本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗痛风的中药组合物。
背景技术
痛风是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱和（或）尿酸排泄障碍所致血尿酸增高的一组异质性疾病，以趾、指等关节红肿疼痛或伴发热等为主要临床表现。其临床特点是：高尿酸血症、痛风性急性关节炎反复发作、痛风石沉积、特征性慢性关节炎和关节畸形，常累及肾引起慢性间质性肾炎和肾尿酸结石形成。病人大多为40岁以上的男性，女性多见于更年期后发病。随着人民生活水平的提高，高尿酸血症所致痛风的发生率日益增加。目前，全球痛风病患者高达1.2亿，我国痛风病患者超过4000万人，且发病率高于世界平均水平。痛风及其并发症能降低人们的生活质量，严重危害人们健康。秋水仙碱是目前临床上常用的治疗痛风的药物，但其存在严重的副作用，如恶心、呕吐、水样腹泻、肝细胞损伤、骨髓抑制、脱发和肾衰竭等，使临床应用受到一定限制。
中医认为，痛风主要是由于素体阴虚、饮食不节、形体肥胖、情志失调、外感六淫、湿浊瘀阻、留滞关节经络，气血不畅，毒邪侵害所致。
根据中医理论，针对痛风的发病机理，采用补肝益肾、健脾去湿、清热解毒、活血通络、行气止痛、利水消肿的治法，进行辩证的组方配伍，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男62例，女18例，年龄35～65岁。
二、诊断依据：参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中痛风的诊断标准：
1、多以单个趾指关节，卒然红肿疼痛，逐渐痛剧如虎咬，昼轻夜甚，反复发作。可伴发热，头痛等症；
2、多见于中老年男子，可有痛风家族史。常因劳累，暴饮暴食，吃高嘌呤食物，饮酒及外感风寒等诱发；
3、初起可单关节发病，以第一跖趾关节为多见。继则足踝、跟、手指和其他小关节，出现红肿热痛，甚则关节腔可渗液。反复发作后，可伴有关节周围及耳廓、耳轮及趾、指骨间出现“块瘰”（痛风石）；
4、血尿酸、尿尿酸增高。发作期白细胞总数可增高；
5、必要时作肾B超探测，尿常规，肾功能等检查，以了解痛风后肾病变情况。X线摄片检查：可示软骨缘邻近关节的骨质有不整齐的穿凿样圆形缺损。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中痛风的疗效评定标准：
(1)痊愈:症状消失，实验室检查正常；
(2)有效:关节肿胀消减，疼痛缓解，实验室检查有改善；
(3)无效:症状及实验室检查无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，痊愈52例，随访未见复发；有效22例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
章某，男，63岁。患痛风近1年，下肢小关节红肿热痛、拒按，触之局部灼热，伴发热口渴，心烦不安，溲黄。诊见：舌红，苔黄腻，脉滑数。诊断为：痛风。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，疼痛等症状减轻，继续服用3个疗程，所有症状消失，治愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：
薛某，女，46岁。患者手指、足趾、足背反复性肿痛2年。每当劳累或受风寒后，其手指、足趾有隐痛并渐渐加剧，并以夜间尤甚，甚至难以入睡，局部灼热红肿。曾服用秋水仙碱治疗，但效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，足趾之肿痛减轻；继续服用3个疗程，所有症状消失，治愈。
病例3：

楚某，男，38岁。1年前患痛风，经用西药抗痛风治疗，效果不明显。近半月来两踝、两腕关节红肿热痛，活动受限，伴有心悸、耳鸣。诊见：舌红少苔，脉细数。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，关节红肿热痛缓解，心悸、耳鸣消失；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。随访1年未复发。

1.一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白芍10-30份、兰花双叶草5-25份、老鹳草5-20份、薏苡仁10-30份、锁阳5-20份、穿破石10-30份、天麻5-20份、雷公藤5-25份、五爪龙10-30份、桑寄生5-25份、珍珠风5-25份、丝瓜络5-25份、夏天无5-20份、寻骨风5-25份、钻地风5-25份、桑枝10-30份、千年健5-25份、川芎5-25份、草牡丹5-25份、臭草5-20份、藁本5-25份、海风藤5-25份、鹿衔草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白芍20份、兰花双叶草15份、老鹳草10份、薏苡仁20份、锁阳10份、穿破石20份、天麻10份、雷公藤15份、五爪龙20份、桑寄生15份、珍珠风15份、丝瓜络15份、夏天无10份、寻骨风15份、钻地风15份、桑枝20份、千年健15份、川芎15份、草牡丹15份、臭草10份、藁本15份、海风藤15份、鹿衔草15份、甘草10份。
