本发明的有益效果：
本发明在柴桂温胆定志汤的基础上，通过研究，添加香附、神曲、五味子和甜橙精油，香附具有疏肝解郁，理气宽中，用于肝郁气滞，胸胁胀痛，脾胃气滞，脘腹痞闷，胀满疼痛。神曲为面粉和其他药物混合后经发酵而成的加工品。具有消食和胃的功效。主治饮食积滞。添加神曲可以有效的增加患者的食欲，改善肠胃功能，有效提高药物的吸收利用。五味子具有收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心的功效，对神经系统各级中枢均有兴奋作用，对大脑皮质的兴奋和抑制过程均有影响，使之趋于平衡。对呼吸系统有兴奋作用，有镇咳和祛痰作用。能降低血压。能利胆，降低血清转氨酶，对肝细胞有保护作用。有与人参相似的适应原样作用，能增强机体对非特异性刺激的防御能力。能增加细胞免疫功能，使脑、肝、脾脏SOD活性明显增强，故具有提高免疫、抗氧化、抗衰老作用。对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎杆菌、肠道沙门菌、绿脓杆菌等均有抑制作用。甜橙精油是少数有镇静作用的精油之一，有着甜甜橙香味的甜橙精油，可以驱离紧张情绪和压力、改善焦虑所引起的失眠，由于橙皮中含有大量的维他命C，能预防感冒、对皮肤有保湿效果、能平衡皮肤的酸咸值、帮助胶原形成，对于身体组织的生长与修复有良好的功效。能促进发汗，因而可帮助阻塞的皮肤排出毒素，对油性、暗疮或乾燥皮肤者皆有帮助。添加具有治疗抑郁，提高兴奋度的香附五味子和甜橙精油，可以有效的提高柴桂温胆定志汤的疗效。
治疗抑郁的药物中大部分是挥发油在其作用，而传统的制剂方法为煎煮，会导致其有效成分流失，降低药效。本发明通过特殊的工艺，首先通过三种提取工艺，将挥发油、水溶成分和醇溶成分充分提取出来，有效的提高了有效成分的提取利用率，然后不同成分采用不同方法，挥发油采用真空处理，使得挥发油充分进入到β-环糊精，然后在于β-环糊精复合使挥发油被包裹在β-环糊精内部，有效的避免了挥发油的流失。采用本发明的方法，可以有效的提高药物的利用率，提高疗效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，所述的中药为颗粒剂，按照重量份计，包括柴胡10份、黄芩10份、桂支10份、赤白芍10份、半夏10份、生姜10份、陈皮10份、枳壳10份、竹茹10份、远志10份、茯苓20份、人参5份、菖蒲6份、大枣6份、灸甘草6份、香附3份、神曲5份、五味子6份、甜橙精油2份，β-环糊精70份、崩解剂3份、甜味剂5份、粘合剂3份、海藻酸钠3份。
崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠。
粘合剂为羟丙基纤维素。
所述的甜味剂为甜菊糖。
其制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将柴胡、黄芩、桂支、赤白芍、半夏、生姜、陈皮、枳壳、竹茹、远志、茯苓、菖蒲、大枣、灸甘草、香附和五味子粉碎，按照1g:10ml加水，然后水蒸气蒸馏3h，得馏分、水提液和药渣，药渣按照1g:5l的比例加60％乙醇，30-40度，提取2h，过滤，得到醇提液，将醇提液和水提液合并，除去乙醇，并浓缩至相对密度为1.30-1.35的浸膏；
(2)将人参和神曲粉碎，备用；
(3)将60％的β-环糊精加入真空设备，然后将甜橙精油和步骤一的馏分混合均匀，然后加入到β-环糊精中，真空处理10min，然后加入海藻酸钠混合均匀；
(4)将20％的β-环糊精和浸膏混合均匀，备用；
(5)将羟丙基纤维素溶于95％的乙醇中，制得10％羟丙基纤维素乙醇溶液，
(6)步骤2、3和4所得的产物、剩余β-环糊精、崩解剂和甜味剂混合均匀，然后利用10％羟丙基纤维素乙醇溶液制粒；
(7)将步骤6的制得的湿粒干燥后即得。
实施例2
一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，所述的中药为颗粒剂，按照重量份计，包括柴胡10份、黄芩10份、桂支10份、赤白芍10份、半夏10份、生姜10份、陈皮10份、枳壳10份、竹茹10份、远志10份、茯苓20份、人参5份、菖蒲6份、大枣6份、灸甘草6份、香附4份、神曲4份、五味子7份、甜橙精油1份，β-环糊精75份、崩解剂4份、甜味剂4份、粘合剂4份、海藻酸钠3份。
崩解剂为低取代羟丙甲纤维素。
粘合剂为羟丙基纤维素。
所述的甜味剂为麦芽糖醇。
其制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将柴胡、黄芩、桂支、赤白芍、半夏、生姜、陈皮、枳壳、竹茹、远志、茯苓、菖蒲、大枣、灸甘草、香附和五味子粉碎，按照1g:10ml加水，然后水蒸气蒸馏4h，得馏分、水提液和药渣，药渣按照1g:5l的比例加60％乙醇，30-40度，提取3h，过滤，得到醇提液，将醇提液和水提液合并，除去乙醇，并浓缩至相对密度为1.30-1.35的浸膏；
(2)将人参和神曲粉碎，备用；

一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，所述的中药为颗粒剂，按照重量份计，包括柴胡10份、黄芩10份、桂支10份、赤白芍10份、半夏10份、生姜10份、陈皮10份、枳壳10份、竹茹10份、远志10份、茯苓20份、人参5份、菖蒲6份、大枣6份、灸甘草6份、香附5份、神曲3份、五味子8份、甜橙精油1份，β-环糊精80份、崩解剂5份、甜味剂3份、粘合剂5份、海藻酸钠2份。
崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠。
粘合剂为羟丙基纤维素。
所述的甜味剂为果糖。
其制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将柴胡、黄芩、桂支、赤白芍、半夏、生姜、陈皮、枳壳、竹茹、远志、茯苓、菖蒲、大枣、灸甘草、香附和五味子粉碎，按照1g:10ml加水，然后水蒸气蒸馏3h，得馏分、水提液和药渣，药渣按照1g:5l的比例加60％乙醇，30-40度，提取3h，过滤，得到醇提液，将醇提液和水提液合并，除去乙醇，并浓缩至相对密度为1.30-1.35的浸膏；

疗效实验：
选取某医院换精神抑郁的患者120名，男68名，女52名，年龄在18-65岁，随机分为4组，每组30人。
抑郁症的诊断标准：抑郁症诊断参照《中国精神疾病分类与诊断标准·第3版》(CCMD-3)的诊断标准。
抑郁症肝肾阳虚型的中医辨证标准:参照《抑郁症肝肾阳虚证的宏观辨证指标研究》中的辨证指标。主症:情绪低沉、神疲乏力、兴趣减退、性欲减退、畏寒喜暖；次症:善惊易恐、腰膝酸软、意志减退、思维迟缓、少言寡语、舌体胖大、舌质淡暗(白)。如果患者同时具备主症中的症状至少4项，次症中的症状至少6项，且症状持续至少2周，即可诊为抑郁症肝‘肾阳虚型。
纳入标准:符合抑郁症诊断标准中的轻、中度患者；符合抑郁症肝肾阳虚型中医辨证标准患者；年龄18-65岁；生命体征平稳，神志清楚，有一定表达能力；签订知情同意书，同意参加本次研究。同时符合上述6项方可入选。
排除标准：经前或经后抑郁症、产前或产后抑郁症、减肥后抑郁症、滥用药物后抑郁症的患者。
治疗方法：
1-3组服用本发明的实施例1-3所制备的治疗精神抑郁的颗粒剂，每天早中晚三次，每次10g，开水冲服。一个疗程为4周，服用3个疗程
4组采用柴桂温胆定志汤(柴胡、黄芩、桂枝、赤白芍、半夏、生姜、陈皮、枳壳、竹茹各10g，茯苓20g，人参5g，菖蒲6g，远志10g，大枣5枚，炙甘草6g)水煎口服，每日1剂，饭后分3次服用。一个疗程为4周，服用3个疗程
评定标准：
治愈：精神症状全部消失，接触良好，能参加社会活动，自知力恢复；
有效：精神症状大部分恢复，能参加部分社会活动，自知力大部分恢复；
无效：精神症状没有改善，甚至加重。
其中总有效率＝(治愈+有效)/总例数*100％。
由上表可知，本发明的治疗精神抑郁症的中药，相比柴桂温胆定志汤，通过增加药物，采用特殊的制备方法，有效的提高了治疗效果。

1.一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，其特征在于：所述的中药为颗粒剂，按照重量份计，包括柴胡10份、黄芩10份、桂支10份、赤白芍10份、半夏10份、生姜10份、陈皮10份、枳壳10份、竹茹10份、远志10份、茯苓20份、人参5份、菖蒲6份、大枣6份、灸甘草6份、香附3-5份、神曲3-5份、五味子6-8份、甜橙精油1-2份，β-环糊精70-80份、崩解剂3-5份、甜味剂3-5份、粘合剂3-5份、海藻酸钠2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，其特征在于：所述的崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠或低取代羟丙甲纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，其特征在于：所述的粘合剂为羟丙基纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药，其特征在于：所述的甜味剂为所述的甜味剂可以为甜菊糖、麦芽糖醇、山梨醇、、果糖中一种或两种以上。
5.一种如权利要求3所述的一种治疗精神抑郁症的中药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将柴胡、黄芩、桂支、赤白芍、半夏、生姜、陈皮、枳壳、竹茹、远志、茯苓、菖蒲、大枣、灸甘草、香附、和五味子粉碎，按照1g:10ml加水，然后水蒸气蒸馏3-4h，得馏分、水提液和药渣，药渣按照1g:5l的比例加60%乙醇，30-40度，提取2-3h，过滤，得到醇提液，将醇提液和水提液合并，除去乙醇，并浓缩至相对密度为1.30-1.35的浸膏；
（2）将人参和神曲粉碎，备用；
（3）将60%的β-环糊精加入真空设备，然后将甜橙精油和步骤一的馏分混合均匀，然后加入到β-环糊精中，真空处理10-20min，然后加入海藻酸钠混合均匀；
（4）将20%的β-环糊精和浸膏混合均匀，备用；
（5）将羟丙基纤维素溶于95%的乙醇中，制得10%羟丙基纤维素乙醇溶液，
（6）步骤2、3和4所得的产物、剩余β-环糊精、崩解剂和甜味剂混合均匀，然后利用10%羟丙基纤维素乙醇溶液制粒；
（7）将步骤6的制得的湿粒干燥后即得。
