荨麻疹是一种血管皮肤反应，典型表现为短暂的发痒的水疤暴发，水疤为边界清晰、中心苍白、光滑、轻度高出皮面的红斑，形状及大小表现多样。此反应是由局部组胺或高敏反应引起的其他血管活性物质的释放引起的。急性荨麻疹发展迅速，通常有明确的原因，例如对某种药物、食物、蚊虫叮咬、吸尘器或接触性过敏原的高敏反应、情感压力或环境因素。尽管个别损伤可在12～24小时内消失，但新的损伤表现会持续出现。持续超过6周的荨麻疹为慢性的。在数月或数年内可复发，潜在的病因通常不明。血管性水肿或巨大的荨麻疹是急性暴发的典型表现，通常累及黏膜，有时可累及上肢、下肢及生殖器；严重的荨麻疹会危及生命。因此出现荨麻疹非常影响患者的生活和工作，特别是0～12岁的儿童出现肤痒时不能完全控制自己的行为。

荨麻疹分为急性荨麻疹、慢性荨麻疹、皮肤划痕症、寒冷性荨麻疹、胆碱能性荨麻疹、日光性荨麻疹、自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹。荨麻疹的症状通常自觉皮肤疹痒，出现形态、大小不一的风团，持续数分钟至数小时消退，一般不超过24小时。皮疹可反复发生，此起彼伏。病情严重者可伴有心慌、血压降低等过敏性休克样症状；胃肠道黏膜受累时可出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛和腹泻等；累及喉头、支气管时，出现呼吸困难甚至窒息等症状。

实施例5
一种治疗荨麻疹的中药，其组份按重量份数为：绿豆25份、黑豆25份、赤小豆25份、芦根25份、白鲜皮20份、土茯苓20份、乌梅15份、槟榔20份、蒺藜20份、银柴胡20份、胡黄连15份、蜈蚣1条。制备方法和用法用量与实施例1相同。
采用上述中药治愈荨麻疹等皮肤疾病的典型病例：
1、何某垚，女，12岁，全身散在红斑丘疹伴痒10年余，每于夏季发作加重，曾就诊于“西南医院”、“遵义医学院”皮肤科均诊断为“丘疹性荨麻疹”，予口服“西替利嗪滴剂”、外用“地塞米松乳膏”、“炉甘石洗剂”、“卤米松乳膏”等药物后仍未见明显缓解。于2017年06月30日来诊，予患者三豆芦根汤3付加减，水煎服，3次/日，2天/付，二诊时皮疹已基本痊愈，为巩固疗效，继续服药3付，2月后电话随访患者皮疹痊愈，未再复发。
2、刘某，女，31岁，皮肤科均诊断为皮炎，使用“皮康王”“皮炎灵”等药物后仍未见明显缓解。于2017年05月13日来诊，予患者三豆芦根汤2付，水煎服，3次/日，2天/付，复诊时皮炎已痊愈。
3、张某文，男，42岁，颈部经常见风团症状，1～2天自然消失，期间肤痒，服息斯敏等药物后仍未见明显缓解。于2017年04月23日来诊，予患者三豆芦根汤3付，水煎服，3次/日，2天/付，二诊时皮疹已痊愈，为巩固疗效，继续服药2付，2月后电话随访患者皮疹痊愈，未再复发。
4、王某，男，28岁，患皮炎3月，口服“息斯敏”、外用“地塞米松乳膏”、“皮炎平”等药物后仍未见明显缓解。于2017年09月16日来诊，给患者三豆芦根汤3付，水煎服，3次/日，2天/付，复诊时皮疹已基本痊愈，为巩固疗效，继续服药2付，2月后电话随访患者皮疹痊愈，未再复发。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗荨麻疹的中药，其特征在于：所述中药组份按重量份数为：绿豆12～25份、黑豆12～25份、赤小豆12～25份、芦根12～25份、白鲜皮10～20份、土茯苓10～20份、乌梅6～10份、槟榔10～20份、蒺藜10～20份、银柴胡10～20份、胡黄连6～10份、蜈蚣1条；
将上述中药制备成汤剂的方法为：先根据需要用量将各原料称量，然后将各原料药混合均匀，置入不锈钢容器中加水以没过原料药10～20mm，浸泡30～60分钟；分三次熬制，第一次，水开后熬制10～15分钟；第二次，水开后熬制15～20分钟；第三次，水开后熬制20～30分钟；将三次熬制的药液混合均匀，得治疗荨麻疹中药原液，即三豆芦根汤。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗荨麻疹的中药，其特征在于：所述中药组份按重量份数为：绿豆20份、黑豆20份、赤小豆20份、芦根20份、白鲜皮15份、土茯苓15份、乌梅10份、槟榔15份、蒺藜15份、银柴胡15份、胡黄连10份、蜈蚣1条。
