22操纵第一切换离合装置16以及可借助于第三执行器23操纵第二切换离合装置17。
从附图中明确得知,第二动力装置9同样与变速输入轴13耦合,优选通过齿轮变速级24耦合。该齿轮变速级24的传动比优选选择为固定的,即不可变。总之明确了,或者可以在输出轴与第一动力装置8和第三动力装置10脱开的情况下借助于第二动力装置9驱动输出轴5。或者也可以借助于第一动力装置8、第二动力装置9以及第三动力装置10共同驱动输出轴5。也可以如图所示地设置为,动力装置8、9和10彼此轴线平行地布置。这可以实现动力传动设备1的构造空间特别有效的设计方案。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车的动力传动设备(1),具有第一动力装置(8)、能借助于中间离合装置(11)以固定的传动比与第一动力装置(8)耦合的第二动力装置(9)以及能分别与第一动力装置(8)和第二动力装置(9)耦合的输出轴(5),其中,第一动力装置(8)直接与第三动力装置(10)耦合或能耦合,输出轴(5)一方面能通过第一切换离合装置(16)和第一变速级(14)与第二动力装置(9)耦合,另一方面能通过第二切换离合装置(17)和第二变速级(15)与第二动力装置(9)耦合,该第二切换离合装置(17)与第一切换离合装置(16)并行地与第二动力装置(9)耦合;其中,第一动力装置(8)与中间离合装置(11)通过减振器(12)彼此连接,或中间离合装置(11)与第二动力装置(9)通过减振器彼此连接;其特征在于,第二动力装置(9)与第一切换离合装置(16)和第一变速级(14)以及第二切换离合装置(17)和第二变速级(15)沿径向方向观察重叠地布置,中间离合装置(11)与减振器(12)集成在一起,其中中间离合装置(11)在相对于减振器(12)或中间离合装置(11)的旋转轴线的径向方向上布置在减振器(12)的内侧,从而中间离合装置(11)和减振器(12)沿径向方向观察重叠地布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,第二动力装置(9)通过齿轮变速级(24)与第一变速级(14)和第二变速级(15)的公共的变速输入轴(13)耦合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,输出轴(5)与第一变速级(14)和第二变速级(15)的公共的变速传出轴(18)耦合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,输出轴(5)与变速传出轴(18)通过另外的齿轮变速级(20)耦合。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,第二动力装置(9)具有与第一动力装置(8)相同数量级的额定功率。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,第三动力装置(10)具有比第二动力装置(9)小的额定功率。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,第一动力装置(8)设置为内燃机;和/或第二动力装置(9)设置为电机;和/或第三动力装置(10)设置为电机。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的动力传动设备,其特征在于,第一动力装置(8)和/或第三动力装置(10)与第二动力装置(9)轴线平行地布置。
